After a hassle they finally agreed to sell the jeans but not at yesterday's price - almost 30% more. To the managers credit they came to their senses and sold them. Neither store I visited had another product in my size despite both stores inventory system saying they did. Oh well, I can order on-line right? They say they were delivered but were not. (At least my camera system didn't see it). The people in the store were not only not helpful but they were rude. They told me to contact the delivery company. I did and they told me to contact the shipper whoever that was. To make a long story short...nobody was helpful until I connected with their AI chat bot. If you are worried about AI taking over your job, just keep treating loyal customers like a transaction and you will not have a job. The AI was more respectful and polite than every person I spoke with at Old Navy across two stores.

They offer advice when you try on stuff, run to get you other sizes if you have (hopefully!) overestimated your jeans size, and do it all in a girlfriendly manner. There were sports and equipment sections I didn't even know existed. The store truly has everything you could possibly need and then some. What impressed me most was the staff. They were knowledgeable and helpful but didn't hover every five seconds like some stores do, which allowed me to really explore and absorb everything. The shoe selection was outstanding with every kind of running shoe, ski boot, work boot and outdoor footwear you could imagine, and the shoe staff were clearly well trained helping customers. I also spent about 45 minutes in the luggage section, which was surprisingly impressive. It's clearly a curated department run by someone who truly understands travel. I spoke with a luggage specialist who I believe is from Asia and a serious world traveler herself. She was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately understood what I meant when I told her I was tired of hard-sided luggage and wanted something built for an active lifestyle. She introduced me to a beautiful 100-liter Patagonia rolling duffel with durable wheels, strong zippers, and soft-sided construction that can actually handle real travel. These types of bags come with lifetime guarantees on the wheels and zippers, and now I'm officially saving my pennies to buy one. The store itself was alive and buzzing with families, couples, hunters, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts everywhere. Colorado gifts, Denver broncos, nuggets, and avalanche collectibles. Hunting, fishing, guns, ammo, knives, barbecue supplies, a sportsman's dream come true. I was blown away by the customer service, kindness, and kindness professionalism of these owner-operators. I just wish it were a little closer to my house.
