Pleasantly surprised by the air and cleanliness of this store. Sadly the Macy's brand is inconsistent so I never presume that the store is going to be tidy. This store is immaculate. Deanne was amazing to work with in the jewelry department. I explained my budget to the First Lady, and she just pointed me to the fake diamond section and walked away. Deanne showed me several rings in my price range, and I ended up finding a $700 ring that was originally $2200. She was super sweet, and great at helping me find the perfect Christmas present. Ok- I admit I love Macy's. Why? Because they have constant sales and many coupons and I prefer not to pay full price. Blessedly- the fall season which had some of the most horrendous color combinations I have ever seen is over. The new offerings are much improved in style and colors. Absolutely amazing experience. My boyfriend and I went in to buy him a couple of suits. The gentleman that helped us was incredibly genuine and was thorough but still quick. He made the entire process so easy. I would absolutely recommend him specifically. He was very knowledgeable and we felt like we were well taken care of. Nice clean store with very attentive and helpful associates. Some of the stock seems old and not fresh and inspiring. This visit was for jewelry and the associate worked hard to help us. We didn't find what we wanted but overall a better experience than the big name jewelers nearby. The clutter on the jewelry counters is a real turn off and it makes it hard to see the product. I would rate them higher -- and I will someday -- if they ever decide to stay open later. This idea of closing at 7pm on weekdays? Come on. By the time I finish work, eat my dinner and go there, they are either closed or closing momentarily. This is ridiculous. If you don't want to be open all day, that's fine, but be open at night. Even if only 2 or 3 days a week. This covid will bury your business if you don't fix this and soon. This is a rude and unprofessional store. I love Macy's it has always been a great store for me... But when I went into this store I was shocked on how rude and unprofessional these employees are. Me and my friends were doing a little Black Friday shopping and decided to go into Macy's, while we were there we took a stop at the couches to rest our feet for a second because we were just walking for almost and hour.while we were sitting and about to get up and buy our items (mind you we were not sitting for more than 5 minutes) an employees comes over to us and says, please do not disrespect our couches,(we were sitting for a few seconds just to rest and check our phones) then she says how we need to get up and leave and be more respectful with a very disrespectful attitude. This Macy's is the two level version with the first floor being all women's and the second floor being shared between housewares, appliances and men's. It's a little disappointing as the number of brands carried for men are far fewer than some of the other Macy's around. I must applaud them for having an impeccably well laid out store. Product is neatly arranged and staff all seem very on top of everything. Seeing me waiting in line to pay another staff member was quick to jump on a register to process my purchase. Some kids finished trying on some shirts and another staff member was quick on getting it folded and back up on the shelf. Now this is a smooth running store that makes shopping easy and enjoyable. read more

Macy's is the place to go for great clothes at a great price! Today we were in search for dress shirts, jackets and shoes for the hubs. The men's department is always a little lacking in sales help but the customer service is still top notch when we are checking out. Today we saved 20% on a pre-sale and were able to use a Macy's card coupon of 20%. Naturally, as I was already in the store, I felt obliged to meander through the women's clothing and shoe departments. And I found some great stuff that was all on sale! My only feedback for Macy's is that the pre-sale receipts can be a little confusing on the discount. Otherwise, this is our #1 place to come shop in Loveland. read more

I was at Macy's purchasing a dress with my daughter. I was at the counter and the sales person kept asking me personal questions, like what am I going to be wearing the dress for? What do I do for a living? All sorts of of personal questions. It was absolutely none of their business. They also asked me in front of other customers. When I mentioned this in an email to the store manager, all they did was make excuses. and said, " well we are sorry that you did not want to engage in conversation." I emailed back saying it's not that I didn't want to engage in conversation. It was the simple fact that I was being asked personal questions in front of other customers that had nothing to do with me purchasing the dress. They emailed back saying they encourage their sales people to ask questions and what they're doing and sorry that I was embarrassed, but the problem is that none of the other sales people were asking any of the other customers what they were planning on doing with their purchases or what they did for a living like it mattered what You do for a living when you purchase an item. I will not be shopping here again if I could give no stars I would. Very rude of them. read more

Went on Thursday night to buy a suit. Men's department was virtually deserted except for the 4 employees lounging at their register and the one lady helping someone. Waited for over 30 minutes to get some help from someone there. When asked, the 4 lounging employees said that only the already busy lady could help, but she was too busy chatting and trying to sell credit cards to bother with me. I left in disgust and went to Men's Wearhouse instead. Hope your bottom line misses the few hundred dollars a suit costs plus the permanent loss of my future business. read more

I went it to this macys looking for make up on a visit out in CO. I wasn't sure which brand to get. I've always used mac but it looks so caked on sometimes. I have very oily skin so I don't want to mask the oil to looked caked on I want a natural healthy look. So I walked around the make up counters. Some ladies were nice none too approachable and eager to help. Until I got to the estee lauder counter. I've heard great things about their moisturizers and serums so I was interested. The salesgirl/makeup guru named SERENITY. Such a beautiful name for a beautiful young lady so I couldn't forget it. Man was she helpful and so so knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and helped color match me and offered the best product for my skin. She was an absolute gem! Not only kind but sweet and funny. I haven't had service like this in a while coming from CA the people aren't always nice. But this short visit in CO was a good one. If only all the girls who worked these counters were as eager as she was. Thanks SERENITY for your amazing help and knowledge. Keep up the good work and you'll go far!! Horrible customer service. Bought a set of sheets, expensive, supposedly high-quality sheets. Within one week of using them they pilled up and were uncomfortable. Poor manufacturing, poor quality. One would expect this from WalMart, but not from Macy's. Took the sheets back to the store, with the receipt and got half credit back and half in the form of a gift card. Why would any store give half and half credit back on an item that is a manufacturers defect? Any other store would give all the credit back on the credit card used for the purchase. I doubt I'll ever use the gift card they gave because I'm so pissed off, and they probably plan on that. read more
