The staff there is wonderful, and really there to help you fit your needs. Their webpage is so easy to navigate making paying online fast and convenient, especially when you're out of state. The units and grounds are emaculate, and facility is located right off the highway so its easily accessible. I wouldnt recommend any place else other than My Place Storage. Prices are unbeatable, service is excellent, and they really went beyond my expectations. There is nothing pleasant about moving, no matter what your situation, but April and staff truly added some sunshine to what was otherwise an extremely stressful and chaotic day. Thank you for that.

This place is a nightmare of a storage facility. After…read morestoring for 5 months here we moved out and the back of the storage unit was INFESTED by mice. Dead mice everywhere, a hole in the ceiling, poop everywhere. We had to throw out our couch, dining room chairs, kids clothes, toys, our clothes, snowboard gear. And so much more. It was disgusting. No one here cares and we have "insurance" which no one will get back to me about. The storage manager Nathen won't return information being requested from the insurance company. I am mind blown they are allowed to have a place running like this. They are taking no steps for rodent control, no empathy to damage of thousands of property damage. I'm so mad at myself for picking this place. Here is an email from Nathen the manager at the unit stating they would reimburse one month rent if I sign an agreement not to make my insurance claim. Seems very shady that they don't want the insurance company to know that they have this issue because they probably won't cover them any longer

It is well secured with a fence and cameras. It does not have a dump station, but that is ok as Cabela's down the road has a free dump station. It has a 24 hour code entry. My only wish is that they would take credit cards. The prices are great though, and they give you a month free for a six month purchase and two months free for a 12 month purchase. We have just started storing our RV here, and I will update my review at a later date. At this point we are quite happy with this RV/Boat storage location.

The manager…read morerefuses to give it to mev we had an agreement for me to go pay and get my stuff out of storage the day before I was to go she calls and tells me why did you come last week and I said cause I'm coming tomorrow and she said it was supposed to be last week and it was not and I have proof of that so I had to get I had to cancel my storage my trucks everything and then when she did let us get in to get some stuff she only let us do for a certain amount of time which I wasn't able to get all my stuff we even paid her cash. I need to speak with the owner because she will not talk to me she will not discuss anything with me anymore. I don't know why and I need to speak to the owner because I need my stuff. This is my life my 65 years of life stuff in there. It's all I have I have my my son who passed away in the military? I have all of his belongings that can never be replaced. I keep asking for the owner because she does not respond to me. hopefully the owner will read this. The awesome guy at Mountain View helped my son and I with the problem by giving us a set of his own old tires that used to be on his RV. He even went so far as to mount them on our rims as for the spares we had, had a different lug pattern (stupid ex). I am forever grateful for this man's hospitality and I will be recommending his facility to anyone who needs a place to store their RV, 5th wheel, boat or anything else.
