Space and storage cost is increased at least every 6 months. We will see if they continue to charge us. Reviews are not looking good.

Had to move out after the office was not open when it was supposed to be to provide them with paper proof of vehicle ownership. They "dont have email" and dont allow you to do anything outside the app. They regularly increase the price at random times as many people came in to complain when I was trying to setup a lease. The provided parking location itself was full of debris covered by grass that could have easily damaged my vehicle if I had not seen them. read more

It's ridiculous that I followed website directions to communicate that I was moved out of my unit, but I'm still being pressured to pay. I removed my card from my account and turned off auto-pay because I had a feeling this would happen. I can't reach anyone to resolve this. I recommend using Storage Sense instead of Public Storage. I shouldn't have to pay for what I'm not using and previously communicated that I was moved out. read more

I wound give public storage minus star if possible. Worst experience ever. I was renting unit for almost a year when I was given notice to move out for " leaving item outside the unit " the items were left out side the unit when u left to use the restroom ( less then an hour) when u returned notice on my door . I contacted the district manager who was the rudest man I have ever talk to , his exact words were " we do not Accommodate people with special or handicapped needs " " It's a black and white lease and that's what we go by" " People have a misconception of what storage units are supposed to be used for your drop off your items and you can return when you're ready to pick them up you don't come and visit your items were here for storage only" I was unaware using the restroom was a concerned a special need . I was in the process of moving out and informed them I would be unable to be out by the first due to lack of help in moving my storage unit and being they took the rent out of my checking account anyways shouldn't be a problem to pay for the days that I'm still there. After that conversation I was in my unit and the police came telling me that I was trespassing and was going to be arrested if I did not leave. That day they put locks on my unit so I Couldn't access the unit and told me I was banned from the property the month following I received a call from the manager saying I was delinquent And putting a Lien on my unit this was October 1, 2020 October 23, 2020 they auctioned off my storage unit for $50 less than 30 days she auctioned off my unit and for the privilege of that she charges me $150 . The unit was $250 and receive several statements all the different amounts the highest one totaling over $1200 for less than 30 days. In any attempt to contact anyone they won't speak to me hang up when I call. read more

I change my review due to the fact that the lady at the front desk is very irritating. Treated me like I was very stupid. I tried to check out today and make sure everything was good and she consistently talk to somebody on the phone and acted like I wasn't even there. Very rude and unprofessional service I don't think this lady should work there at all anymore..... I was also told in my quote would only be $24 when I got there they make you buy insurance and everything else and it turned out to be $76 of course when I got there I'm not going to leave to go find somewhere else... stay away from the annoying lady read more

Horrible customer service, especially from Leona in the office. Fees keep going up without much notice at all and when we originally signed up, there were lots of hidden fees they conveniently forgot to mention to us. There is not enough light to see anything inside the storage unit either. read more
