He also allowed for us to bring our own shirts or use theirs. We used his adult and children's sizes but provided our town toddler and infant. The image was a picture of my dad and on each size, it looked amazing. It made my dad's birthday when he saw all of his kids and grandkids wearing his face for his 70th. He was also very quick with responses!

It was illegible, colors from shirt material showing through, letters running together, etc. (picture below). Of course we paid up front too! Then when showing/telling them how unacceptable it was upon pick up, they refused to refund us or even compensate us for the items they damaged, didn't even want to or try to work something out with us for their horrible services. Instead just keep ignoring us - personally, emails, and phone calls - to resolve it. Very unprofessional!

They changed the logo I gave them without approval and printed it anyway. The shirts they gave me were different shades of the same color from one shirt to the next, and even on the front vs back of the same shirt (they blamed it on the material but the other two places I have gone through didn't have a problem. They offered to reprint them all and told me I would have them on time for my event on Saturday the 4th. I called on Friday the 3rd to ask about picking them up and they had not even begun to print them because they still couldn't get the color right. They never bothered to tell me and I was left with not shirts for my event. I asked for a refund and was put off several times. Finally got the refund two weeks later after many phone calls and emails (which they never responded to).

I've been using this service for the past 15+ years. (Previously was another company name, maybe…read moreacquired by this one.) The previous company created an eNewsletter content and emailed it to my client contact list. Then it just because the eNewsletter. Then the eNewsletter had grammatical errors requiring me to proof-read it every month. And the price kept going up. The latest edition included a controversial book recommendation that would rankle most of my client base. Unique Litho would not remove this, claiming recommendations are made to cover a variety of topics. Strange I've never seen a recommendation from the other side of the aisle. Last month, I couldn't even open the link but trusted that this edition didn't have any grammatical errors or controversial content. (And at least one client reached out to me that he couldn't open the link either.) This is after a staff change. Even though emails continued to originate from this terminated staff person, she no longer worked at Unique Litho and something changed in the format of the eNewsletter. After a decade and a half, I've chosen to cancel my subscription rather than compromise my values and continue to pay for declining quality.

The colors were off, the tree was not centered, they had I want to call it grayish green when it was supposed to be gray. They used violent when i said it needs to be a Dark Plum Color etc... They then proceeded to try to bs me and say well it will look like this color in this light and this color if it is limited etc.... as though the stitching they are using is metallic in nature which would be cool if they can do metallic embroidery. I am now forced to go somewhere else that can do the Project as they clearly cannot and refuse to fix the errors instead blaming the design which has two Colors Deep Plum Purple and Gray that is nothing else. I dont need the black background and I understand that the shading might not be there but come on. Give me something
