The unit that was reserved was spotless! Very clean with no cracks in the floor. Brent phoned me back about a truck rental, but I had already arranged a 'free' loaner from a friend. All-in-all I am very pleased with StorQuest's customer service, the cleanliness and condition of the units and the easy access to the facility. The pricing is very reasonable for the size of the unit. Update: Well it is now time to move and I am really sad to leave. I have had the best customer service from Brent and Sabrina. They are amazingly helpful, attentive, and very energetic. Outstanding young people who take their jobs seriously and so helpful. I was so exhausted today from repacking some boxes. Brent was so kind and picked up a sandwich for me on his lunch break. I have been very pleased not only with their customer service, but these folks take pride in keeping their facility clean, they check locks to make sure their customers secure their units correctly and they keep a constant watch to maintain a safe environment. It's a great value and the facilities are amazing. The management lives on the premises. There's gate with passcode, tons of video cameras. I feel like my things are very, very safe there. The convenience features are also great. There's a covered loading dock and there are several carts available for you to use. Everything is super, duper clean--spotless even. There's are soda/water and snack machines if you're there for a while. We're on the second floor, and it's still the most convenient storage unit I've ever had.

James gave me two options - a 10x15 on the first floor close to the door or two 10x10s across from each other on the second floor. He offered me the two 10x10s for the price of a 10x20 without me asking. Everywhere else I'd looked, they wanted full price for two units even after I'd asked for a break. That's the kind of customer service that I look for and tells me this will be a great experience. I made my choice and was out of there in 10 minutes. You get a sense from some businesses that they run a good business and treat their customers right. This is one!

BEWARE!! STORQUEST STOLE MY LIFE THIS WEEKEND!!! My 10x30…read moreunit was auctioned "ACCIDENTALLY" to someone-after renting here for 3 years and paying them thousands of dollars, assuming my belongings were safe in storage here. So far, all I have gotten was "SORRY, IT WAS A MISTAKE" from the manager Mary. After logging into my account and noticing one of my units was no longer showing, I called them immediately and was informed that they "didn't know why it wasn't showing" and "think it may have been auctioned", like it was no big deal? HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??!! It was only after begging the employee to have the manager Mary call me ASAP that I was able to confirm with her that, YES, it had indeed been "accidentally auctioned" along with someone else's unit that was also "accidentally auctioned" because of her "mistake". How do 2 different customers' storage units get accidentally auctioned?!? I have made several panicked calls and left voicemails PLEADING for them to fix this ASAP. As if that was not bad enough, Mary (manager) also informed me that she was ALLOWING THE BUYER ACCESS AGAIN LATER THAT DAY to empty the remainder of my unit!!!!!! This was AFTER she had admitted to me that she was sorry and this was her "mistake". She was going to allow him to continue taking THE REST of my belongings out of MY UNIT that SHE accidentally auctioned??!! AFTER she had asked him to bring everything back and told me he understood and had agreed to bring everything back. And she didn't understand why that would be a problem? ALL of my irreplaceable belongings ARE GONE! And not one employee at Storquest seems to care about resolving this, which makes it seem like this is just something normal that happens all the time there?? No one there has seem alarmed/concerned at all by this. Aside from this experience being a complete nightmare, THIS IS FLAT OUT WRONG AND ILLEGAL!! This is everyone's worst nightmare when deciding to entrust a storage company to store your life at their facility. They regularly kill the lights on the building because they shine on their habits. You can watch them trying to get into the units. They usually don't succeed. The owner of this property doesn't care about the property. And you can tell by the people living in the storage units, the shady dealings behind it, the busted roof that tenets say leaks into the units (cover your stuff and put it up on pallets), bugs that roam from unit to unit, bars on the office windows because trap people keep breaking in, the busted drive it sits on, and the horrendous collection of trash outside. The fact that he put up signs saying you're under surveillance is hilarious. Not a working camera on the building because trap people don't like to be recorded. But they will watch your every move when you're moving in to see what you're storing. Unless you're a shady person looking to store shade, go elsewhere.
