He started yelling at me, then someone else (female client) started yelling at me, then the people behind the counter stared yelling at me. She came back up after checking her system and told me the correct unit was on another level and it would be more $$ a month. I told her that wasn't fair because the error was with their business, not me and therefore I shouldn't have been penalized by spending more money. She repeatedly told me I wasn't being penalized even though they would be charging me more $$ per month. She finally agreed to speak with her district manager who thankfully honored the original price. However, the problems didn't stop there. I paid for the initial invoice, and have been charged additional $2.7k as though 5 movers took 9.5 hours to move me, when it was 2 movers. Bard and Hunter were the only 2 movers who actually showed and helped for the entirety of the move. Dave's help lasted for a couple of hours at the LOADING SIDE ONLY. Bard also assured me that he would make sure this exact thing did NOT happen with my invoice. I have reached out numerous times via phone and contact form to Bellhop. It is impossible to reach a human and I have to wait for a human to contact me, which has NOT happened. I'm issuing a stop paying through my bank as I can't get help from anyone at Bellhop, and I'll be sure to spread the word far and wide how awful Bellhop is. This is my 2nd time using you, and I will never ever ever again use your services and be sure to share my horrible experience.
