I dont really come in here much. I think i have been in two or maybe 3 times in all the years i have lived here. I have been in once for some office supplies. Another time to do a delivery pick up. And the most recent time was with my daughter to get some copies for her gold award project. We had hoped to go to the library and sadly the library was not open. So thus we ended up at office max. The copies were a bit overpriced....... But she needed them that night so we were thankful that she was able to get them. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Lots of choices and items to choose from for all your office supply needs. If I needed something i would probably be back in teh future. read more

Just stopped in to have the guy in copymax to print on 20 pieces of paper one page. He said he had 13 jobs due by 5. Now remind you he wasn't working on anything. He said he couldn't get it done. I worked at Ofgice Max in college. It takes 5 minutes to do what I asked. This is why your store is empty! No sense of urgency and lazy workers. And he had attitude with me when I asked if he could get it done real quick. Just another lazy kid. read more

I used to look at this office max and not really want to go in. So I admit the decor from the outside isn't exactly welcoming. However, had a really great experience today. Came in today for a mini displayport to connect to hdmi. Someone assisted me right away. Then at the front desk, I wanted to check the total price (I only had $18 and a few cents on me). And it was $19.32 I think total. So I explained I'll come back for it later (lost my credit card last night and haven't carried cash with me in quite a while. An amazing consultant (I think that's what's on her name plate) looked at the difference which was I think just shy of 50 cents and told me she'd cover me. I can get this same product for less than $9 on amazon, and other places. But my order got screwed up and I ended up receiving the wrong connection thing (no I'm not tech savy). It was just extremely nice that they came to help, and then she didn't just go "oh great idea go drive home and drive back later". read more

Went in last night to buy a printer in order to print a rental application, but apparently there is a shortage of printers these days. Asked the woman we were working with if she wouldn't mind printing the application for us, expecting to pay for the three copies we needed, but she made the three copies and didn't charge us! Getting applications in on time can be a stressful matter (we'd also been to 3 different stores prior looking for printers), but the clerk we worked with eased that stress immensely! We'll be back to buy a printer once they're less of a hot commodity. I just wish I'd gotten the clerks name! read more

I got misdirected to the product I was looking for by the first two employees I asked. I had to wait a really long time to ask employee #3 (who was on the phone), but he finally got it right. Run, don't walk, away from this store! For many years, I shopped at this store and frequently used their printing services. I began noticing a decline in their customer service a couple of years ago. In March 2015 I took a custom poster in for laminating. Big mistake! They ruined the poster with bubbles, smudges, and glue all over the front. The manager assured me that he would personally see that the problem would be fixed. It's August and they have neither fixed the problem nor have they reimbursed me for the cost of the poster. Since the merger with Office Depot and more recently with Staples, their inventory, customer service and printing quality have all gone downhill--way downhill. They lost a loyal customer. It'll be no surprise if they go out of business! read more

I am very unhappy with office max at the moment. I purchased a computer last week for my husband and was told by Michael that he could install some games for me for $40. Of course Michael was very helpful as I spent over $600 that day. I left the computer and he installed the games and I picked up the computer the next day. The games are now in a zipped file and are non accessible. I called the store and was told that Michael is on vacation until Monday and today is Friday. I spoke with another supposed technician (Gina I think) and she was not helpful at all. She told me I would have to bring in the computer to look at it. We are in our 60's and this is not acceptable for us. We feel that we would like a refund on our $40 or for someone to talk us through finding these files that are not accessible according to our computer's messages. This girl was short with me and not willing to work with me at all. We own a trucking firm and have for 23 years here in Fort Collins. Very disappointed and will be shopping at Office Depot in the future. read more

Terrible service. Went in there looking for a specific product only one sales associate was on the floor and every time he saw us he walked right by, never once asked if we needed help! Went to the competitor and got help the minute we walked in the door. Won't be returning to this location! read more
