Ordered some Lady's socks, picked them up today and it told me on the socks there where RECYCLED Polyester, which when I Googled it it is Shredded Plastic. What a SHAME, who thinks I would put Plastic on my Feet ? Kohl's should lock there doors, everything VERY HIGH PRICED and the Quality is BAD. I will Purchase LESS& LESS at Kohl's. read more

Don't waste your time here. Came in because I saw a kitchen item was on sale online and they said they would price match. Came into the store for the item and at the checkout counter yet they would not match the price even though I pulled it up on the website and it was the same exact item! They said we can't find the SKU so we can't price match it and they tried gas lighting me into saying it was different product even though it was the same exact item. Do better read more

Did you know that with Amazon returns you may have the choice of returning that item or items at your nearest Kohls? I didn't until now! This is wonderful because they also handle the packaging and labeling if needed. All you need is your bar code return email from Amazon after you complete the process threw your Amazon account. I experienced returning a cell phone case that I had ordered for my mother in law. It was for the wrong phone . I completed the return request through Amazon and shortly after that I was headed to Kohls. When I arrived the store had a sign close to their customer service counter that all Amazon returns will be handled back in the toy department. I walked around the entire store to find the little table that was set up. I was maybe 5th in line. I know have forgot the kind and patient lady that was assigned to working the returns but WOW she is fantastic! She was so pleasant to watch when handling each customer. She kept her cool and helped those customers that didn't come fully prepared. This was a 5 star rating for this experience and visit! Nice job! read more

The clothing here is two very cheaply made. Basic things like jeans, don't match an American style of jeans. I bought a larger size Jean and I might as well have been wearing a clown suit. It was twice as baggy as it should have been. Even things such as the tags are embedded into the clothing and are incredibly difficult to remove. Kind of the run of the mill average department store really. There always seems to be a lack of people to ask for help to find anything so I tend to usually just go to the jewelry counter where someone always is at and then can typically find the answer I need. Store is usually pretty clean and free of loose clothing on the floors or around the dressing rooms. Otherwise a pretty standard store. read more

Okay let me begin by saying that I do like Kohls. I recently went to this store to buy some clothes for work/school. I guess the cashier that was helping me was knew and didn't know how to input a clearance item that didn't have a bar code, which I don't fault her for. However, I am not happy about the fact that she just stood there and WAITED for a manager/supervisor to come by instead of paging one or going to find one. I waited for almost 15 minutes before she finally went to get a supervisor, when the supervisor finally came she did not apologize for the wait or any inconvenience. She looked irritated that she was pulled away from whatever she was doing, looks at the item and said "Is this one of ours?" Seriously? Why would someone bring in an item of their own to purchase at their store. That makes NO sense. And again, no apology or anything. I have to say that this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. read more

I used to love Kohls, but over the years their prices have gone up while their quality has gone down. Still, they carried a brand of jeans that fit me beautifully, so we stopped by the Longmont location when they were having a sale. This particular location has the customer service counter right by the front entrance, which is nice. I'm not sure if they all have this now, because I haven't been to any in a while. I asked an employee who was obviously in a rush if she knew where this brand was, and added that it was fine if she just pointed me in the right direction. THIS employee was very helpful and not only stopped and changed direction, but took me to the area and made sure I knew that there were multiple tables of the brand. (the jeans no longer fit me beautifully, alas, and one of the stars is for this poor employee.) My husband was looking for a lightweight pair of pants that would be suitable for summer to protect his extremely sunburnable skin. We searched through menswear, and found some that were thin enough, but in the wrong cut. We decided to ask and see if the staff might know if there were more styles or similar available, but there was NO ONE in the department. We finally stopped a passing employee, who eventually was able to fetch someone from menswear, and we proceeded to explain our search and results. Answers we expected to get: No, that's the only cut available in that brand. Yes, but we sold out. Yes, but only online. I don't believe so. You might try over THERE, or X brand. We'd have also been perfectly happy with an "I don't know." I'm not sure why so many people find this so difficult to say. Answer we actually got: "Well, what do you expect ME to do?" . . . your job? And we realize that doesn't include sitting down and making the pants, we just wanted to be sure we didn't miss something! Then she tried to sell us Kohl's cards because we'd explained we'd passed over the Dockers due to the high cost, even with the sale discount. (After this lovely example of dedicated salesmanship, we went to Pennys, where an employee heard our problem, said "I don't know," and proceeded to walk with us around Menswear, helping us search, and even bringing a pair to the dressing room for him to try after we'd already thanked her for helping us find several pairs. Incidentally, Dockers here were cheaper than the on-sale price at Kohls.) So shop here at your own risk, and don't expect much, if anything, in the way of help. I'd like to never go back to a Kohls again, but I don't want to deprive myself of their shoe and purse selection, which ARE good prices during sales. read more

I just left the store. It's still a big mess, the employees are rude and their business practice sucks. Apparently, I found the only item in the store not on sale. I took it to the cashier for a price check because the signage was not clear. He just started ringing it up, saying "everything's on sale". I had to stop him and ask for the price check. He was quite rude about it. Turns out, the only way I could get a discount was to use their credit card. I noped out of there and bought the item on Amazon while sitting in their parking lot. This store is overpriced. There's hardly any sales anymore. Was digging through the clearance, every single item I pulled out that was labeled my size by the hanger was actually a different size than the hanger stated! So frustrating. Nothing was organized, no one offered my family any help, staff was lifeless. Stuff was in the wrong place, it was difficult to find the item when I saw the price sign. Clearance was barley marked down at all. Shoe selection was really unimpressive and I couldn't find anything that didn't seem ugly. I'm not sure about you anymore khols. $300 luggage and toothbrushes aren't really in my budget. I guess I'll stick to target and ross. read more

Noticed there's some bad reviews here, but these reviewers have obviously never been to Macy's Westminster or Loveland lately. Because in both of those retail graveyards, the selection year round can best be described as "permanently picked over" So even though Kohl's is the only decent place in Longmont for menswear, I have grown to really like and depend on this store. I can always find something decent in a range of prices, especially if you take time to check the sale racks. There are always jeans in my size, never not found a few great options. I haven't experienced cheaply made, even with sale clothing. But I ordered tees online from Columbia recently, and the cotton was so cheap and uncomfortable I sent it back, and I was charged $5 bucks for the privilege. At Kohls, I can check the quality of the clothes and try it on. They could do us a solid tho and stop asking if we are using their credit card. read more

As a quick escape from stress, I innocently spent about 2 hours at Kohl's looking for clothes. At checkout, the cashier (Melissa) was ringing up one person, and there was no one else anywhere around. I proceeded to stand about 10 feet behind the person being checked out, waiting 4-5 minutes. As I waited there were 2 gals that formed a line in some sort of cue, quite a distance away. I haven't been to Kohl's in years. The RUDE cashier (MELISSA) then, knowing I was standing there waiting for all that time, IGNORED ME and SUMMONED one of the gals to come next. I interjected that I had obviously been waiting right there, before anyone formed a line. MELISSA ACCUSED ME of trying to cut in line, and proceeded to raise her voice at me, waving her arms and pointing. I DO NOT CUT IN LINE. It stressed me out so much, being there as an honest shopper wanting to make a simple purchase. DO NOT SHOP AT KOHL'S UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET STRESSED OUT AND YELLED AT BY INEFFICIENT, POORLY-TRAINED, RUDE CASHIERS. I was shaking when I exited the store. I WILL NOT go to this store again. read more

People! Get a life! This Kohl's is a very adequate store. If you don't shop the ads you are missing out. If you don't shop here you will be driving 20-30 miles North or South to find a mall. Our mall sucks,but now we have a Burlington. Kohl's doesn't have enough help but that keeps the prices down. Put up with it or DRIVE! I do agree there is no room for rudeness in retail but I have found the people on the floor, when I can find them, to be very helpful read more

I'm a frequent Kohl's shopper and have been for years. I just moved to Longmont so I went to the Longmont Kohl's recently. This store is horrible! Long lines for customer service and for the cashier. The clothes are in disarray , clothes all over the floor, mixed sizes, filthy dressing rooms, and the store layout sucks! I won't be going back and will drive to a different city if I need to go to Kohl's. I've been to several Kohl's stores and I have never seen a store like this one. read more

This kohl's is just not run as well as others , things marked on sale rarely ring up the correct price which gets to be a huge hassle, in addition racks are often unorganized and dressing rooms messy. I avoid shopping her and visit kohl's stores when out of town. read more

Kohls in general is a decent place, just hit them when they're having sales. The customer service and cashier staff at this location are plenty friendly (like almost everyone in Longmont), but the racks and shelves get messy fast during the holidays and seem to take a while to recover. read more

I had never been to a Kohl's, heard they were a great place for jeans. It feels a lot like a JC Penney or Sears (if you like shopping at those places then it's great) I did find some inexpensive workout clothes (Nike & even the Fila stuff was nice)...the womens jeans are all stretchy/curvy/flashy - just wanted some Levi's...found a pair in the Men's Dept but at $60 it's not like they were a great buy. I needed some outdoor furniture of a particular style and found it online at Kohl's. It was very inexpensive so I didn't expect much; it was actually decent powder coated steel with cushions (the cushions are really awful but at the price, replacements will still make it a good deal) I will say that the customer service people I spoke with (helped me with an order, a return and a small sale with coupons) were exceptional. Very surprising for retail and low end retail at that. They try to entice you with sale signs and some sort of rewards program that really only brings the cost down to average. I wandered the entire store and saw very mediocre merchandise with a couple of ok things (small appliances, cookware) but at really inflated prices. I hope they're closing and that would explain why it was so sub par. read more

This Kohls is great. The products are always great and they have their fair share of sales. This is a five star Kohls besides the 10 min experience I had at the cash register. My discounts didn't apply. Therefore our chatty cash register called someone over to apply them. The "help" was trying to teach the employee how to do fix the error... NOT taking care of me. She can teach later, but take care of customers first! Once again, a great department store with friendly, uneducated staff. read more

I used to love the Kohl's in Longmont, but lately it has really gone downhill. The customer service is awful. There's always long lines with one cashier. Also, don't ever try to return anything without having to wait for thirty minutes. It's seriously ridiculous. The Louisville location is so much better and I will go out of my way from now on to shop there instead. read more

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I went to return a bedspread that my mother bought me for Christmas (which was...not my taste) and, when I tried asking her for the receipt, she seemed hurt, so I went in without it. The bedspread's "suggested retail value" was $200...they offered me $17. After making me get the receipt from my mother's house, they told me that she paid 59.99 for it and I had to find something ON SALE in the BEDDING department for 59.99, otherwise they could only give me $37 (where they got these numbers, I have no idea). Fine. I spent an hour looking at all of the bedding and scanning items to see if they were on sale for 59.99. Finally I found something I liked for 59.99, but when I brought it up the register, the lady told me it had to be ON CLEARANCE for 59.99 and the same RETAIL VALUE. Excuse me, but if my mom spent 59.99, shouldn't I be able to exchange it for something else worth 59.99? Nope. She wasn't even willing to TRY to make it work in the system (we all know employees can price override just about anything these days). Needless to say, I burst into tears and got into a yelling match with the stubborn employee...in the middle of Kohls. No one came to help, the other employees simply stared at me. In the end, the lady put money back onto my mother's card and I stormed out. I will NEVER shop at Kohls again. I live in another city and this whole affair took 3 hours. My suggestion? Shop at a department store that actually CARES about its customers. read more
