The door and unit seemed clean and in good condition. Access to the property is pretty nice - just country roads, so no driving a huge truck around city streets. They have many many ways to pay your bill, so there's no excuse for not paying. Terms of the lease seemed pretty standard for a storage place. I wish I could post a video of my place when I vacated because it was SPOTLESS - no broken lights, no dust, no broken disposal (though they charged us to replace it). Also, they will not allow you to o the final walk-through. Hmm, I wonder why...? Lastly, I got a parking ticket when I first moved into the apartment because they couldn't offer enough parking spaces for their tenants. I wrote corporate and email and they never responded back. I called them and left them two voicemails and they never responded. I've been in customer service for years and that is TERRIBLE on their part. This place is in the business to rip you off! After this review his employee reached out and stated that the clothing with tags fell and he would bring them to me. I still needed help moving as this company did not fulfill their contract as they did not finish the move. I paid another $100.00 for the employee who dropped off my missing items to help move the rest of my things. This "business" I found on Google. I booked them on a Monday for a Friday move, I booked two movers yet three showed up, to move a bedroom set and boxes. They showed up an hour late without any notification. They came into my home with cash registers in their eyes. I am now missing a Sony DVD player, a Ramy Brook dress with the tags still on along with other designer clothing items. I have no idea what else has been stolen yet I am going to find out as I continue to unpack. At one point the owner, Marcus asked me if I could help them move my things from his truck...I kid you not. I immediately said no and then asked when this company would be done as it had been four hours and the job was only halfway completed. At this point the owner, Marcus, began to scream and cuss at me and in a sarcastic tone asked me "If I had somewhere to be?" He then called me a "crazy bitch" while screaming at the top of his lungs at my new home. I got the honor of paying $1,000.00 for this and was told by the owner, Marcus, that I needed to tip them more money (I tipped $300.00). This is all true. I will update with the police report # when all missing items are logged and I have the receipts for insurance.

When my neighbor recommended RK Junk, I couldn't have been happier with their very fair price (they should probably charge more) and their prompt, friendly, easy going and professional service. For such a challenging piece of equipment, they were very careful and precise with their work. After the treadmill was moved, they took a bunch of furniture items to be donated for me, since the donation pickups aren't back to work yet during COVID. Again, a super fair price and great work. I couldn't recommend them more highly and have told all of my friends and family to call RK Junk.
