Helpful staff and very friendly. Clean store. Courteous clerks. Keep up the good work!

I mostly use this location to ship packages. Extremely convenient and can get most shipping supplies I need. Staff is always helpful and can answer any questions I have. Since my pa jades are already packed up with a label I don't wait in a line. I just drop off and go. I can go on my 30 minute lunch break. Plus if I need pet supplies I can just go right next door. They usually have what I need and the store is generally well stocked and looks pretty clean (unless you buy plastic storage bins from the shelves at the far back left of the store and look behind those shelves. There is a little bit of dead space and it's really gross and filthy back there!!). I'd just recommend that you don't shop at this particular location if you are in a rush. There is usually a line of several people waiting to check out and the cashier is usually trying to help the people checking out and customers on the phone at the same time. read more

Awful: walked in to look at chairs. And at first the guy was helpful as we made our way down toward that way. But when we got there of course we had to flag a salesman down. We asked questions looked and left. We came back after determining that the price was the most competitive. When we arrived me being disabled I asked the salesman for the chair as advertised trying to avoid going to the back of the store the asst. mgr says yeah just go back there and he will get you what you need. Okay so be it. As we waited. The guy was sure too tell me they came in a box. And I'm pretty sure he said this because I was just in there asking if they came assembled. Cause it really is hard for me to put things together. Anyway. The cashier asked if I wanted it assembled for 12 dollars and I could pick it up tomorrow??! Wait let me get this right I've expressed my concern too assemble. I was be sure I was told it came in a box, you have 5 employees standing around doing literally nothing, uh no thanks. In fact they are lucky I even went through with the sale I almost said hey eff off I'll go somewhere, where my money is appreciated and so is my being a customer. This place is horrible. It's got to be close to shutting down especially with customer service like that. I hOpe one day your sorry azz is disabled and it's hard for you to walk and assemble things pricks !!!!!!! Staff is so friendly, I walked in and an employee walked me right to the ink that I needed and helped me check out right away. My ink then Exploded when I got home and when I walked back into the store the employee recognized me and asked what was wrong helped me with the ink situation and got me fast and easy! What great customer service at this store. Kind and honest employees I will be coming back to this store rather than another office supply store! Thank you Office Depot! Keep it up! It took some time for me to get used to Office Depot when it first opened on 35th Ave. Troubles with returning problematic products at Office Max, and the less heavy spirit at Office Depot eventually turned that into my favorite office supply store in Greeley. Now I hear the two chains are coming under a common ownership. Today (Oct. 2013), I went for some pen refills and office storage boxes. It looks like Office Depot and Office Max are both far on the path to eliminating all pen refill products. So if I get my pen supplies here, I'll have to buy new pens each time, and eventually, to judge by dwindling inventory, will have to settle for a different brand. I will have to see if Staples is better at providing the supplies we need. read more

I used to find joy in spending my money here but now after the experience with the employees I will no longer shop here. After showing up and being ignored by employees, they were more concerned about getting off work than helping us find the things we were looking for. They shut off the light and locked the doors while we were still inside, but knew we were there. Had a gift card here, but I'd rather cut it up then waste my money here. read more

I love these guys, very helpful and friendly. I have gotten to know lots of the employees shopping over the last 5 years and really enjoy the staff. I have had numerous items made and laminated for me with great success. I appreciate this specific Office depot and the staff. read more
