awesome ladies, they are just delightful! answer so many questions and give so much advice

My cat inspecting my purchases. - A black cat is seen on a wooden table, inspecting yarn balls in various colors, including gray and bright blue. Behind the yarn, there is a brown paper shopping bag with the logo of The Tangled Ball yarn shop. The scene is illuminated by natural light coming through a window, with a brick wall visible in the background.

What a find!! I came across The Tangled Ball searching for a yarn shop that I didn't have to go across town for and that isn't a big box store. They're located in the main building of The Edgewater Public Market, so exploring after was fun. They were super friendly even though I was shopping with a very curious toddler. They have a great selection of lovely yarns and the shop is clean and well organized.while they wound my yarn I was able to take my son for ice cream. Can't wait to go back and buy more yarn!

Skeins of yarn in various colors and textures are arranged on a wooden display at a yarn shop. The yarn includes shades of pink, blue, green, and gray, with some skeins featuring mixed or variegated colors. Labels are attached to some skeins, indicating their brand and price. The setting suggests a retail environment dedicated to knitting and crocheting supplies, with a focus on community and creative projects.

Wow!! What a special store located in the Edgewater Public Market. I discovered this gem, from a YELP event but came back because of their personal service. They were so willing to help me get back to knitting, offering me a seat at their table, and undivided attention. Their staff is skilled and knowledgeable, and the best part, aside from amazing products! is one does NOT have to be perfect, in fact, it's imperfection that is encouraged and makes creating special. I will drive farther to go to this store, than one closer to me, because of the all around quality received.

A table covered with a white cloth with red stripes holds three baskets filled with various yarns in different colors and textures. A small blackboard sign on the table announces a 30% discount on yarns. The background shows part of a store interior with shelves and a person holding a shopping bag. The setting appears to be inside a community-focused yarn shop offering knitting supplies and hosting craft events.

What an adorable store!?! I only wish I had stumbled across this sooner. I've been longing for a good yarn shop in my neighborhood and I'm positively delighted with this one. The owner is lovely, the selection is fantastic and it's so nice to be able to go and squish all of the beautiful skeins. I see many new socks and sweaters in my future.

I can't recall now what ultimately pushed me towards using EmbroidMe, but I'm so glad I did. Working with Denise, the manager, was an absolute pleasure. She was great with communication, and wasn't afraid to offer constructive, professional advice when I asked for it during the process of designing 15 custom hats for an alumni gathering I was attending. As this was an especially important occasion--our 25th anniversary--I had to have the hats be right the first time, and completed on-time as the gathering was out-of-state, and under two weeks away. Throughout the process, Denise was in immediate contact when any design questions came up. This was especially reassuring as they actually took a hand-drawn design I had scanned over to them (detailed picture and multiple-sized words for front and back of hat) and turned it into a stencil/template for the hats, giving it a very personalized look. I couldn't believe the quality and attention to detail in recreating my sketch. Additionally, the color-matching her team was able to produce with the embroidery? Man, it was amazing! Oh, and they were completed in plenty of time, and nailed the agreed-upon price. Denise and her team just knocked it out of the park, and my alumni buddies were blown away with the finished product. I couldn't have been more proud to share such high-quality work for the occasion, and all thanks to Denise and her team at EmbroidMe. Highly recommended, and thank you SO much, Denise!!

I was looking for a store that carried gems and maybe some jewelry. I was surprised because this store came up under "arts & crafts" which I do neither. In any case, I stopped in and instantly knew I was going to spend way too much time there. Upon entering I immediately noticed there was so much more than yarn and art supplies. I beelined straight for all of the jewelry. I was greeted by the owner, Shawna and her vicious guard dog, Tiny, the chihuahua. I spent over an hour asking so many questions about stones and their meanings, it was fascinating. Shawna did not seem to mind at all! I noticed they also have a lot of literature on Reiki, something I have heard about but never really looked into, so maybe that will be next. Shawna told me they offer knitting workshops too, it's definitely a knitters/artist like community. OK, back to the jewelry. They have charms, earrings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants both big and small. There is something for everyone. They have masculine pieces, feminine pieces and unisex pieces. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially the handmade pieces. They have pieces to fit anyone's budget. The handmade pendants are a work of art. They have very simple ones and very intricate ones. I purchased three items. The first is a small and simple blue, white, and black Jasper pendant, which I wear with a simple silver chain. The other two pieces I will treasure for a very long time. For myself I purchased a handmade pendant made of copper with moonstone and black tourmaline. I wore it out that night and received so many compliments on it, and people asked me so many questions about it! I purchased the other pendant for my friend who does not wear any jewelry but was blown away by the artistry and has always loved labradorite. He has not taken it off since I gave it to him! His pendant is also hand made with copper. What's interesting...these were the first two pieces I gravitated to - but still had to look at every piece in the store at least three times, but always came back to those pieces. Shawna told me about the different stone properties - and it just made too much sense why I gravitated to these pieces! Even if jewelry isn't your thing, or you aren't familiar with certain stones, knitting, or Reiki, I still recommend visiting this store. There is so much to look at, learn about, and admire. It is very accessible with plenty of free parking. I will definitely be back, perhaps after my next paycheck because I already made a list of what I want to purchase next! Thank you Knitters Therapy!! These pictures are of the handmade copper with labradorite pendant. I will be purchasing a matching chain soon, but for now, my friend doesn't seem to mind!
