Pretty good store. I couldn't find everything I was looking for but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I bought some heavy cabinets and they loaded them into my car for me. The store has some nice clearance items up to 90% off. When they discontinue stock they are really trying to get rid of it quickly!. :) read more

Zero if I could. I have tried to give this locations a chance many times over. This is the last time I give this closer to me location a chance. Compared to other sites, they are all low energy and aloof. No one checks if you need help. They look avoidant and walk away without scanning or asking. If Office Depot won't fund repairing self serve machines, then close that down. One guy stood in front of me for 10 minutes having trouble. If you do try for self serve, only the Print Me works at this location. The same little external stick works at the Sheridan location with no issue. And the Sheridan location has plenty of staff, they have something called "smiles" and "laughter" there. I promise to travel further from now on and after numerous attempts and grace for people, this location is absolutely unprofessional and I promise never to bother you again. read more

Ruined a pattern book and refuse to replace it. My husband brought in some AO size double side pattern pieces from a book to have run as single side copies and a digital file so I could print them at home as needed. We requested SVG Format. The person running the machine absolutely shredded an entire page of patterns. Didn't seem to care at all, because "the scan is fine" The scan is not fine. It's cut off on one edge and is also not usable now. In addition to the digital files being crooked and entire parts missing, it was saved as a .tif file which is also not usable. We opned a ticket to get the cost of my $25 dollar book replaced. They ruined it, they should be responsible for it. I am out the cost of my now useless book, and the money spent on these files. It has been 2 weeks of stupid and inane run around. I am pretty sure they have their money and I will never be able to use the pattern book I purchased. Went in to scan something using the self service scan which would be an awesome feature IF the scans would even come out right. The whole scan looked like it had a watercolor filter over it. You couldn't read anything. Horrible. You should have some Xerox guys come in and see what's up. Employees didn't even come by to offer any help. Office Depot used to be filled with helpful employees. I guess they went away. read more

My dog got lost a little over a year ago, and we had "lost dog" flyers printed here. The job was done accurately and completed early. The price was reasonable. Unfortunately, we never found our pupster. We were doing some filing recently, and I came across the receipt. I hadn't noticed it at the time, but the person who bagged the order left a kind note, telling us they were sorry our dog got lost, and they hoped we would find her. They had thrown in a few extra flyers for free. Since I didn't see it at the time, I never thanked her for that extra bit of caring. Thank you! read more

It's interesting how someone can walk around this terrible store and look for an item for 10 minutes, and there are hardly any associates to offer any assistance. Then you stand up at an empty cashier register for 5 minutes when you're ready to go. Then when you buy empty totes the cashier gets a message in her left ear, to check the totes for any unaccounted for items.... So you the customer is under very close surveillance their entire time in the store which is normal and fine. But this same technology cannot be used to tell the cashier that there is a customer waiting at the register, and you have customers confused where the empty plastic totes are and looking in every isle? And you couldn't have summoned an associate to go help that customer find what they needed? Sounds to me like management has their priorities all jacked up. That or they're are only watching certain kinds of customers go through their door. Which is it? Both render a terrible experience for the customer. One Star Rating 100% read more

They put their sale prices up a day early, argue with you as to what those sale prices are, then not even honor those prices. The manager was very dismissive. Doesn't seem like smart customer service or financial sense....no sale was better than one sale according to them. read more

I was told by one of her employees at noon today my printed order would be ready today after I emailed in what I needed, as I call in three hours later Bre exceeds to tell me that because I didn't come in due to COVID there are people in front of me "first come, first serve" and my order wouldn't be ready until tomorrow you people had five hours to work on this order this is terrible SERVICE. I only use their mailing center as an alternative to the post office long lines. However, with how slow the staff is the no-lines here and long lines at the post office basically are equivalent in how fast you can get out of the building. Most employees here seem fairly miserable and can't even crack a smile nevertheless care about any sense of urgency you may have trying to checkout during errands. Teach your employees some better customer service, I hate checking out somewhere and getting huff and puffed at by employees who couldn't care to be there less, you get paid to be there so act like it. read more

Wow, what an utter waste of time. I've been shopping exclusively at Office Depot thinking that I was getting okay prices to discover that their price gouging! For something as simple as sheet protectors they want 160% more then another store a little over a mile away. They say they price match, they lie, because they sell Office Depot everything, But only match Office Depot pricing nobody else is selling Office Depot's product, never the less for less! Take the name literally. This place is specifically for businesses and people with small offices. Being a technophile, this place doesn't suffice. They are overpriced for the few items that they do have. They hardly have what I need in stock. Went in there today to return a 12inch paper cutter I bought, since I was planning to exchange it for a larger 15inch one, I didn't bother to try to find my original receipt. The store manager refuse to let me return the cutter without a receipt even though their return policy states that they will give a store credit for returns without a receipt for the lowest price an item sold for within the past 90 days! The cashier apologize but nothing she could do without manager approval (she also happened to be the same cashier who helped me when I bought the cutter). Service here by employees is great but this is the first time I dealt with a manager and have to say they need to learn customer service from the sales people on the floor. I went to another store and they easily made the exchange and I just paid the difference! read more

Placed an online copy order at 10:10 a.m., called the store as a follow up immediately upon placing the order and then was told that they were busy in the copy center, they took my information and told me someone would call back. I then called them back at 1:30 p.m. finally able to get an answer to my initial question. They then called me back at 1:54 p.m. stating they couldn't complete my order as requested. I then asked for them to adjust the order, credit my credit card for the difference, only to be told that all they could do was cancel the order and I would have to re-input my order.
