Sticker giant is the best. Best quality for my labels! Good Customer Service & Fast Shipping! And it's FREE shipping to Hawaii!!!!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The customer service was top notch, fast shipping, and a great product. We intend to re-order often. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

After two weeks of file submissions, being told conflicting info, request for guidance being denied, proofs coming back wrong or incomplete, and dealing with a condescending rep (Andi)...I've had enough. Andi actually said "Sometimes thing like this just have to happen." after delivering the news that there was no way to get labels to us before our deadline. This has been by far and large the most frustrating experience I've ever encountered with a printer. I was stoked to support a local company, but ultimately I made a huge costly mistake. read more

We ordered our jar label stickers and our advertisement stickers from them (twice...we changed our branding ) and we couldn't of been more pleased with the smooth process and outcome. We even got to 'meet' Saul the sticker ball one day when we popped in. Keep up the great work guys!! (Mybeerpickles) read more

Not impressed with their customer service. Does not seem like they want to help! Would not recommend them if you have another option. Though the sticker quality is good, I wish they would be more friendly and helpful. read more

So FAST, easy templates for cut marks, inexpensive and professional! I ordered individually cut oval stickers and received a message that pandemic short-staffing may cause a two-day fulfillment delay. They sent the proof the next day and it was in my hands 4 days later. The finished product looked better than I could have expected. This is the place I'll go back to. read more

I recently used Sticker Giant for stickers and window clings for my client with overwhelming praise from my client. I am very satisfied with the product and customer service from Sticker Giant that I highly recommend them. Thank you, Bill H. California read more

I needed an emergency order done and sent. Tom and his team really came through both on quality and speed. The artwork I submitted was rendered perfectly - and even though I had made an error on the sticker dimensions, the work was done correctly and perfectly and FAST. As a small business owner, I am happy to support other small businesses that provide great merchandise and top-notch service. Sticker Giant is one such business. Leila ProvenceTable.com read more

Loved the product and the speediness. I would definitely recommend then to anyone and will be using them for any future orders. Can't beat a good product, great customer service, and post delivery follow up. read more

Told me they couldn't quote me a price based on provided project specifics, until I had set up my project up on their site 100%. When I refused, they somehow managed to pull a quote. That quote was 5x the competition I found online. I elected to take my business elsewhere this time! I may regret it - I may be getting poor quality stickers for 1/5 the cost. I'm sure StickerGiant makes incredible stickers that are 5x the quality... but I'll never know, as their business practices seem designed to deter customers. 2 stars because they were prompt at reply, and courteous - even though I was making "abnormal requests". I just wonder about that policy where you don't get a price until you've invested your time setting up your project. I'd have been steamed if I had taken the time to set things up, only to find out cost was 5x. I still would have walked away from StickerGiant... I just would have wasted my time toying around with their website, simply to get a price on a product. read more

It took them 3 days to reply on our email about our orders that has been waiting for days with a supposed to be "quick " turnaround. Their customer service and communication is pretty bad. They lack attention to their customers and they don't value time sensitive orders. I would not recommend and we'll probably start working with other custom sticker making companies. read more

Stickergiant is AMAZING! I work in marketing for a start up company in San Diego, everything we do needs to be high quality, low cost, and quick turnaround. StickerGiant has done an amazing job aligning to our needs. I've worked with Tom Witting on multiple projects and have been extremely satisfied. He is willing to hop on the phone with me to discuss individual projects and answer questions, turnaround on quotes & proofs are within 24 hours or less, and the products are high quality. Very professional, easy to order & work with, quality products, quick turnaround. Couldn't ask for a better customer experience. read more

I cant say enough great things. Not only is the service quick and hassle free but they took a huge mistake that was 100% MY FAULT and made it right. I could have been out almost $1,000 and again, not due to anyone's fault but my own and for a small new business like mine that's a make me or break me amount of money. I cant say thankyou enough to them for their professionalism and understand. Ill never use another company but them. read more

This is based on our visit back in Sept of 2018 (hey better late than never). Got the low down on this from Atlas Obscura and had to witness Saul The Sticker Ball for myself. It was amazing. Festively set up like a pumpkin at the time of our visit. Added our stickers to further it's world record girth and went our way. Loved it. read more

I can't even tell you how impressed I am with Sticker Giant...but I'll try! I have placed several orders with them. Everything has been perfect and they exceed my expectations on every job. What I find truly amazing is they "talk to you" one on one!!! WHAT??? Who does that...they do. And their prices are great a quality product, great communication, and they process and ship very fast. If you need stickers or labels you will love the products and service at Sticker Giant. read more

Very unhappy with the service I ordered my sticker and they sent the proof to me when I received my sticker it did not look anything like the proof when I contacted them about the problem they were unable to do anything to resolve so I was not able to use my stickers and was out $250 read more

Great customer service! I wasn't totally happy with how my design turned out with a certain finish. They got me a new set with a different finish reprinted no problem. Thank you! read more

We needed stickers for a company event on Saturday. I ordered Tuesday and had them Friday! The staff was very friendly and the communication was great. With that being said, when I received my stickers the border was heavier on one side, giving them the appearnce of being lopsided. An employee contacted me to see how my product was and I let her know the problem I was having. She offered two solutions, both of which pleased me. Not every business is perfect...mistakes happen. How you handle the mistake is what makes you a good business. Not many companies care about customer service. The great customer service I received will have me returning back when future purchases are needed. read more

StickerGiant really helped me and my company out while we were in a bind. 24-36 hours before an event, we realized that we were drastically low on stickers. I called Tom at StickerGiant to help us out with the order and in under 12 hours, the stickers were ready for pickup (I live close to their office). read more

We stumbled upon StickerGiant via a Google search, as we needed some custom stickers for our vape shop. Uploading our design/specs was simple, and we received our requested price quote within hours. I've used these guys for band stickers four or five times over the past couple of years. They are top quality stickers, well priced, their customer service and design staff are awesome, they communicate really well and they're FAST! Like stupid fast. Customer for LIFE! read more

Pricing was great, service was friendly and fast, and products are GOOD QUALITY! I had read so many horror stories about other competitor sticker companies, so I was nervous at how our custom company logo stickers would turn out (this was our first sticker order from any company at all). The roll of 1,000 custom stickers I ordered turned out beautifully and were shipped to us right away. Turnaround time was only 2 days. I even received an email stating when they had been shipped, which included a picture of what they looked like. I was so excited to receive them after I saw the picture of how great they looked! The sales rep (Madelynn) was diligent in following up with my order to see if I was satisfied. Excellent, highly competent customer service. I highly recommend Sticker Giant to anyone else needing great looking, affordable stickers. You won't beat the price or the quality you get here. Believe me, I shopped around for a while before deciding to make our purchase with Sticker Giant. I am very pleased with the entire process. read more

StickerGiant - A top-notch sticker from a top-notch company! - Printing Services Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

The good people at Sticker Giant went above and beyond to get my stickers out despite the fact that a flood evacuation closed their facility down. When I explained how important and time sensitive the shipment was they made it happen against the odds. Not only did I receive the stickers in time for my event, but they were of stellar quality. Highly recommended. read more

LITERALLY, the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. They are not helpful, and if you're communicating with their customer service team via email, and you're wondering why things are seeming so confusing - its because you're talking to multiple different people, who apparently don't have a record of what was said previously... It took me a while to finally figure this out, but not it makes sense why they talk in confusing circles. I will NEVER work with this company again. A TERRIBLE experience. read more

Amazing customer service! They helped to make sure we had the best quality image and took every extra step to make sure we had our stickers in time for our event, even overnighting the product when production ran a little longer than expected! read more

We have been ordering from this company, regretfully, for a few years. Our last 3 orders have been incorrect. Two times in a row, they sent us the wrong stickers. The first time, they only offered us a discount on the replacements!! The second time, they offered a free replacement, and they were incorrect as well. Actually, they were the complete opposite of what we ordered. WILL BE LOOKING FOR NEW COMPANY TODAY! They talk to you on the phone like they know what they are doing. Yeah, definitely don't. read more

I am a small business owner, just starting out. I found this company while searching for sticker labels for my product. They seemed like a good choice at first for a fairly decent price. Unfortunately they could not use our logo because of the specific design. They promptly got back to us to inform that they didn't have the capabilities to print them how we wanted. I decided to call so I could clarify what the issue was. Basically once I called to tell them we wanted our money back the lady on the phone became very rude. She even suggested us changing our logo which clearly we could not do, it's for my business not a birthday party. I was not rude to her and tried explaining why we couldn't change the design. She quickly said they would refund the money, then she Hung up on me before I even finished speaking. I have since found a company that can do our logo. They seem like a good company, just rude customer service. read more
