The people at the front they also waive the administration fee because if you donated canned goods which they in turn donate they waive that fee. The door and unit seemed clean and in good condition. Access to the property is pretty nice - just country roads, so no driving a huge truck around city streets. They have many many ways to pay your bill, so there's no excuse for not paying. Terms of the lease seemed pretty standard for a storage place.
