Very unprofessional service, the place is disgustingly dirty. When you're back in the dressing room it looks like the floor has not been mopped or cleaned for months, and the bathrooms now have a sign on unsafe for public and you look in there and they are grossly dirty. Very poor service and fit up and trying to help us, missing cufflinks that were promised to be sent to us and never did come. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else read more

Went in to look for a dress shirt for our daughter's wedding. The guy working was very dismissive and kept telling us he has never seen a dress shirt in the size and color we needed. I showed him the online item and he just walked away and said we could order it ourselves. My husband pressed it and he finally did the order in store and had it shipped to us. Awful. Do not go here. My husband went in to get some pants ordered for a wedding. He got his measurements and the guy who helped him placed the order without bothering to tell him that this location doesn't have a tailor. So they wanted us to drive an hour to pick up the pants and the travel over an hour back to the other store if they needed to be tailored. When we asked if the pants could be ordered straight to the other location to avoid hours of driving, they said they couldn't do that because the order was already placed. We then proceeded to cancel the order and they told us we cannot have our money back until we go in to the other location and get measurements again because apparently the measurements are not in their system to be pulled up at any location .....which is ridiculous. The whole thing just didn't seem right so I decided to call another location and talked to them about the situation and he said that they were handling things very poorly and that I needed to speak with the manager and I should be able to get my money back. After speaking with the manager, I was told that the pants would be sent to our house and we will get a confirmation email shortly. It has now been two weeks and we haven't received an email confirmation. My husband called to make sure things were in order and they said they didn't have an on file that his pants were supposed to be sent to our house like previously discussed. These people cannot do their jobs correctly and do not care about Making it easier for the customers. I hope to never have to use this company again. read more

This business helped us with the suit for our wedding. When we went to look around, a shop attendant was with us right away and helped us put my groom's whole outfit together. We picked a lovely navy blue suit with a simple white shirt and gray vest. We then went back to complete the outfit and another attendant helped us with shoes and socks, a tie, and a pocket square. The employees were professional and efficient and the price we paid for everything was more than fair. Thank you for helping my groom look flawless on his wedding day. read more

Excellent customer service from Alex. I came in with about :30 before the store closed on a Friday night, looking for something *on sale* for my husband to wear to a formal wedding the very next day. The most challenging of assignments, as I didn't really know my husband's size--just an educated guess--so I was hesitant to even ask for help. Alex was so thoughtful and helpful; I felt like our own son was making sure we went to that wedding looking just right. He showed me different pants and sheens ... explained why certain jackets and pants did/didn't go well together ... never once looked at the time. Bought my wedding suit and getting all my grooms men's rentals from the Loveland location. Joey helped us, extremely professional and truly cares, best customer service I've had in a long time anywhere. Walked me through many options and alterations once we picked out the right suit. Followed up to make sure all the grooms men's pick up locations and dates were on point since they're coming from all over the country. Alterations done in house turned out perfect for that fitted look. read more

When I went in last summer to get a suit they were very accommodating once it was evident I was getting a suit and several shirts and ties. However when I went back today to spend my rewards I received little attention and the two sweaters I purchased were wadded up and thrown in a bag. It seems to me a customer should be valued no matter what they spend. read more

This place was horrible. First it took over an hour to get my son sized because the guy helping us was too busy worried about trying to get a sale with people that walked in after us. Also my youngest son had received the wrong color of suit than ordered and there was nothi g we can do since it was the day before the wedding. I wouldn't recomend this place and we will never use this place again. read more

When ordering we felt like we had come to the right place for our wedding tux rental needs. This place is pricier than others by we were willing to spend the extra for piece of mind, the manager who was taking our order promised we would be more than happy with our choices. He also gave us a description of every item we ordered so we would know exactly what to expect. SO WRONG. A day or two before the wedding we went in to have my fiancé try his tux and pick it up. It was not at all the styles we ordered, and looked foolishly big and baggy. When inquiring with the clerks they stated that they were in the middle of some company changes so some things they would no longer have and others were changing. They stated that even if they quickly ordered in a smaller size that these tuxes were meant to be roomy (we originally ordered slim fit). There was absolutely no way they would be able to replace all tuxes in the order with something different before the wedding. They stated that we got what we ordered. We had no choice, had to use those tuxes or nothing. Our pictures look foolish, like we were trying to be funny with 1920's style gangsters as groomsmen. When we returned my husband's tux the day after the wedding we spoke with a different person and told them our concerns. He seemed very unapologetic but took down our name and number and told us the manager would call us. Never happened, even after also calling the store once more. The individuals in this store are very unprofessional. We purchased a suit here a couple of weeks ago and there was no crease in the pants my fiance tried on and purchased. We were asked if we wished to have a crease put in. My fiance and I both looked at the pants as my finace was wearing them, they had no crease and we both took time to imagine how they would look different with a crease... after considering it for a few minutes we agreed to not have a crease put in. When we picked the pants up after alterations, there was a crease. The sales people at the store that night kept the pants in order to remedy the obvious mistake. We were then contacted the next day and told that the crease was not a permanent crease, but one which resulted from ironing and that it would come out over time. Well, we are getting married in 3 weeks and want the pants back to the way they were when we purchased them. These two sales people I initially spoke with over the phone were very unprofessional and I chose to just speak with the manager Brian. To my surprise, the manager Brian told me "he did not want to be rude and call me a liar, but I was absolutely mistaken about there not being a crease in the pants because all pants come with a crease and he did not MAGICALLY go around and put creases in pants...." I understand this is a difficult scenario because we are arguing about something that neither of us can go back and prove (whether or not there was a crease in the pants the day my fiance tried them on), but what upset me was the absolute lack of professionalism. I was FLOORED when Brian made the sarcastic comment about not "magically going around the store putting creases in the pants." Brian did have to admit to me that the pants were pressed after alterations, either putting a crease in there for the first time, or reinforcing the crease that my fiance and I distinctly remember was not there. I went to the corporate headquater website to get the contact number for them and found that this company has very poor reviews, including a prior complaint about this Loveland store. Suits are too expensive and important to risk this kind of treatment. We were forced to take this suit as is based on the fact that our wedding is 3 weeks away. We were told to keep the pants in the bathroom with so the steam from our shower might remove the crease before our wedding. Don't get stuck in this situation.... don't shop at this store. read more

I purchased the suit for my wedding here after failing to find anything I liked in other stores. The staff at Jos. A. Bank was very friendly and helpful. After being ignored by staff in other chain suit specialty stores it was refreshing to have someone attend to me while I made my selection. The turnaround time for tailoring was quicker than I had expected and my suit looks great. I will definitely return here in the future for any formal wear I need. read more

Poor customer service! I received very poor service at the Loveland, CO store and left feeling I wasted my time shopping there, so I complained to corporate. I was thanked for taking the time to express my experience, and again was left feeling I wasted my time honoring corporate's request to call. The company does not seem concerned with a paying customer, nor retaining current customers. How can they successfully compete with other men s clothing stores when good customer service is not a practiced strategy? NOTE to Jos A Bank management: I am offended corporate seemed only interested in the store location where I received poor customer service. No apologies made and corporate stated that my email will be shared with managers, not to single employees, but for the store to learn. I disapprove of my personal information including email address to be shared with Jos A Bank. Why would you give unhappy sales associates an unhappy customer's info? Fuel on the fire. I fear retribution. This makes me believe that the company is poorly managed." read more

We had gone to get our wedding suites for our destination wedding. When asked about late charges, as we would be out of the country and need these longer than the typical wedding, we were told not worry about late charges. My finace and I thought great. They also told my grandparents the same thing. A month later, we find out that not only is our pick up date a week later than we need it, we are now being charged the equivalent of 2 rentals per person, my fiance's suit almost $350. When I spoke with the store manager and regional manager they would not correct the issue, as we were told by an employee that no longer worked at the store. Very disappointed with this. We ended up canceling our group and going to a more honest, customer friendly store. As a local wedding planner, I would never recommend Jos. A Bank's to any of my clients. read more
