I have been working with Johnny Battle for the past couple of years and they are quite simply the easiest and most accommodating embroidery provider I have found. The customer service is through the roof and you can tell they really care about their customers and the garments they provide. If something isn't quite right, they will make it exactly right before shipping anything out and even replace it no questions asked! One aspect of the company that I really appreciate is the super fast turn around. I received my garments in 2 days. YES 2 DAYS!! I recently made a visit to their "stitch factory" to pick up some hats they did for me and I must say these guys run a tight ship.
