Let me start by saying that I highly recommend DSPE. They are excellent to work with and went the extra mile for me when a problem arose with my t-shirt order (more on that in a moment). I received excellent service from DSPE from the start. They take a very personal approach and really get you what you want. They also take the time to answer questions and fully explain the available shirts, process, etc. They have in-house artists that do an excellent job in dealing with the artwork you submit and, possibly most importantly, do an excellent job matching printing colors to your artwork. Their staff is superb from top to bottom. The issue I ran into with my order, mentioned above, was shrinking t-shirts. After the first wash the t-shirt I picked out for myself from my order shrank much more than the manufacturer specifications. (Please note that the shrinking was a result of bad t-shirts from the manufacturer and not at all a result of anything DSPE did.) This was a big problem because it is very important that I have a quality product to sell and give away at events and that probable shrinking was simply unacceptable. Consequently, I had just purchased 70 plus t-shirts that were essentially worthless to me. I called up DSPE and let them know the situation. They began working on a solution immediately. In the end they fully replaced my order with another brand of t-shirt. There was no pro-rating or negotiation about how much of the order I was responsible for. DSPE simply did the right thing and replaced my shirts. They stood behind their product (and me as their customer) even though the problem was the fault of the manufacturer. You don't find business that do that anymore. Working with DSPE is not a transactional experience that we've all unfortunately become so accustomed to with big box stores and internet retailers. They are a local business you partner with on a project. They do an excellent job from start to finish, and when things don't go just right, they are there to help you out. You don't readily find this kind of service anymore. You just don't. I'll confidently (and happily!) continue going back to DSPE. read more

Stay as far away from this company as you can. Amanda charged a random number to my credit card that she appears to have kept on file after I refused to take 39/150 garments that the company flawed during production. I was very clear that I would not take or pay for flawed inventory after the test prints came back with ink and water marks. There is no contract between myself and this company, although Shane Katz claimed that I signed documents. I received an invoice, no terms, and paid said invoice prior to production. My inventory was sent directly to their facility from the manufacturer because they don't purchase this brand. Inventory was checked by Cory, Amanda, and myself prior to printing. Checked again by myself and shown to Shane after production. Shane denied that the the black smears on the garments were their fault. He refused to reimburse me for the loss in garment value or screen print value. Then I was charged a very large random amount, on a card that was used to pay for the initial invoice. They will say there are 0 flaws to the garments, but I have Shane on video looking at them and claiming that these ink blotches couldn't have come from production. BEWARE! read more

DSPE is an excellent vendor, we've used them for several years for all our apparel needs. They are very knowledgeable on different products that fit my need, up front about costs and very transparent which I appreciate. The screen printers are excellent and super friendly and helpful and they always ask me to come in for a press check if I'd like. If there's a problem with my art once it's printed, they proactively suggest solutions on how to fix it and get it down quickly while I wait instead of having me come back in. After receiving "priority tickets" to the Price is Right, my friend and I needed to get a couple of custom T-shirts for the show. We went in and spoke with William and John. They were very nice to us and helped us pick our colors and showed us what would work with our wording to be able to stand out and be noticed. John helped with the design and sent us pics to show us what they would look like before we gave it a final. The shirts were a very reasonable price and they did a fabulous job. Great service! I have been working with screen printers for the last 10 years and I believe Denver Screen Print is on point. They have lots of experience without being overly confident. The employees are all super friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their in-house graphics team to turn around mockups quickly (thanks guys for letting me do so many revisions).
