Told me they couldn't quote me a price based on provided project specifics, until I had set up my project up on their site 100%. When I refused, they somehow managed to pull a quote. That quote was 5x the competition I found online. I elected to take my business elsewhere this time! I may regret it - I may be getting poor quality stickers for 1/5 the cost. I'm sure StickerGiant makes incredible stickers that are 5x the quality... but I'll never know, as their business practices seem designed to deter customers. 2 stars because they were prompt at reply, and courteous - even though I was making "abnormal requests". I just wonder about that policy where you don't get a price until you've invested your time setting up your project. I'd have been steamed if I had taken the time to set things up, only to find out cost was 5x. I still would have walked away from StickerGiant... It took them 3 days to reply on our email about our orders that has been waiting for days with a supposed to be "quick " turnaround. Their customer service and communication is pretty bad. With that being said, when I received my stickers the border was heavier on one side, giving them the appearnce of being lopsided. Unfortunately they could not use our logo because of the specific design. They promptly got back to us to inform that they didn't have the capabilities to print them how we wanted.
