WOW WOW WOW. Cannot say enough good stuff about this place! My two sisters and I were able to come to a last minute appointment on a Sunday, which was the FIRST amazing thing about our experience - such flexibility, even though the owner had a jam packed day! It was our first time dress shopping, but the shop was CLEAN and masks were worn and everything was disinfected between clients. the owner was excellent at asking every question, looking over my Pinterest board, and taking my measurements and my requests into consideration. She 100% respected the budget we were looking within, didn't try to upsell me or anything. She picked the perfect deco piece and the perfect veil to go with the dress and everything. And the best part... We were able to FaceTime multiple people (because I have a huge family with lots of women) when I said "YES to the dress!" And we had time and space to all laugh and cry in celebration, even though we were socially distanced. It was an absolutely wonderful time and memory, and I love love LOVE my dress. I am not sure why this place doesn't have more reviews, but you need to check this place out!! Lauren is the greatest, the prices are affordable and it was overall a great experience! I never yelp, but one of the reasons why I decided to review all the bridal places is because places like her's deserve the publicity! Even though I didn't find my dress here, her service was unmatched and she deserves all the love she can get. I am super excited to finally review her place because I have so many good things to say. (If you look at my previous reviews, I did them in the order that I visited for the most part and am glad that I have finally made it here!) So let's get started! I went with my future sister and mother in law to this bridal place. When my future sister-in-law was getting married she had checked out this place and really liked it. So we when we went out to visit for the holidays, she made us an appointment. Now unfortunately, the shopping plaza that her bridal boutique is in, is one of those dying shopping plazas in Northern Colorado, but don't let that deter you. When you walk inside, she has all the wedding dresses set up by size. For covid, she only let's one appointment at a time so during this time period, we were all hers! She measures you first which is something most bridal places don't do. Since this is a sample bridal store, she wants to make sure that you find dresses in your size range that are not too big or too small. Heaven forbid you find your dream dress in a size that just doesn't work. Then I told her what styles I liked and she started picking them out for me. We were also able to pick styles out too. When I was in the dressing room, one of the first things I noticed was Lauren was very personable. Every stylist does the standard, "When is your wedding day? What style do you want, etc?", but Lauren was asking me what I did for a living, what my fiance did and it was just really easy to talk to her. I felt super comfortable with her right away. You can tell she loves her job and she even stated that she just loves making people feel beautiful and that is why she carries all types of dresses, sizes, you name it. She wants you to find the dress that makes you feel gorgeous! By the end of our session, we had talked so much wedding that she even showed us her gorgeous wedding dress she wore for her wedding. (As an owner of a bridal boutique there are high expectations to live up to!) So right off the bat, the dresses Lauren picked out were amazing! I don't know how she did it, but every dress she picked out was a solid choice. Out of all the bridal stores I have been too, this was the most consistent where all the dresses looked good. (I will include the top choices in my photos!) You can tell she definitely has an eye for these things. I had even been to another sample store in the bay area where I had a not so great experience (they unfortunately are not getting a review from me btw. If you have nothing nice to say then don't say it all is what I am going with) and so I thought maybe all sample stores were like this. Thank gawd they were not! Now the dresses were super affordable! Nothing in her store was over $1500 which is totally unheard of for a wedding dress shop! Since she was really easy to talk to, she did let us know that these are samples that come from a private label. So rather than paying for the name brand of a Hayley Paige, Wtoo or Stella York, you are buying a private label. Honestly, I could not tell the difference between quality and they all looked stunning! I could care less about the name brand. Anyway, we tried all the dresses and narrowed it down to two contenders. In all my previous bridal stores, I never tried a dress on twice because I didn't feel like I needed to. At Lauren's place, I tried on two dresses twice! Lauren even added a veil and a belt and it made the dress look better! Belts have been a hit or miss for me, but this one made the dress look even better! But that shows just how knowledgeable she is. She knew how to make it even better looking! At the end of the appointment though, my Bhldn dress fit more of what I wanted for a wedding dress and so I stuck with that, but I am really grateful to have met Lauren and have such a great wedding dress experience with her. Now she did say with covid, times have been tough. She is fortunate enough to be able to continue her business while others have not, but things have definitely been slow. Although ultimately nothing in this store was my style, it was a BEAUTIFUL store, the selection was huge and how the dresses were arranged was so easy to sift through, but BY FAR the best part of this appointment was Allie who was my bridal consultant. I hate shopping for clothes. It's just not a pleasant experience for me. I was so nervous to shop for a wedding dress because any other type of dress shopping experience has been so hard on the self-confidence. I made an appointment with Lauren. She took measurements, got an idea of budget and what I was looking for, and off we went with 5 dresses to try on. I appreciated her throwing in a few styles that were similar but had different features. At no time did I feel awkward or terrible about myself stepping in front of the mirror. It was the best shopping experience I've ever had. It was fun! In the end it was dress number 3. It was perfect and I even fell in love with the veil she completed the look with. I'm glad I had a friend recommend the shop and I'll do the same to any future brides we know. read more

I went to Lauren after going to three different bridal shops in Fort Collins which were either not paying attention to me or put me in dresses over my budget. Lauren had great selections and she is very personal which helped keep my nervousness down compared to the others who were more forceful (Davids, Encore and Blushing Bride). The first one Lauren put me in was the one she sent to me and I absolutely loved it! Giving the details of exactly what you want, she will make it happen! She stayed in my budget and gave me a large selection of gorgeous dresses to try on. It was just me which was super nice compared to the other stores who had over four brides in one appointment time which was annoying. Lauren was absolutely incredible!! As other reviewers noted, she ended up picking a dress for me that I wasn't convinced on at first look but ended up being The One (got the tears and everything)!! I love my dress so much and I feel she found it for me because she's so skilled at hearing what a bride likes and dislikes and following her design instinct. We were the only people in the shop and we all wore masks (except for some quick pictures of the dresses), and that made me feel really safe. It also was so wonderful that all the dresses she brought were in my price range so I didn't have to stress once about money. Lauren truly has a passion for brides and wedding dresses. She helped me pick out the perfect dress!!! I think she knows brides better then they know themselves, the dress she picked out for me I would have never picked out for myself but the gasp in the room when I walked out in it told me that it was THE ONE!! Lauren is a designer at heart so she realizes that not every dress off the shelf is exactly your vision. She will take the time to pin on lace to show you what a new neckline would look like or will hold a different skirt over a dress to show you what it might look like to add a tulle to a dress. She will do everything she can to explain how you can customize a dress to make it yours. She takes the time to get to know each and every bride individually so that you walk out feeling like not only do you have the perfect dress but a new friend! She makes the experience really personal and tailored to each and every bride! Most of her dresses are all off the rack so there are dresses there from nearly every designer from Maggie Sottero to Faragé Collections at amazingly discounted prices. She is adding several orderable lines in the coming months and she personally goes to New York bridal week to pick out each and every new designer and new dress that comes into her store. Lauren and her store are amazing so make sure to check her out! Note: Lauren just moved to a new location her store is at the Loveland Outlet Mall, its just the most adorable little shop. She really works hard to pull all of the right dresses before the appointments and you can tell that she puts a lot of thought and effort into picking the right dresses. This location is by appointment only, so I assumed we would have the sales person to ourselves. Not the case. The last working was alone, and had several peopke trying on prom dresses and kept leaving me in the fitting room to go help other people. While she was lacing up my corset back she would be talking to me, but looking at herself in the mirror. She was very loud and kind of obnoxious, talking on and on about how her boyfriend better propose soon and how she's asking all the bride to be's where there wedding is because she's on a budget. Speaking of budget, this gal talked very judgementally about it her people's budgets. She said "people come in wanting something cheap and I say, how cheap. What's cheap to you or what's cheap to kim kardashian" and then she rolled her eyes. Also - beware with the dresses here. You buy dresses off the rack, and these aren't well maintained. The sales lady wasn't careful at all and I saw her snag a dress. The place isn't very clean and there were hairs caught in the dress bags and the bottoms were dirty from being dragged on the floor. There were some gorgeous dresses and prices were okay, but the unprofessional sales woman was a turn off. Once we told her we wouldn't be purchasing anything, she was very short with us and didn't help me out of my last dress. I ended up buying at Dora Grace for a similar price range and my dress will never have been worn around a dirty store. If budget is a big concern, I still wouldn't recommend this place! read more

I wasn't as impressed with this shop as some of the other reviews. I came in with my mother and one of my bridesmaids for an appointment. The first thing I didn't love was that we weren't allowed to look at the dresses on our own. I understand sometimes people may go a little crazy but it would've been nice to pick a few dresses that caught my eye rather than completely putting it in the owners hands. A lot of the dresses that were chosen for me weren't what I was looking for at all. The other thing I didn't like was that there is only one woman who runs everything on her own, meaning she kept stepping away during my appointment to answer phone, emails, etc. I just didn't get the experience I was looking for here. That being said, the store is beautiful and it looked like she had plenty of options available, it just would have been nice to get to see options that were more in line with my vision. read more

Lauren was amazing! I went to a different shop first and was very underwhelmed. The stylist didn't seem to really hear what I was looking for. She kept pulling dresses that had features I already told her I disliked. I was a little discouraged but had a few more appointments. When we showed up to Abeille Bridal, Lauren actually measured me (the other place did not), and literally the first dress she put me in made me cry! I finally felt like a bride. She got my style and what I was looking for right away. I tried on several more dresses, all truly beautiful and right up my alley. I ended up falling in love with two dresses. Narrowed it down to the perfect dress for me! I had a couple more appointments the next day and ended up buying this dress and cancelling my other appointments! Lauren was patient, careful about Covid, and really listened to me. I also was nervous because I had a pretty low budget so I was amazed to find the dress that made me cry! Lauren helped me find my dream wedding dress the very first day I walked in. The process was super simple and quick. No pressure at all came from her and she understands that every bride wants to feel perfect in their dress! She gauges style very quickly and just had an eye for what I liked and what dresses would work best with my body. I went to this dress shop a few weeks ago with my mom and a few of my bridesmaids. I'm recently engaged and this was one of the first times trying on dresses. I was excited but after my experience here, I never want to try on dresses again. When we walked in, we were a few minutes early for our appointment. We weren't even acknowledged as the sales lady was on the phone. We browsed as she continued to talk. When she finally got off the phone,probably 3-5 minutes later, she measured me. Ok fine, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. As I work in the wedding industry, I know how sometimes you get tied up with a bride. It happens. Anyway, once she measured me, it just went downhill. I am a normal size woman. I generally wear a 6 or 8 in dresses and she made me feel like I was 1381 pounds. As I am someone who battles with an eating disorder, this was very uncomfortable for me. She continually made remarks about how I couldn't fit in a dress or how that was "teeny tiny, that will never fit you." The first few comments I thought it was just me, that I was being dramatic, however, my bridal party and other people with me noticed her comments. I was so sad by the time I left, I didn't want to try on dresses again, and I haven't. The perfect dress could have been in that store and I wouldn't have bought it. I was surprised by the reviews and I am disappointed I didn't have the same wow experience the other brides did. Could be I was just the fluke, but nonetheless, my experience at this bridal store was subpar. read more
