Very reasonable prices, great quality merchandise, quick turnaround, excellent customer service. It really does not get better than that! I scanned two old photos from the 80s to print into 3' posters. Since the photos were very old, I did not expect them to be as crisp as contemporary photos. The posters turned out really good, and the laminating was very professional. I also loved how the customer service reps were very responsive and guided me through the entire process including what size I could print my photos while maintaining clarity and also laminating suggestions. Although the posters were packaged very safely, they were damaged in delivery (the corners were creased because USPS did not handle the package properly). The company reshipped my order as soon as they confirmed delivery damage. I would highly recommend ordering from this company. read more

Been procrastinating on completing a poster for large-scale printing. Finally finished it, and before I got up from the computer, I needed to get it off. After a few searches, I saw that this was the best deal for my 48x36 (another company was less expensive, but their lamination put it over the edge). I jumped on Yelp to see what others had said. I'm suspicious of just two reviews, posted so close to one another in date. This could be their cousins talking! Well, I needed to forge ahead. The set-up process was SO easy (click, upload, order) that I had completed my ordering steps before I had time to reconsider. Same hour, I get a quirky e-mail telling me how beautiful I am, and how my equally beautiful poster has been ordered and is printing. Same day I get another quirky e-mail stating how sharp I am and how speedy my poster should be arriving now that it's mailed. I'm loving this, and can't wait to get the next communique. 3/28 update It didn't take them that long, just me that long to post. I got a quirky e-mail every step along the way. (Love the glorifying affirmations within!) My poster arrived looking very safe (in case of rain or rumble). I opened it up and was SO proud! (So proud I had to call my Momma!). You never know how that PPT slide will look 17 times its size, ya' know? It was gorgeous! It was nicely printed, nicely laminated, and nicely rolled. What incredible service and product turnaround! My usual poster printing place wasn't available and Kinkos was too expensive. I googled online for an alternative and found PosterBrain.com. The website is really easy to use. If you have any questions, there's a chat function where you can speak to someone right then and there. Within 5 minutes, I uploaded my file and clicked to order the poster. A big research sized poster and shipping cost around $40. A bargain indeed. Because I had a little bit of time, I requested the slowest delivery method (4-6 days) because it was the cheapest. I submitted by order on a Tuesday at 4 pm. I'm local, so I asked if I could pick my order up in person rather than wait for shipping. Not only were they happy to do it (I ordered online and they credited my card the shipping fees once I picked up my posters), but the woman actually brought my posters OUT TO MY CAR so I didn't have to take my kids out of their car seats. AMAZING. The posters were nicely printed too, and SO MUCH MORE REASONABLY PRICED than Kinko's or the other chain joints. A 16" x 20" is only $10... whaaaat? "Super Sexy Lamination" is $12 extra, but the standard job looks really clean and professional. Just be careful not to scuff your nails across the surface... remember, it's not laminated and therefore a bit delicate. Their customer service is top-notch and their emails are charming and witty. My son was running for Student Council president and he needed posters. I had heard of this place through a friend and we tried them out. WOW!!! I stumbled onto the Poster Brain site when I was in 11th hour mode to get posters done for a HS musical three days before the show. We needed the posters for the set and had to wait till dress rehearsals for pictures to be taken. Given the sizes we needed, we learned that it would be difficult to get what we wanted on such short notice. Enter Poster Brain after I had exhausted all the usual printing sites (that couldn't do what I needed). I uploaded my images, selected my custom sizes, and clicked overnight shipping($26!!!). I was looking forward to working with Poster Brain after reading the rave reviews... I drove out to the address given, which was tricky to find, and they are not there! I double-checked the address, and there were several businesses at this industrial site (which would have worked for such a business) but no Poster Brain. I tried calling them and got voice mail. So I could not give them my job if I couldn't find or reach them. Noticing at least one review refers to them shipping... maybe that's the trick? Another print shop has my order in now. read more

I ordered 9 posters from posterbain.com that ranged from 16x10 - 20x12 for a little less than $60! I was able to get them within two days. I didn't know what to expect from since that was my first time ordering from them, but the posters were very good even though I enlarged some of the pictures! I will DEFINITELY buy more posters from posterbrain. I enjoyed the funny emails that i was sent that came along with info about my shipment. After seven years of good service, I must now no longer recommend Posterbrain.com for printing services. Even though their web site is still up, it appears that they have gone out of business. My poster arrived yesterday, more quickly than expected. It was excellently packaged in its tube. The tissue paper between layers and at the ends of the rolled posters made sure they were both in pristine condition. I'm especially pleased with the print quality. The lamination looks great. I ordered a giant map of my county, all individual street names are easy to read. I had such a large picture to print that I thought it would work better and be easier moving and storing it if I split my image into two separate posters. Since the image tool was incredibly simple and accurate, the two posters of the halved image align perfectly. PosterBrain is definitely a 10 for quality, quickness, and pricing--much cheaper than I would have needed to pay at FedEx/Kinko's. I'll definitely be recommending them to other people at my college and ordering from them again should my department need more posters. read more

What a great company. Emailed back and forth with Papi and Wendy about a poster of the Boston skyline I wanted blown up to 36 x 24 inches. I was worried that the image would be blurry when blown up from a postage stamp size pic found on line to the requested size. They foind a similiar pic that was high def and viola, I got my poster. Arrived the other day packaged like it was a delicate relic and topped off with a hard candy lozenge. I was very very happy. The only thing I forgot was I wanted some graphics on the poster and since I couldn't upload my pic to their site, forgot to have it added. Mentioned it to Wendy in an email thanking them for the great poster and she offered to reprint the poster for free. who does that!!!! I highly recommend this company for all of your custom poster printing. sure you can go someplace cheaper, but I doubt that you will get the customer services you get here. they stay in touch and make sure that the finished product is exactly vwhat you wanted. read more
