The owner of this property doesn't care about the property. And you can tell by the people living in the storage units, the shady dealings behind it, the busted roof that tenets say leaks into the units (cover your stuff and put it up on pallets), bugs that roam from unit to unit, bars on the office windows because trap people keep breaking in, the busted drive it sits on, and the horrendous collection of trash outside. The fact that he put up signs saying you're under surveillance is hilarious. Not a working camera on the building because trap people don't like to be recorded. But they will watch your every move when you're moving in to see what you're storing. Unless you're a shady person looking to store shade, go elsewhere.
