Good quality clothing is sold here. Although some may find it a bit expensive. I recently bought a jacket from here since there is a lot of hype about their clothing and i wasn't disappointed, but it did cost $118. I'm not their target market. I don't do yoga or wear a lot of athletic wear. I have never been in the store before. But I was walking by, just looking and I saw a casual shirt (after workout wear) through the open door and thought I'd go try it on. I'm heading out on a longish trip and wanted some easy wear, hand wash and quick dry to supplement. I was hoping for white but only black was in my size and I liked the quality and style. The staff was very helpful and friendly though they could easily see I wasn't a regular there. The shop was attractively set up, neat and very clean dressing rooms. Big points with me. I had the shirt held while I went home to see if black would serve as well for me and went back later to buy. They remembered me and and we discussed some options but I went ahead and bought the shirt. I think it will work well.. I should remember to look in these sorts of shops more often. read more

I saw the reviews, and was expecting the friendliness, and ... I basically didn't even get greeted. Which is fine, I don't actually like people greeting me in stores. However, one gripe I have is that Boulder, CO actually has a HIGHER tax rate than Denver. So basically ... everything is pricier here. What's more odd ... they price their sale items differently than what I have seen in most other stores. I had an extraordinary experience at this store. The manager was so wonderful. I brought in a pair of old wunder under pants with a hole in the side because they were about 4 years old. They informed me that they don't fix seams or holes anymore. But the manager said they would exchange them for me for a brand new pair. The women in the changing room area was excellent and helped me find the perfect pair of pants. The experience in the store couldn't have turned out better. Thank you so much. read more

I have a pair from 5 years ago that I wear weekly: no pilling, no visible sweat stains, solid high-quality material. Just bought my first pair online since those and ummm..what?! This was the first LuLu Lemon I had ever entered into years ago. It is also the first one I went to make my first purchase. The store is large and well organized. They always have plenty of employees on duty to help with your needs. This most recent visit I stopped by and noticed they had some goods marked down at great prices! Unlike some stores that put all clearance goods together, LuLu Lemon does not.... I had to hunt down for items and search through all the racks. Which then led me to look only for what I needed verses everything I would have potentially wanted at the discounted price. I did find a pair of fitted shorts and to this day I love. I live in Lululemon. Between teaching yoga and going to practice, I hardly ever wear anything else. It is a bit pricey, but it's quality keeps me coming back to buy more. My husbands hates when I go shopping here, lol!! But I have bought him a few shorts and shirts and he loves the feel and quality as well. There is several different locations around the Denver metro and all of them are excellent. Their service is top notch and I highly recommend Lulu to anyone that works out regularly. I learned a long time ago that your workout wear needs to be made of quality fabric so that it holds up for a long time. They sell the best yoga mats that are slid resistant for hot yoga. I can't imagine any other mat... I love it!! If you can't tell, I am truly addicted to Lululemon. It's not just yoga wear, they sell all kinds of workout gear. If you haven't tried their clothes you seriously need to get some. You won't regret it! read more

Does my butt really look THAT great in lululemon yoga pants? Oh YES it does! Seriously, ladies (and gents) head down and try on some of their yoga pants and turn round and admire in the mirror! Their yoga pants are the greatest, I've had a couple of pairs for close to two years now and they still look great. The fit is amazing and they have a variety of sizes and leg lengths. Well worth the $100 when they look fantastic and last forever....right, thats how I'm justifying it to myself. I must admit, I also love the tote bag that you get when you purchase something. Yes, it's true- these clothes flatter anyone, of all shapes and sizes. Yes, it is also true that pants are about $100 a pair (for yoga pants!) Yes, they hem everything, and their regular lengths fit up to a 34" inseam (!) They are awesome, but seriously dangerous to your credit card. Oh, and the other dissapointment- though they are well-made, they are still made in China, which was dissapinting given the $100 price tag. I came in here with my friend who is a fitness fanatic. I, on the other hand, am not. So I wandered around the store looking at random things while she tried things on. The staff talked to me a lot, and I even learned about all of the different types of yoga mats I would never, ever use. It almost was a bit creepy how much they talked to me, but with my personality it's better than being ignored. For not diving into their inventory, their selection looked expansive and the store was clean. If I cared about athletic gear, I would give this store a shot! read more

Chris greeted me at the door, explained the correct return/repair procedure and replaced my leggings without having to have them altered because they were purchased 2 weeks prior. Yikes! I can honestly say that I've had better customer service at the DMV. After entering the store I was greeted by an employee and was told that they have a few items on sale, but I'd have to "hunt" for the items. Umm... ok? I have a 2 year old in one arm struggling and have already expressed interest in locating the sale items... perhaps a little help? I then walked towards the general direction of where I was told to "hunt" for the sale items and asked another employee near the dressing rooms (elder woman, perhaps Christina was her name) for help in locating the items as my toddler was on the verge of a meltdown. Her response was simple, "they are scattered about on that rack" and pointed to a general direction. I was absolutely appalled by their clear lack in service. Upon check out, I was pretty frantic and tried to get their attention so that I could purchase a small item and leave immediately since my toddler was acting up. Instead, I waited while the two cashiers discussed giving away an " I Love You, Man" discount to a patron shopping. Really?.. help the attractive man who is clearly not in a rush, and turn a blind eye to the mom who is struggling. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Since I am not a Lululemon fan, I came to her saying I couldn't find longer options in running shorts. She showed me the options hanging (duh) and I said I knew which one I wanted, I just couldn't find the one I liked in the right size. She just left. Don't waste your money. I was reluctant to purchase such expensive workout clothes, however, after hearing so many good things about Lulu I decided to splurge and get a nice pair of pants. I was told one of the benefits was that they alter clothing if needed. I purchased a pair of $125 pants and had the hemmed to fit. However, I was disappointed when they came back and were too short for my liking. When I requested that they let some length out they told me that they only hem the pants, but they do not cover fixing the hems. I am both shocked and appalled that this company is willing to lose a new customer instead of just making things right by covering the cost of a small alteration. I do not recommend Lululemon to anyone who values customer service. read more

Tried to find store. They have moved across the street and north of their other location. Yelp doesn't know yet. Prior to finding out I didn't know where they were, I had a horrible time finding a parking space. People were racing for spots. I was cut off at least 4 times. So much for Boulderite generosity. A man and I reached the space at the same time and of course he cut in front of me and took it. Once in the store the music was so loud it is no wonder no one heard me try to call them and find out where they were now located. The sign assumed you knew where two other stores they were between now which I did not. The prices are more than I remember. $98 for a pair of exercise pants. No thanks. I will order some online. I find most Lululemon stores very friendly and this one is definitely one of the friendliest. I have visited on a number of occasions and everyone is always very helpful, whether I'm trying to find something particular, trying something on or just browsing. They have a large selection and I can find my size most of the time and when I couldn't they rang a few stores to see if anywhere else had it and helped me to order it through them. The clothing itself is great, it lasts forever, wears well and is super comfortable. I know it's kinda pricey but I find it worth it as they fit so well and don't stretch badly or pill up. I am also loving the selection of casual wear they are stocking, comfort without getting around in my gym gear! read more

lululemon is REALLY pricey when it comes to fitness wear. But, you get what you pay for. Their yoga pants (the only things I've bought there) never seem to lose their shape - and they are quite figure-flattering. I am on the short side, and my only disappointment is that their pants are always too long. But...lululemon will hem them for you if needed. I don't see sale items that often or a significant savings when there are some, but that could also be that I only venture into the store a few times a year. Drove all the way here to exchange a Christmas gift I've been trying to exchange for 2 weeks that didn't fit the hours posted online in a couple places say, open until 9pm, got there at 8pm and the girl had the doors locked and said they were closed. Beware of their "final sale" items...no one explains that you can't even exchange this discounted (yet still expensive) item for another size, even if they have them available. Granted, their FAQ does have this information, for those that take the time. Update: I emailed them and the support folks on that end (chat person couldn't help) were able to help me out, as a first time, one time only type mistake. They're giving me a credit for the final sale items that didn't work out for me! Phew...that will allow me to get the other things that I did really want, which are all quite flattering. read more
