Fortunately with his kickass skills he was able to make that creative idea a reality in mere moments! His talents are legit. It was illegible, colors from shirt material showing through, letters running together, etc. (picture below). Of course we paid up front too! Then when showing/telling them how unacceptable it was upon pick up, they refused to refund us or even compensate us for the items they damaged, didn't even want to or try to work something out with us for their horrible services. Instead just keep ignoring us - personally, emails, and phone calls - to resolve it. Very unprofessional!
