Store T-0079 shipped a Razor scooter with very little concern for it. They should have packed the scooter in a shipping box. Instead, they just slapped a label on the retail box, which is not ship worthy. The bottom was not secure and opened during transit. If this store participates in online fulfillment, then it should train its staff in correct handling of the shipments. read more

This is a very convenient location to me, so I'm sure I'll find myself here for quick needs. It's on the small side for a Target, so it doesn't offer much in each section, but it covers the basics. I used to frequent Targets probably weekly but now it is only an every now and then treat. This visit here was prompted by needing a variety of different items. Due to them all being placed in different areas of the store I think I walked everywhere in the store. I couldn't find one item and used their "push this button and an associate will be here to meet you." That actually worked great. I went from no one could be found, to a person there in less than a minute. I chose to use the self checkout and put my stuff originally in multiple bags, but then realized it could fit in one bag, so I merged items into one. Well, I missed moving one item and was surprised, but happy, that the self-checkout monitor person came running out of the store to get it to me. Now that is great customer service!! read more

A good Target location with friendly staff and clear layout, though the location of items in the app is not always mentioned or accurate at this store. I've found this target to be less busy than the east Fort Collins store so it's quick to go in and out for something you forgot or a few items you need. read more

We come here on occasion. My daughter likes to shop for clothes here but not so much since covid as they will not allow you to try anything on. The women's clothes options seem to have quite a few belly shirts. Miss the more modest clothing they used to sell. They do have quite a variety of different types of items you could buy from clothes to sportswear, pet care, appliances, household items, DVDs, books, food and more. Yesterday I went in for a food processor. While in the appliance section, I noticed they had many things in the wrong place and in front of sale tags for items that were not on sale. I was going to get a mixer but saw that the mixer was in front of the sale tag with lots of then there and also another location on same aisle. Looking at item number on the tag I could see it was in the wrong place. So anyone buying that would have thought they were getting awesome deal of $20 but in reality it was $60. I did not catch the error on my food processor I decided to purchase. They did not have a big selection, a lot of items were sold out. But the one I decided to get was only in one location on the aisle so I didn't think to check the tag. It said it was $29.99, however when I scanned it at self check it came up over $50. :( the manager decided to split the difference and let me have it for $40 but realistically I probably should have gone to another store to do some more price comparison. But after a long day of working I decided to just suck it up and pay more than what I had planned on. Be sure you are paying what you thought you were going to pay is the moral of the story Also had my credit cards stolen summer 2019. The person who stole them went to this store and easily spent lots of my money on clothes and gift cards when I called to let them know and ask if they could do something different about the ease of gift card purchasing they did not care. I had suggested just making people go through an actual line with a clerk and then do an ID check but to no avail. Several other people who also had cards stolen same time I did had the same experience with the thieves using target. Love going to Target for home goods and beauty products. But I'm consistently disappointed in their clothing. Especially the sizing. They are not inclusive of all body sizes whatsoever and clearly cater more towards petite women. The largest swim suit size they have is XL/38DD and as a woman who wears a true 38DD... Target's swim tops and bras are clearly not true to size. Do better! read more

I bought a Target $300 gift card at this location and gave it to a friend.....when my friend tried to use it, Target said that someone in Ohio had already used it. Target profited from the transaction but I was ripped off and my friend was embarrassed when she got to the checkout and the card was no good. RIPPED OFF by Target and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. I tried for months and learned that this was a Target-national problem which they obviously have not fixed. I ended up giving my friend a gift of cash and lost out the total value of the gift card, and Target management would not do anything about it. I will not shop at Target ever again. read more

I went here to this store about 90 days ago or so and bought some argyle sweaters, socks and a battery. It turned out to be a siege... more than it should really have been. The argyle sweaters had holes in them when I put them on... of course I only noticed them AFTER the period where you could not go back to return them. Just my luck. I use cedar balls and moth balls so I am pretty sure the holes did not come from my house. Perhaps the backroom of the store is riddled with moths. In the end I burned the sweaters on top of a bunch of boxes out in the backyard. The socks hung in a bit longer but about a month later after the problem with the sweaters occurred the socks got big holes in the back of them. The battery I was looking for was something like a watch battery and I went to electronics to find it. I asked a salesperson if they had this size of battery and he said 'Uh... I don't think so.' I looked on their specialty battery rack and found the size and told him so. He responded by saying 'Oh...Nice!' His verbal comment matched his facial response of 'Huh, huh, he,he...Uhm...huh? Duh!' I know Target quality especially with their clothes is not great... something I already knew. That is no secret. But usually I can wear my clothes to death that I usually buy from here and have a sense that I did not throw my money away in the process. I have shopped at Target in between the 90 day period or so from this transaction and things seemed to be holding up fine with what I bought. But it was at another Target... not this particular location. Hey at least the battery still works... that has got to count for something right? The moths at least didn't get to that. read more

This Target is newly remodeled which gives it a fresh, modern look. Ive come here a few times and found good deals in their clearance sections. The cashier was fast and friendly and the general look of the store was clean and well stocked. read more

I love Target. I was visiting the area with my husband, and entertained myself at this Target while he was in a meeting. It's clean and organized. I was confused to find that the restrooms are in the back of the store. Poor planning if you ask me. Otherwise, its everything you would expect of a Target. read more

Of course the items we needed were in the far back corner. I suppose its hard to fault a store over their layout, but... The store seems old. It seems tired. It needs a boost to its spirit. The staff almost seem that way too. Maybe a strong cup of coffee? The parking was not friendly to larger vehicles. The spots seemed small, but I think that's common for large retail stores. Although this Target isn't a Super Target it still has almost anything you could need. They do have a small selection of grocery items, even some parishable. If you need something quick, this is an easy one quick stop without the enormity of a Super Target or Super Walmart. If you can, I would recommend shopping during the week and day time to avoid long lines. read more

They say that people come to Target and pay a little more to avoid going to Wal-Mart and having to deal with "those people". This Target doesn't exactly fit that bill. It is extremely old (it was old when I was a kid in Ft Collins 25+ years ago) and everything from the parking lot, entrance carpet tiles, vinyl flooring and some of the interior carpet hasn't been upgraded in many many years. So it has an old, musty, dirty feel to it. But it does have all the products you're used to at the regular Target prices. There's a Super Target a few miles east so I don't know how long this one will last at this location. The staff is very friendly though, so that makes up for a lot. read more

Staff was great at directing me to where I needed to go. Bought I bought a 10 gallon storage bin and the top was broken, as well as buying a bag of chips and finding a whole in the bag when I got home to open them. Someone had obviously tried to tape over the hole. read more

For not being a "Super" Target this place still has a great selection of items. The staff are friendly and the layout makes for fairly stress free shopping. My only gripe is the clientele. For some reason the weirdos come out of the woodwork and all descend on this Target when I stop in. It was a cold winter morning. The birds were no longer singing, and the leaves had all fallen. Desolate. The aisles were empty, the capitalist consumers, few as they were, all robotically moved in traffic-oriented lines, sweeping past me as I trembled. I screamed for help, for I wanted a product that was locked on the unforgiving hook; the package stared blankly at me. And then it happened: a man of average stature came to me, his bright red shirt allowed me to distinguish him as an Employee. He pointed to the Fit Bit I was dancing around. "You need this?" he said, softly. I farted in response, and again as he unlocked the product I had come for. My farts continued, for this was a celebratory occasion. When I left and entered my horseless carriage, I realized that the plastic bindings were still on my product. Angrily, I bit the plastic pieces and my tooth chipped. I lost a friend that day, but gained another. Thank you Target Employee for unlocking a new friend. Definitely recommend this location. read more

I love Target. However, this pharmacy messed up two of my prescriptions in one week (yes, the fault was on Target's end). I generally don't use the pharmacy here, but twice in one week? Causing me multiple trips and a lot of wasted time. I will not be going back here to get any more prescriptions filled, I'll go to the Walgreen's across the street. The old pharmacist was awesome, but this new one leaves a lot to be desired. read more

If I could do a lower rating for this store I would, especially the electronics department! We had been standing there waiting our turn and the girl at the counter kept helping everyone else. Even when it was pointed out to us that I had been waiting, she went on to help someone else. Left there and they lost out on a big sale. Their loss! read more

This store has great customer service! My boyfriend and I went in to return a portable DVD player we bought back in November. There was nothing wrong with this item we just ended up not using it. Their policy on returns for electronics is 30 days. We told the lady at customer service we had been out of town and was not able to get back in until now. She called her manager over and he ended up giving us our money back! Great job! We would have been completely ok with keeping the item. However this gentleman still refunded us our money! Needless to say we will continue shopping here!!! read more
