The business was not prepared to deal with the amount of customers that were present at the same time. When I showed up one hour before closing, all the parking spots were taken. So I pulled as close as I could to the east side of their small parking lot. I went in, I sat down and waited my turn. As Soon as the receptionist finished with her client, the male client left, and she started with her next client, female. Then he(the client whom just check out) returned, asking who drove the vehicle that I was in. I told him that as soon as I could that I would definitely move it for him, because there was no parking Spaces available. He started yelling at me, then someone else (female client) started yelling at me, then the people behind the counter stared yelling at me. Just to be clear I was the only person that was light skinned and blue eyed the entire building. I had to endure such a racial slurs says "white bitch"& "Privileged white bitch". I was told by the Male worker I was being Berate, for standing up for myself. I offered to move, which was denied. I offered to back completely out of the area, which was denied. Eventually the Male client who was screaming at me in the parking lot left. Before he left, he screamed at me. Calling me 'white' and other things. At this time I'm just stunned. Always willing to avoid late fees if theres good reason and make the whole in and out process easy and stress free. Also at one point I had an issue with getting furniture out my unit and they worked with me, no question asked with no extra charges! As of late they also gave me a free lock as a courtesy because my door broke. I couldnt be happier and feel any more security and safety from this business! One more thing...prices are great!! I expected the change over to a different unit to be a drawn-out process, but the onsite staff made it happen quickly and painlessly. And they still honored the online reservation price, a big win for me. As for the unit, I got a 10x15 driveup with a roll-up door, which is necessary in light of the size of some of the furniture I'll be putting in there. But there's an added bonus in that the unit has a 2nd door on the back that makes it accessible from the inside of the building. Another win as it allows me to put items that I might need to get to frequently near the inside door while the larger, long-term storage items can stay by the exterior door and out of the way. I am a repeat customer of this location. And as long as I remain in the area it will be my storage of choice.

After logging into my account and noticing one of my units was no longer showing, I called them immediately and was informed that they "didn't know why it wasn't showing" and "think it may have been auctioned", like it was no big deal? HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??!! It was only after begging the employee to have the manager Mary call me ASAP that I was able to confirm with her that, YES, it had indeed been "accidentally auctioned" along with someone else's unit that was also "accidentally auctioned" because of her "mistake". How do 2 different customers' storage units get accidentally auctioned?!? I have made several panicked calls and left voicemails PLEADING for them to fix this ASAP. As if that was not bad enough, Mary (manager) also informed me that she was ALLOWING THE BUYER ACCESS AGAIN LATER THAT DAY to empty the remainder of my unit!!!!!! This was AFTER she had admitted to me that she was sorry and this was her "mistake". She was going to allow him to continue taking THE REST of my belongings out of MY UNIT that SHE accidentally auctioned??!! AFTER she had asked him to bring everything back and told me he understood and had agreed to bring everything back. And she didn't understand why that would be a problem? ALL of my irreplaceable belongings ARE GONE! And not one employee at Storquest seems to care about resolving this, which makes it seem like this is just something normal that happens all the time there?? No one there has seem alarmed/concerned at all by this. Aside from this experience being a complete nightmare, THIS IS FLAT OUT WRONG AND ILLEGAL!! The owner of this property doesn't care about the property. And you can tell by the people living in the storage units, the shady dealings behind it, the busted roof that tenets say leaks into the units (cover your stuff and put it up on pallets), bugs that roam from unit to unit, bars on the office windows because trap people keep breaking in, the busted drive it sits on, and the horrendous collection of trash outside. The fact that he put up signs saying you're under surveillance is hilarious. Not a working camera on the building because trap people don't like to be recorded. But they will watch your every move when you're moving in to see what you're storing. Unless you're a shady person looking to store shade, go elsewhere.
