Yet these ignorant owners keep claiming to be in the right in their practice. Had I known the law at the time I would have fought for my rights. So know your rights so they can't completely rip you off like they tried to me. Other than disgusting beJavier, the units are pretty nice. I'm used to packers putting mattresses in a mattress cover and wrapping the other items in a moving blanket and THEN wrapping it in shrink wrap, but it was a short move (17 mins across town) and all of our things arrived safe and sound with no damage, so I won't complain.

One night I stopped by to return my gear to find a woman living in a storage unit. Another evening I saw a man playing his radio and smoking a cigar on a couch!!! Are you kidding me! So I notified the manager through email and they said they would handle the issue. About 4 months after that, I stopped at my locker to find that my DJ equipment was stolen! Looked like they pulled it out from the top, because every locker has an opening at the top. You can literally stand on a box and see everything (through an opening that you can pull item out from) in the locker next door. I can't believe this has happened! They have cameras, but they can prove that stuff was mine. And they require you to use their shitty insurance provider that couldn't help me get my stuff back. Whats the point?!
