I purchased a $300 pair of sunglasses from this shop in midsummer of this year. Somehow while at…read morethe farmers market, a screw came ALL the way loose AND fell out. Kind of wild for a "luxury" pair of glasses. What's even more odd tho, is that when I brought them to this Roark location where I purchased them, they told me there's nothing they can do because they didn't manufacture those sunglasses. Uhh GET REAL with that logic...I'm POSITIVE that Roark doesn't manufacture ANY of their products...this was just another way to avoid taking liability/accountability for the sh** products they sell because factually they sell CRAP. My ex boyfriend's friend started Roark back in the day...I never met him but that's why I supported them all these years. NOT ANYMORE!
