Then they want me to fill out a form to forward to the store. Such a missed opportunity for them to take ownership to rectify the situation. I would say improve training to address the issue. If your representative cannot function without a customer's phone number, your process is broken and that is why brick and mortar stores will join the dinosaur era.

There is only one button at the top of the inner panel. It needs another button or hook and eye midway down. Because I didn't realize it until two weeks outside of the return policy, they would not return it or pay to have a hook added. Their clothes are too expensive to have such a crappy return policy. I will not ever shop there again. Once bought a sweater with fringes. The minutes I washed it, the fringes started to unravel.

This is my fist Yelp review ever, but felt compelled to share my disappointment after shopping there yesterday afternoon, walking around the store with an arm full of clothes, no other customers in the store yet I was never asked if I needed a dressing room. Took it upon myself to get my own dressing room, tried on 10 items, walked out and 2 employees were standing in the doorway to the dressing rooms talking and didn't acknowledge me. In todays world stores are closing daily due to more internet shopping. I personally committed myself to do my Christmas shopping in Fort Collins this year, but will share with my husband to buy any Athleta items online instead of from the Fort Collins Athleta.
