I came in the other day mostly to just wander around. This store was laid out well/easy to navigate and relatively clean. The staff I encountered were all friendly. Prices are more than fair in my opinion for all of the stuff they have. If something isn't on sale one week, it usually is within the next two! Will definitely be back in when it gets a little closer to the holidays for my decor needs.

Inside the place looked nice and clean. The stuff was organized well. I even found a few shirts I liked. Grabbed them and headed to check out. That's where it went downhill. The employee checking me out didn't seem personable at all. I handed over the shirts and said "Here are the hangers, you probably want them." "Not really" he replied and tossed the hangers behind him. He then scanned my tags and stood there quietly. I assumed he was ready for me to pay. I scanned my card and he just stood there. I grabbed my stuff and headed out. Most non interaction I have ever had. I guess you go there for the stuff and not the experience.

I received an order confirmation email from Ace. I called the store today to see if I could pick up the trimmer tomorrow and was told that their computer said not to fulfill the order. The rep suggested that I place the order again. I tried repeatedly to log in to Ace's website and even tried to order the trimmer as a guest, but the website was dysfunctional. So I found a similar trimmer at Lowes for $153 and ordered it there. I figured it was worth $13 to me to buy a trimmer without all the hassle I had to go through with Ace.
