Then when Lisa was helping us she was getting very temperamental with my grandma who is simply hard of hearing. She got frustrated when my grandma decided she didn't want a certain pair of pants, my grandma picked up on her rude vibe and just bought them so Lisa (the chicos worker) happy. I was absolutely shocked on how she acted towards my grandma and couldn't imagine how she would have acted if I wasn't there. Not until I asked her her first name when I left she changed her attitude. Not great customer service, bummer cause my grandma loves chicos. Not going back, very disrespectful to elders.

I was asked repeatedly for my phone number to see who had "called me", and they were more focused on looking at my account to find someone instead of understanding I am responding to a message here. If your representative cannot function without a customer's phone number, your process is broken and that is why brick and mortar stores will join the dinosaur era.

I walked into the Pendleton store in Old Town Fort Collins today for the very first time..... as I…read morehave never stepped inside a full retail Pendleton Woolen Mills store before. I was truly excited for this experience as most of the time I end up ordering anything from Pendleton online. Pendleton is one of the few surviving American textile companies with a story that stretches all the way back to 1863, when English weaver Thomas Kay arrived in Oregon and began building woolen mills in the Pacific Northwest. That foundation eventually led to what became Pendleton Woolen Mills, a company famous for its iconic wool blankets and textiles that became deeply tied to the culture of the American West. In a time when so many brands have outsourced everything overseas, Pendleton still weaves much of its wool fabric in the United States. That alone makes it stand out. What makes this location even more special is that a full retail Pendleton store is actually rare to find. You simply don't see many of them around the country, which makes discovering one right here in Old Town Fort Collins feel like a real gem. And it fits perfectly here. Old Town already has such a wonderful mix of boutiques, restaurants, and independent shops, and Pendleton adds something unique to that landscape. It brings a sense of tradition and craftsmanship that you don't encounter very often anymore. The store itself is beautiful, and the quality of the products really stands out when you see them up close. The blankets are absolutely stunning and clearly made to last for generations. They are honestly a little too warm for where I live now, but I still love seeing them and appreciating the artistry behind them. I especially fell in love with their towels and bathrobes, and there were also some clothing pieces that really caught my eye. In a world of fast fashion and disposable goods, walking into a store connected to more than 160 years of American manufacturing history is refreshing. If you are spending time in Old Town Fort Collins, this store is absolutely worth stepping into. It's not just shopping, it's a small encounter with a brand that has been part of the American story for generations.

This is my fist Yelp review ever, but felt compelled to share my disappointment after shopping there yesterday afternoon, walking around the store with an arm full of clothes, no other customers in the store yet I was never asked if I needed a dressing room. Took it upon myself to get my own dressing room, tried on 10 items, walked out and 2 employees were standing in the doorway to the dressing rooms talking and didn't acknowledge me. In todays world stores are closing daily due to more internet shopping. I personally committed myself to do my Christmas shopping in Fort Collins this year, but will share with my husband to buy any Athleta items online instead of from the Fort Collins Athleta.

The store was great until a couple of months ago when store management changed. I used to love going into the store and getting amazing service from the store manager, who was upbeat and would have a lot of fun picking out outfits and jeans for you. I went in recently to find out that the manager had changed, and with it a lack of that great service I used to get. I was even hearing the new manager complain about how many hours she's worked during the week. I don't know about anyone else but to me that just comes across as lack of passion for what you are doing. It just felt unprofessional to me. The clothes there are great, but some of the staff is very lack-luster. I'm giving it three stars just because their clothes are a redeeming quality.
