I went to them and sent them the artwork and file to use for my Logo and what they came back is nothing what I sent them. The colors were off, the tree was not centered, they had I want to call it grayish green when it was supposed to be gray. They used violent when i said it needs to be a Dark Plum Color etc... They then proceeded to try to bs me and say well it will look like this color in this light and this color if it is limited etc.... as though the stitching they are using is metallic in nature which would be cool if they can do metallic embroidery. I am now forced to go somewhere else that can do the Project as they clearly cannot and refuse to fix the errors instead blaming the design which has two Colors Deep Plum Purple and Gray that is nothing else. I dont need the black background and I understand that the shading might not be there but come on. Give me something read more

I needed some specialty hats made to commemorate a special project. I searched around and contacted several local shops, most wouldn't even return my call. I contacted Rocky Mountain Apparel, and they were very quick to help me. I had the basic design I wanted, and they worked closely with me to make sure I got just what I was looking for. They had a great selection of hats on their website, and that made it super easy to find the type and color of hat I was looking for. They provided a detailed quote, so I could see exactly what I was ordering and being promised. They also sent me pictures of the practice sample they made to ensure the look and quality is what I wanted. They delivered the hats on the date they promised. The hats are a big hit, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this shop for your embroidery needs. Very professional, on time and at a good price. The team at Rocky Mountain Apparel rocks! read more

We have placed two orders with Rocky Mountain Apparel, both time-sensitive, and both have resulted in disaster. We had hoped to give them the benefit of the doubt after the first mistake, but it has become infinitely clear that they don't care about performing a reliable service. Unfortunately, we're going to lose hundreds of dollars in screen fees switching to another company. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS! Our first order needed to be done by a certain date, and we were told when we placed the order that they would accommodate it. When we arrived to pick up the order at the predetermined time and date, the printer hadn't even started -- the owner hadn't told him the printing deadline. Luckily, the printers themselves (who are very kind and helpful) were able to complete our order in a span of only a few hours. Our second order also needed to be done by a certain date, and when we arrived to pick it up, we were told that the items to be printed on hadn't even arrived yet. Not only that, but they hadn't thought to call us and inform us of this!! Do yourself a favor and print with a company that possesses even a shred of responsibility toward their customers. read more

Rocky Mountain Apparel is the real deal. I picked up an order on December 24th and the designs were positioned wrong. The items were Christmas presents so they actually took the apparel and completely redid the embroidery that day and I was able to pick them up in time for Christmas. Super impressed! read more

My company has worked with Rocky Mountain Apparel for several years, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! From completing jobs in a huge rush to overall quality and great customer service, Rocky Mountain Apparel can't be beaten. The office staff is incredibly responsive, and has on several occasions worked miracles to enable my business to meet customer requested in hands dates that other print shops have advised cannot be met. They treat every job with importance, from 5 pieces to 5000. Their artists are creative and helpful, offering insight into tricky designs that we would otherwise be unable to figure out on our own. As with any customization service, there are bound to be errors every once and a while, but the staff at Rocky Mountain Apparel has never failed to make it right, and always find a way to do so quickly and professionally. The overall quality of their work is exceptional and has kept us coming back with new jobs whenever they come in. read more

In the end, solid company and happy to do business with them again. Had some issue with timing and tricky issues with getting this rush job done on time but ultimately worked hard to make this right for me. Thanks! Plus willing to work with super small orders. That raised them to 5 stars. read more

Over promised, under delivered. Late finishing the job and shipped it instead of couriering it like they said they would. No discount offered in compensation of their issues. read more

The owner has contacted us after an initial mishap and made things right. It's appreciated and they once again earned our business.

I've used Rocky Mountain Apparel for a few years now. They are always fast and efficient and deliver great quality. Scot is always so on top of things and I absolutely love working with him. He matched our branded PMS colors so well on some embroidered polos we needed for our staff. I prefer to support local businesses and RMA makes it easy to do so! read more

I gave these guys a try for a small run of shirts and beanies, with the intention of doing full scale production. Ian, Nima and the production staff delivered great customer service and attention throughout the project. The owner, on the other hand appeared like he had better things to do. I had a color issue with my small run. Ian told me he would check and see what they could do. I waited for 2 weeks without a reply. The owner finally called me and immediately took a defensive stance. I filled him in on the situation that I had taken it up with his production staff and he put me on hold. When he came back on the line he told me that the material and red color of the shirt was the cause of the problem. I find that very hard to believe since the color printed the same on a black shirt that I had done in the same run. There was no attempt to sort it out, and thusly I will not be selecting them to be my partner for either of my businesses. If you're not picky about your projects then give Ian a call. Otherwise, if you want a partner who will stand by their work no matter what size the project and make it right if it goes wrong - I think you'll be better off doing business elsewhere. read more

My friends and I decided to go with this company for t-shirt print for a group trip! They worked with me very well..answering my questions. When I received our shirts, there were a couple of things wrong with the shirts but the owner Scot took care of me very well. We were so happy with our shirts at the end, we looked great! I recommend this company, just make sure you pin point every detail of your customized shirt... size of image (or text), font, paint, etc. read more

Questions got immediate responses and they provided quick turnaround for an "emergency" order. Danielle has superb customer service skills. Max took our design and ideas and the end result of our shirts was simply fantastic. I will definitely be using these guys again. read more

The customer service at this place was horrible! I do not recommend them as they do not know how to properly treat customers. Super Tees is a much better place with great customer service. read more

As a business owner I have been using this company for years and have never been disappointed. No order is too big or too small they smile and get it done right the first time. Scot and his team are always kind, courteous and helpful and have never steered me wrong. My customers love the gear and it has made a big difference in our business recognition. They print for our business, our team and now our family reunion. We have shirts, hats, water bottles, towels - you name it and they make it.
