For one, no one is ever in the office. So customer service doesn't exist. Which is super convenient (for them) when cash customers try to make payments in person, but can't since they're never there. But then of course charge you late fees, because, fuck you pay me! Even though I paid two months in advance and specified not to be on auto pay, they charged my card again after the first month. They renewed/altered my payment due date w/o notice, so again, another late fee. I was told I'd b me reimbursed for the first late fee due to acknowledgment that they shuck and jive being understaffed and that no one is usually in the office. After a few months of asking about it, I still never received it. Their shitty app never work for remote gate access. Clearly they couldnt be bothered and were to cheap to pay any IT person to make a simple fix to the app. Also they raised my rent from $280 as of 9/24, to $375 starting 1/25!!! Go f$ck yourself scumlic storage! Furthermore, Mark the on site manager, is a tool, who only regurgitates the shady sop's they use to jerk people around to nickel and dime them, lying to your face, of course, to protect his pathetic job and free place to live. The door and unit seemed clean and in good condition. Access to the property is pretty nice - just country roads, so no driving a huge truck around city streets. They have many many ways to pay your bill, so there's no excuse for not paying. Terms of the lease seemed pretty standard for a storage place. Containers are clean inside and freshly painted outside. Arela (in the office) and John (our container delivery guy) and Ryan (manager) were all a pleasure to deal with. All were very accommodating and Brekke prices were better than PODS! Will use them again in a heartbeat. Locally owned and professional - doesn't get much better than that.

Without disclosing too much, i have had a rough couple weeks. Nothing seems to go right. Except dealing with them. I first went there and needed a storage unit..... BAD.
