No one contacted me within that timeframe, so I waited an extra day and called myself. Only then was I told it was finished. The knife came back with a burr on the tip that I had to remove on my own. A sharpening service should inspect their work and handle basic finishing before returning the knife. The knife was damaged, and nothing was mentioned to me. It looks like a mechanical sharpening tool was used, and it left a noticeable gouge in the finish. This is a $250 Benchmade pocket knife that was essentially like new. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The communication was poor, the knife wasn't ready when promised, the finishing work was subpar, and they damaged an expensive knife without acknowledging it. I only noticed the damage when I got home. While the knife still functions, it's extremely frustrating to have your property damaged and not be informed.

The returned table was missing the wooden insert that covers the umbrella hole. We put the chairs, umbrellas and umbrella base back. While I appreciate that the returned table was discounted, I was interested in purchasing a new, complete table. There was another complete table nearby, which made the situation even more confusing. As a result, we left without making the purchase.

He then tells me to send them a text to join the rewards program which I don't know how to do because I only ever text people in my contacts. So he's then doing it for me and by now there's other people waiting because of this rewards program nonsense. When I finally get the text back from them asking me if I want their spam texts I reply no and then all of a sudden I'm no longer eligible for the 15% off.
