I signed up with Guardian several months ago and although I had l planned to have my garage cleaned out by now, I know that my belongings are safe and secure with Guardian. The facility is spotless, the customer service is exemplary and should be used as an example for many other businesses. They go beyond the usual perfunctory tasks, are genuinely helpful and accomodating whether you are in person or on the phone. I have never been one for using a storage facility confirmed by the the fact that I have lived here for 10 years and have just signed up with Guardian! As this is a new facility, it exceeds expectations and I especially like the idea that they are NOT 24 hour accessible. I highly recommend them as a great way to get that garage or spare room cleaned out as it gives you a place to store items and get rid of the clutter at home. It helps me get motivated and they have a truck we can have to help with the transporting! I will be with them for a few more months than expected (we are dragging our feet) and I have no qualms about using Guardian. They are quite affordable and have specials to help fit your budget. I've been renting a unit at Guardian Storage Westminster for over a year, and at first, everything seemed fine... clean facility, helpful staff. But that changed quickly once I noticed how often they raise their rates. In just one year, my monthly rent has gone up twice. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when nothing about the service has improved. The units are the same, and there's still limited access after hours. It feels like they're just trying to squeeze more money out of long-term customers. What bothers me most is the complete lack of loyalty... new customers get promo deals, while existing renters are left paying higher and higher prices. I reached out to ask about the increases, but all I got was a generic response with no real justification. Definitely looking to move my things elsewhere. I'd rather support a local company that values long-term business and doesn't treat customers like walking wallets. Definitely find another storage company!!! read more

I just moved my belongings into a storage unit and the experience was awesome!! I have never done this before and the staff was very patient with my questions and even showed me around the property. The storage area is VERY clean and easy to move into. The facility provides carts to move in, covered loading bays, and the elevator makes it effortless!! I highly reccommend them for all your storage needs! The staff is great!! Anna is the best!! I went to get some things the other day and she even remembered my name!!! Guardian Storage has been by far the best experience I could imagine. The staff was super nice and helpful and the facilities were amazing. They have an extensive security system which made me feel safe which lets me be stress free while all my things are in storage! They also provide free carts for unloading which made the move go much faster than expected. And on top of all of that they provide a free moving van! I am so impressed with Guardian Storage. I was renting unit for an Individual within our agency. Erika was so helpful. She stayed late with a smile on her face to get our account all set up. She then worked with the moving company to ensure everything was unloaded and put away in our unit. She was kind enough to hold the lock for the moving van but also hold a key for me to pick up at a later date. Erika kept in contact with me through the entire process. What more could one ask for. My service manager at the Westminster CO was Amanda and she was the best. Very helpful and quick service. I did use the box truck, provided by guardian storage. Very ez and better than any other price I could find. Bring your insurance card and license for the truck rental. I had two units, both were temperature controlled, very clean and new. No bugs or mice at this location. They also have non environmental control spaces for less money. Ask for Amanda, she will get you all setup. 5 stars read more

This self storage is fabulous, the front desk man Alberto is very friendly, professional, funny and helpful. Alberto takes as much time as you need to answer any questions make sure your move in is smooth and offers helpful hints as well. The area is well lit and secure. Great storage place, great rates, clean, friendly, safe. We had an interior 10 x 10 unit for 2 years. It was technically not "climate-controlled" but effectively was because its in the middle of a building, and yet you aren't paying for that. We had to use elevator and hallway to access but they provide dollies so that works fine. Always felt safe, secure there. Staff always friendly and helpful. read more
