    Broken screen of my daughter's tv.

    I used Bellhop on 7/31/25 to move my daughter in Denver. Her tv got broken during the move. The lead on our team told me he would submit it and that I could do it online as well. I submitted it that same day on their website/dashboard. since then I have called them 3 times only to get an AI response saying they have prioritized my claim. I sent two emails that no one responded to. then I called their sales office and got a human both times who asaid sales can't help me and they can't transfer me to a human in support but they would submit my claim with the highest priority. It is now August 6th and no one has reached out to me at all. I am frustrated and will never use Bellhop again. If you are looking for movers, please do not use Bellhop. Follow up service is horrible!!!

    Absolute best moving experience we've ever had (and this is our 3rd move in 2 years). Dave and his crew were on time, communicative, worked fast and diligently, and loaded up our POD perfectly after taking care to disassemble and wrap all of our furniture. They even brought donuts which my toddler very much appreciated. Will be using Bellhops to unload our POD in a few months! :)

    At this point, I could write a dissertation about how absolutely horrendous Bellhop is, but since I don't have the space, let me give you some bullet points: -The two trucks assigned to us were 1.5 hours and 3.25 hours late respectively on the front end of the move (because they took other jobs to make more money), and an hour late on the back end of the move. -Only one person in the crew of people assigned to our move on the front end (Austin) had any idea what they were doing. The other people were college kids who all admitted it was their first or second time doing any moving, and it was clear they'd received NO training. They dropped and broke furniture in front of me without apology. They didn't bother to pad or wrap most of our stuff. And they packed the truck with no care or thought whatsoever (example: a heavy guitar amp was placed on my keyboard case despite it saying "Fragile" all over it) -On the back end of our move (Denver), we were supposed to have 6 crew members. Only 2 showed up. After they frantically called as many people as possible, eventually a 3rd person came, and maybe an hour later a 4th person came, but he was so high he might as well have not even been there. -When the trucks were opened at our destination, the crew members were so appalled by how they were packed, they took pictures of all the damage to make sure they wouldn't he held responsible for it. Lest you think they didn't cause any damage of their own, they took the mattress protector off of our mattress and dragged it on the concrete and also dragged a velvet couch on the concrete, causing permanent damage to both. -The main truck driver made incredibly misogynistic "jokes" to me and my partner, including telling me after I took off my jacket to reveal a crop top that, "If I had known you were going to be stripping, I would have brought my ones." -A valuable item was stolen from my partner's backpack, which had been placed aside in the primary bedroom closet. We had to file a police report, and Bellhop had to instigate an internal investigation, which went nowhere. Bellhop also refused to take any responsibility for the crime their contractor committed. The worst offenders were the customer service people at Bellhop who I dealt with after all of this happened. I spent weeks negotiating with them to get damages paid and a refund, and the most they were willing to pay out amounted to about a 60% total refund (including what they'd pay in damages) for the move. But when they sent over the legal agreement, it contained a non-disparagement clause. In case you were wondering how they have such good reviews, it's because people who they pay damages to are legally barred from saying anything negative about the company. I told them I wouldn't sign the agreement with that clause in it, and they refused to take it out. So I filed a claim with my bank under the Fair Credit Billing Act and eventually won a full refund. Unfortunately, that barely begins to cover the cost of the damages they caused to all of our stuff, but at least I can speak freely about my awful experiences with Bellhop. I beg you to stay away from this moving company.

    Update! So, after everything I get an email offering me $25 off my next move with them.... $25?! We paid over $400 to have our personal belongings trashed in our unit, wasted an obscene amount of time making sure things were as fixed as they were willing to fix them. They charged me gratuities for their crew that destroyed our storage unit... and now they not only have the nerve to ask us to use them again, but they insult us by offering us $25 off?! You guys need to seriously reconsider how you're doing business. No manager ever gets involved, no one ever calls, it's just comical emails and responses to bad reviews. $25, I'm still laughing at it. How about you give me the $400 we spent on trash service?

    Erin and Aidan were great! We had an entire house to move from uhaul to storage unit. They worked very hard and stayed longer yo make sure we got it all done. Couldn't have done it without them!

    Blaine and Conner were excellent. Timely, polite, respectful of the house. I had one large piece of furniture to move that required twisting and turning and manipulation in the air. It was too heavy and awkward for me to move by myself, even with a neighbor to help. I had built a skeletal "mock-up" of the piece to determine the precise choreography necessary to get the piece from the detached garage to the basement recreation room, and to convince myself that the intended move was possible. They followed my choreography perfectly and got the large, round chair to it's intended destination without touching the very close walls or door frames once. The Bellhops reservation, communication and payment system is very thorough, easy and clear.

    This is my third time using Bellhops and I can't recommend them enough! The team today was Robert, Hunter, Elias, and Troy and they were a dream to work with They were on time, super efficient, took awesome direction, and wrapped and handled all my stuff with care. We even had fun while doing it! If you're looking for help with a move- don't hesitate to use them! They also are very easy to schedule with and you check out with an app!

They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!

To print a sign for our business where the guy there was rude, condescending, not knowledgable, and in the middle of helping us decided to literally mop the floor. 2.) After being told by someone to use the drop off box, we noticed after 3 days our packages still haven't left the store. So we came in the store to ask and the "manager" was just so unhelpful, rude, not caring, and cared more about telling us were wring and literally holding our packages ransom until we would "Admit we were wrong" But we weren't wrong. Here is what happened: Friday: we came into the store to drop off a man told my business partner to use the drop box and scan the packages in himself because, asking him to do his to was too hard Saturday: We had to go back in to drop off more samples, and did it how we were told to do it by the employee previously. Monday: We noticed nothing had been shipped. We went into the office explain what happened. The "manager" said he would check the video even though I asked first if he would just check the bin where the packages should be. He proceeded to check the video where he pulled footage of our Saturday visit and was so focused on that and yelling at us to admit we were wrong by the timeline we gave that he didn't even think to ask if we had been there both days. Do not come here. The manager also threw out packages and told us to "Take our Shi*" He should be ashamed of himself. This is not good business.

On the day of the move, they were extremely friendly Unfortunately, that wasn't enough. First, they broke my TV. I understand that things get broken during moving, so I I wasn't too worried. They said they could give me money for it, or they could mount my other tv. I agreed to this. Later on in the day, one of the two movers had to leave early. We were not told that would be happening prior. He ended up comping the hour that he was not there which was very much appreciated. Overall, the move itself was fine. It was everything that happened after that was a problem. They initially left some tools here. They were very quick to try to schedule a time to get them back, which I completely understand. That week, I realized that they never unpacked my vintage IKEA mirrors, which were very hard to find. I reached out to them, and it took them quite sometime to even respond that "they probably left them in the truck." The owner went to the back, and saw that they were broken. Again, I understand things break. All I ask is that you refund or come up with another solution. I moved on July 26th. It is now October 13th. They have not come to mount my new TV, even though I have reached out 1 million times. It is actually insane how many times I've reached out to them for them not to answer. I've called, left messages, texted, and emailed. They have not replaced my squiggle mirrors even though I've sent them direct links. I've been searching for them for months because they're hard to find. I've ended up finding multiple, and they literally just don't answer me. It's OK to make mistakes, but it's not OK to not right your wrongs. I have been more than understanding, kind, and communicative with these people. It's clear that they do not care about their customers, and they only care about getting paid. Once the move was over, they literally stopped communicating despite owing me. I have tirelessly reached out to them to be left on read and I am so done with this company.

He tried to act like this was the first he'd heard of the issue, and that he hadn't known I was upset by things. This is utterly ridiculous, because I spoke WITH HIM, after it happened. But anyhow, he claimed that he understood why I agreed to less than the furniture was worth and that he'd like to do right y me and reimburse me further for the loveseat that their team completely ruined, so much so that it was thrown out. Devon claimed he was going to refund me that day, and would I "mind taking down my original review?" I never received any further refund, in spite of the direct note that I'd be refunded that day. And lo and behold, I have not heard from him again and have not received any refund, as promised. So......they've gone down a star for being so honest and trying to buy my review, as opposed to doing the right thing and hoping I will amend my original review, which I would have done, had he followed through on the appropriate refund. Shame.

    While moving from Centennial to Co Springs we had rented a U-Haul and thought, psh.. we got this!…read more(just the 2 of us...). Then we came to our senses and realized it was going to take us forever and we are definitely not spring chickens! So we started calling around for quotes on moving our 2 bedroom condo to a home in the springs. We spoke to Sherry who provided all the hourly costs for 2 guys and for 3 guys on a Saturday with a $30 charge for gas since it was an out of town move. Not too bad. We weren't sure exactly how long it might take but we anticipated the move would be about $1500. On moving day the truck (giant truck) pulled up and 3 happy guys greeted me. Mike, Justin, and Pena. They took a look around and got right to work. They had us out of the old house in about 2 hours and handled everything with extreme care! As they were finishing securing everything in the truck we left ahead of them to head to the new house. Thinking they would take much longer than us we started unloading our cars and they pulled up behind us immediately! Moving in was much simpler since we just wanted all the boxes in the garage and all of the furniture in the living room. They cleaned up their truck, settled the final bill, and went on their way. Ended up being about $1400 and worth every penny to be all moved in with out the aches and pains and days it would have taken us!
