DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT The Brand Factory in Denver, CO…read more #CustomerReview #Unprofessional #iGotReceipts ***warning long post*** I originally purchased t-shirts from The Brand Company for my sister's bachelorette party under the expectation that they would be delivered to the house I was staying in while visiting Denver. Due to the last-minuteness of the order, I agreed to pay the $25 rush order fee. What I did not agree to as stated in my original e-mail was picking the shirts up at the location. However, the owners (or whoever I am speaking with through an e-mail chain, made an executive decision, without consulting with me prior to payment to NOT ship the items. I expressed in my e-mail below my confusion and dissatisfaction for this inconsideration for the fact that I was visiting without a personal mode of transportation. Ultimately, I requested a refund for the rush order fee but the owner was not agreeable to that request stating the following: TBF: "i was worried if we ship you wouldn't get it in time you can send anyone in to pick up just need to know your name." ME: "Okay. I can get an UBER to bring me there and back, however, this is an unexpected expense since I thought the shirts would be delivered. I think it's fair to be refunded for the $25 rush fee as a means to cover the UBER. Are you agreeable to this?" TBF: "Jalonna, We wouldn't be able to do that we did meet your deadline unfortunately we never got any shipping address. Production got done last night 10pm and it would be impossible shipping these out and getting them to you in time. Normally we could refund shipping but you were never charge for shipping on invoice " At that point, needing the shirts ASAP, I agreed to pick the items up from the store. Unfortunately, upon my arrival at The Brand Factory, the door was locked and no employees were present. At this point, I was extremely frustrated because I am having to ride in Lyfts to navigate throughout Denver. The location that I was at was apparently not the random Washington Street Address they gave me, It was across town. The address the Lyft driver used to navigate me after I requested to be taken to "The Brand Factory" was 12445 E 39th Ave #318, Denver, CO 80239 [the same address located on their Facebook page]. All together, the Lyft rides [there were 2 round trips] cost $75.58. I requested a full refund due to the unexpected expenses of the rides, unprofessional conduct and breach of contract. The owners (or whoever I was e-mailing with has now refused to answer my e-mails after pretty much constant communication all during this transaction. For these reasons, I disputed the entire charge for $145.38. I am currently waiting on a response from the owner or manager of The Brand Company.

I can't recall now what ultimately pushed me towards using EmbroidMe, but I'm so glad I did. Working with Denise, the manager, was an absolute pleasure. She was great with communication, and wasn't afraid to offer constructive, professional advice when I asked for it during the process of designing 15 custom hats for an alumni gathering I was attending. As this was an especially important occasion--our 25th anniversary--I had to have the hats be right the first time, and completed on-time as the gathering was out-of-state, and under two weeks away. Throughout the process, Denise was in immediate contact when any design questions came up. This was especially reassuring as they actually took a hand-drawn design I had scanned over to them (detailed picture and multiple-sized words for front and back of hat) and turned it into a stencil/template for the hats, giving it a very personalized look. I couldn't believe the quality and attention to detail in recreating my sketch. Additionally, the color-matching her team was able to produce with the embroidery? Man, it was amazing! Oh, and they were completed in plenty of time, and nailed the agreed-upon price. Denise and her team just knocked it out of the park, and my alumni buddies were blown away with the finished product. I couldn't have been more proud to share such high-quality work for the occasion, and all thanks to Denise and her team at EmbroidMe. Highly recommended, and thank you SO much, Denise!!

Looking for individualized, custom made apparel? Clothing that's high-quality, stylish, yet…read moresurprisingly affordable? Let me try to explain what a difference this shirt made in my life. Sure, spending the last $30 in my bank account on a custom t-shirt seemed like a hasty decision a month ago. I was down and out- my cat ate my parakeet, my boyfriend was spending an unusual amount of time on the 'personals' section of Craigslist, my boss started 'accidentally' CC-ing me on articles about "Appropriate Workplace Etiquette"... It was a tough week all around. During one of my late-night-alcohol-fueled shopping sprees, I ordered the women's "Not a Known Giver of F**ks" T-shirt from Guise Ink. It was delivered to me promptly- SO promptly that the mailman almost witnessed the last of my unholy hangover. As soon as the smooth, lightweight fabric of this shirt hit my skin, I knew something was different. Every time I entered a room, my bloodthirsty cat would meow in submission and cower under the nearest piece of furniture as if I was some kind of revered fe line God. My boyfriend immediately deleted every female contact in his phone (including his mother) and cooked me a delicious chicken tetrazzini while listening to me vent about my day. When I showed up to work two hours late and slightly drunk, my boss gave me a raise. I thanked him with a fakeout "down low, too slow" high five in front of the entire staff, and he promoted me on the spot. For the first time in my life, I feel 'whole'. This shirt so flawlessly, so EFFORTLESSLY, depicts what I have felt my whole life but never been able to express- that I am truly "Not a Known Giver of F**cks". Nowadays, there aren't many things I give a f*ck about. One of them, however, is the intense love I feel for apparel from Guise Ink. In addition to improvements in my personal and professional life, this company supports local nonprofits by providing them with clothing at highly discounted rates. Five stars!

I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I will absolutely use them again and again. Thank you, YellowDog!
