That was a tenant of storage etc for 6 years, the new manager Devin has turned that company inside out the evicted me for so-called trash being laid in front of my unit and I called corporate and they agreed with him after 6 years of paying rent there I was evicted months later I went to Devin and asked him a question if he would sell me a bike back that I built him because I didn't have my bike anymore the reason I built the bike is to smooth things over with him as he's always been abrasive to me since he had arrived after asking the question words were said back and forth he came out to the street and proceeded to start a fight with me on the street he missed three punches I took him down to the ground he punched me in the back of the head once and I'm very much considering filing a soul charges against him the police returned to talk to me after I told my story in first interview with a restriction to be on the premises until 2099. Since Nick was witnessed by new customers of storage etc on premises and passing driver that stopped in my concern place were called this was all because of a rumor that Devin has heard and believed, the rumor to me is still unknown but this manager should not be in place at storage etc as a manager so my job from here on out is to make sure that he is not I would not like to go back to storage etc I would not like my unit back it was 2 minutes from my house it was very convenient and was fine until he arrived he should not be working there. My concern for any other customers that would be at storage etc in the future is do not trust management they can do whatever they want to remove you that's not the way a storage unit should be. I had priced and checked other storage facilities in the area and I found the the Westminster Storage Etc facility was the best offer. The facility is well managed and management is a pleasure to work with. I rented two 10X10 units in the climate controlled facility. The managers were able to rent the two units to me that were side by side which makes accessing my stored items a great deal easier. Later the following month I needed more storage due to us moving out of our home and putting it on the market for sale. Once again the Westminster Storage Etc came thru for me. This place is awesome if you need a storage unit. The ladies that work there are very kind and helpful and the prices for the units are very cheap compared to other places I've seen. They are also very understanding if you have any issues, if you communicate they'll work with you. I had issues with a person I rented a unit with and they worked with me to get my name off that unit and into my own unit immediately and they give you lots of warning for late fees. We have used storage facilities across the US and this one is the best. We've been at this particular facility for over 7 years and have rented several spaces of different sizes, both indoor and outdoor. Our things have been in good hands the entire time. The facility is extremely well managed by its staff, especially Diane, who is warm, friendly and very accommodating. The grounds are immaculate, carts are in good repair (and there are a lot of them!), the units are easy to access, and the location of the property, close to the highway, is convenient. Super nice folks with an awesome storage facility! All of the staff has been absolutely wonderful during a recent move, they even worked with us on a changing schedule as we helped a friend place his household good into storage. The facility is exceptionally clean, they have all of the materials that you might ever need to help moving and transferring items into storage. The moving truck rates were perfect for our needs. We have been customers of Storage Etc. since September 2015. We started with 1 very large unit and have progressed into 3. We are not hoarders just do not want to get rid of anything. This is a very convenient location, and always as clean as I would keep my own garage. They are the best in removing the large snow falls we have encountered the last few weeks. We've rented storage locations across the country and this is our favorite. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and good carts are available to help with the moving. Best of all, the service provided by the staff, Diane in particular, is the best we have encountered. She is very helpful and friendly in making our stay easy to manage given our various moves from unit to unit within the facility.
