I called the call center first to see about renting a unit and was told the mgr. would call me back. I spoke with him and made an appointment for the next day. So I went the next day and he didn't show up nor did I get a call back. So the ppl complaining about the management not showing up are correct. I felt like I was being screened for an apartment rather than renting a storage unit. My time is just as valuable as his but that's not what the manager thinks. Now I have to reschedule the moving truck I was planning on using. My advice is to stay away from this place and they probably did me a favor by showing me who they were before I spent any money with their facility. read more

2020 is the best storage please in Denver! The owner goes above and beyond. Even when I was a dope and forgot to bring my keys for my lock the manager came down and helped me remove my lock. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable deal. The best part about this storage is that all my things were safe no breaks ins! Plus there a plenty of cameras. Michael is very nice and accomadating-even when I switched to a bigger unit 3 days after renting a 5 x 3. I moved to Denver in 2018 and didn't have a place to store my things. I found 2020 storage. THE BEST STORAGE EVER. The neighborhood is safe and the storage tenants are nice, at least the ones I've ran into. The staff, especially Todd, has been wonderful. He reminds me when my payment is due, and he makes it for me, mainly because I'm lazy and don't have time to go onto the website to do it... When I first rented my unit was to small and he was kind enough to give me a larger one at floor level. I don't have to worry about rodents, thefts or anything else that most people worry about when renting a storage unit. My agreement is only from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but I can call them and let them know I need to access the unit after hours and it's done. 2020 is the best and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR STORAGE NEEDS... read more

Luke was extremely generous and kind regarding two storage units left by a relative who recently passed away. As we did not have the means to keep the storage unit open, he was more than willing to provide us with a significant discount and extra time to sort through and collect her belongings. During what has been an emotionally and financially overwhelming time, Luke went above and beyond to ease part of that burden. I'm really happy with the decision to store my things here. I'm commuting with work for a year and I obviously wanted to make sure I chose a place where my possessions would be safe. The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were accommodated. Reasonably priced and for being downtown it's as convenient as it gets. Solid storage facility. Low rates and their spring sale made it a no-brainer. Clean and secure facility. Rented a 5' x 5'.

My experience at 2020 has been excellent. Granted, the facility is older, the door and walls of my unit are made of plywood (I think), there are no heavy duty, rolling garage type doors on the units, etc. On the other hand, it is brilliantly located in downtown very close to where I live; they have almost any size unit you may need from lockers to XXsq ft; there is an onsite manager who is not only a nice person but on the same floor and available when the facility is open, and last, but not least, REASONABLE FEES. The last time I needed storage in Denver I had to drive several miles and the national company nickeled and dimed me to death! 2020 is a breath of fresh air for anyone seeking a reasonable facility for the overflow of life. read more

I used this storage facility while moving into a loft in the area. We had some issues just trying to coordinate meeting one of their staff members to get us a unit yet we paid little concern. Weeks later when we had a moving truck with the main bulk of our furniture they were nowhere to be found and no answer on their posted phone numbers. This was specifically planned during the posted limited hours which wasn't the most convenient in the first place. I ended up having to rent the box truck for three days and negotiate moving the furniture in before our closing date all while never hearing from 2020 Storage. After getting moved in a number of weeks later I found the doors open to the storage facility with no staff yet numerous homeless hanging out in the actual facility. I immediately cleared our unit of the initial items we moved in there months prior. Later the neighbors of here told me that this isn't even a legit storage company and is government funded to allow homeless to store personal belongings. Now living here in the area and witnessing others sitting in front of the building with moving trucks on phones trying to get let in or to get stuff they have stored there I am blown away that this is legal. I have heard stories that bums or others who have access to the facility basically live there and mist recently due to having a bike stolen from the garage above it was suggested that I check down there and there is a ton of signs posted all over the entrance specifically stating to not sleep there. read more

Renting a storage unit here has been an absolute nightmare. After taking a look at the facility, I provided my personal information and credit card info. They had more units available than not so it seemed like it wouldn't have a lot of traffic like other storage facilities. I called a few days later, but still prior to my move in date, to cancel the rental. The owner said there was nothing he could do about refunding what I had paid and claimed he could've rented it had I not of had it reserved for the few days I did. I found that misleading since there were two dozen identical units that were still not rented. I ended up renting at Lodo Storage and was extremely satisfied. It was less expensive, so much more secure and the staff is great (and honest). read more
