They have a 20' if I want. U-Haul, you screwed everything up for me leaving me in a huge bind 2 days before my move date. I get to said location that is open later than the other locations and was informed that I needed to take it to a location that's a house, dark on the East side of Pueblo with homeless people walking around. Then as I am attempting to complete the drop off on the app, the verification code continually fails to accept through UHAULs app and doesn't accept, forcing me to take another unexpected day off to return during "business" hours at 9am. UHAULs logistics system is laughable at how inconvenient it is.
