If their costumer relations is any indication of their business model than this place is not worth even a look.
We called to ask a very simple question, about availability of paper boxes. We were polite and were just inquiring. The rep was rude right from the start after he learned we probably weren't going to buy a copier-at least today. What he doesn't know, or didn't take the time to find out is, we are going to be in the market for a copier, but now at least not at this place. I guess the rep thought it was beneath himself to waste his breath to even respond to us, so he made a huff and then hung up on us. That is not how to treat potential costumers or even the general public. Whatever happened to good will in business, and the "The customer is king"?
Where there's smoke, there's fire. If I detect negativity in company rep I take my business elsewhere. It's usually a sign of other underlying problems. read more
