This storage facility is the worst that I have ever used. The rent has gone up three times since…read moreJanuary. When I questioned the rent increases I was told the increases are for updates. I have yet to see any updates. There are insufficient cameras and lighting to protect all of the units. When the key pad was damaged, I was not given the new code. When the main gate was damaged and couldn't be used I did not get any prior notice that I wouldn't be able to access my unit for five days which contains all of the supplies for my business. I ask to speak with someone in upper management in January and again several weeks ago. I never received a call.
