Snotty voicemail when you call. However, I did waste my time listening to it and then followed their directions about emailing as they directed. Sent an inquiry about a sticker order and expressed that it was very last minute and asked if they thought it would be doable. Very prompt and pleasant initial reply and then they just stopped responding. I found it incredibly rude that they would say that they could most likely fill the order, ask about the size and then when I responded back to them approximately 3 minutes later they stopped responding altogether. I followed up with 2 more emails that were never answered. Glad I trusted my guy and went somewhere else. read more

I work for a community where we needed two signs on short notice for an event. We looked online and none of the services would be able to get it here fast enough and some of the local prices were outrageous. I ended up finding Paramount Printing and Graphics and I am so glad we did. After a few emails back in forth with very fast replies, we had our order for our banners in. [READ] BROKEN OUT THE DOOR, NO COMMUNICATION, CHEAPLY MADE BASE, ODD CUSTOMER SERVICE, (None at all) Upon Picking up my retraceable banner for my event the next day, guess what. .. BROKE INSTANTLY. The banner was NOT holding and completely detached. and THEN, The rolling mechanism, Immediately rolled into it self. So my banner was stuck inside the base. once I actually Got my banner out the base by picking at it for an hour, The banner doesn't even retract anymore . HERES THE BEST PART: THIS ALL HAPPENED WITHIN ONE HOUR of pickup. I tried calling them,. and guess what. THEY CLOSED on AWFUL HOURS. MY EVENT is the next morning. and they close in the afternoon. as well as the entire weekend. SO. My event was F#@KIN a crap show, I tried to fix it up myself, but guess what, The $160+ banner I payed for was not even economy style base. Its a CRAP CHEAP banner base you can get for A FRACTION of the price. its cheap. and you can TELL its cheap when the stick that holds up the stand already came with bends before standing it up. ECONOMY BASES have higher quality. this is not it. for $160 dollars......... you get, A cheap Base, A cheap stick, your banner, no customer service at all. and a bag for your broker cheap $160 dollar banner. What business closes on both weekends. its SO inconvenient when most events are on weekends. so if there IS a mishap, there's no way to get any service for your order. I event contacted them and I have YETTT to get a reply. My event was crap. because I didn't have the tools I needed , being the banner. the thing is, excluding my event, this shop is reliable only till the payment goes through. then, your left into the dust. I rate this 0/0 in customer service , as well as build quality. for $160 dollars you can a bag of broken crap and possibly the sense of embarrassment. I only rate this 2 stars to get it more prioritized for people so see this is not a business to work with. read more

Everything was good quality and they were helpful in converting my Adobe project into their software to have everything printed in a timely manner. Absolutely horrible for customer service have used them for years to logo new company vehicles. They lost the guy I had been dealing with so I started working with another guy. Tried to update my logo was told after a consult via email it was 50% down and 50% once delivered. Walked into the store and was told I was wrong with huffs and snobby attitude and then "well we don't need your business anymore".... wow such AWSOME customer service I won't EVER BE BACK. Not to mention they lost a full van wrap job... this place is going down hill, as far as he tinting they take advantage of the customer and routinely miss count by the hundreds of flyers! Thanks guys for such quick and quality service and product. I took a design to them that I had done years ago, they did some sort of "vector" process (not sure what that is really), but it was decently priced and they did it very quickly. Went in for a measurement of my vehicle for the decals and wording that they helped me design and they were ready for my vehicle shortly afterward! Took my car over one morning and the entire back was done in less than an hour! Absolutely great work and fantastic pricing! Not sure why the negative comments, they are busy and to the point sometimes, but I think some people you can't make happy no matter what, so that's my take on the negative talk. From the moment you walk in the door they don't greet you in any way and look at you like "what do you want". For being in the design/print business these guys are not helpful whatsoever. They dropped the ball on our email conversation so I had to go back in and the guy working that day had no idea what I was talking about, nor did try and be helpful on finding out. So I had re-explain everything. Once we received the proof back that we wanted for our banner, they half-ass'd it with disregard to the specific details in the email, that a 3rd grader could have understood. Once we contacted the owner in the Brighton location, he defended his poor staff and company instead of apologizing or trying to fix it. If I'm gonna spend my hard earned $100 on a banner I expect you to at least say Hi when I walk in your store. Back to Global signs and printing I go!!! read more
