I had explained before only 1 item (plus total weight included) is needed to move between shipping dock to my address And it will take approximately 30 min to drive and total time would be no more than 1 hr. On time and within budgeted estimate, with a friendly, efficient crew. We packed all the boxes ourselves and Pryme took care of wrapping the furniture for our local move (~20min from house to house). They were careful and we experienced only a couple little hiccups, which I think can be expected when you're moving your whole house. There were a few items they didn't move, that was a bit of a surprise, but overall everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Pryme Moving! We had an unusual move- my wife's 500lb Laser system that needed to be moved from our garage to a room in our basement. Way too big for us to do it ourselves. We called a number of equipment and piano movers but nobody would touch it. We found Pryme online and they were game for the job. When the laser was delivered it came with a surprise workstand for it that also weighed about 500lbs. Pryme was willing to adjust the job and did a terrific job moving both items into our basement. This company, the owner, and the team are fantastic! This is the second time we have used them. The first time was in February for a huge move across town and they were fantastic and went absolutely above and beyond. The second time was today for a kitchen island that we bought from across town that was way too heavy to move in our own. We used Pryme moving about three weeks ago for a move within Denver. There are a few reason for the 3 star review. 1. Initial outreach and communications were very good. The staff we spoke with were very helpful and kind. They reassured us their goal was to make this as stress-free as possible for us, and the price they quoted seemed very reasonable. 125/hour for two movers. 125 for truck. No other hidden fees and unlimited miles and stops. It seemed too good to be true! 2. After initial quote, we decided we also wanted to hire them to pack as well. Two guys, Dakota, and one other guys who's name I can't remember showed up on time to pack. However, they showed up without masks during the middle of a pandemic. We were not pleased with this, so we contacted the owner, Craig, and he remedied the situation. After nearly a full day of packing, they told us they would return in the am and finish packing the remaining items (art and miscellaneous items). 3. Moving day morning- the two movers, John and Brian, were surprised everything wasn't packed and had no packing supplies. This is the reason for taking away two stars. There was no communication between packing team and moving team. We called Craig, and he really missed an opportunity to remedy a bad situation. We were told we would basically have to move any unpacked items ourselves. This was not really cool, and completely defeats the purpose of a "stress-free" move. 4. The packing team were pretty good. They were quick and careful. However, we were told we had to move plants ourselves and some other small items. This was annoying, but not a huge deal. They were also not made aware from planning staff that we needed to get a few items out of storage. The way in which items were packed was not very well down. The tape used was cheap, items were packed poorly and boxes labeled were barely legible. 5. A very valuable item was left in the moving truck, and we almost had a heart attack. Thankfully the item was found and dropped off to us. 6. As usual for moving, it took longer than expected and resulted in a higher price. Overall, we've had some really tough moving experiences having moved from the US to Europe. This was less of a headaches than an international move. I think Pryme is a newer company, and hope they can take some constructive feedback on improving services. All the staff we worked with were very kind and generally good at what they did. However communication and packing could be improved. read more

Moving really stresses me out especially because when I first moved in to my small second floor apartment there was some difficulties when I moved in. They made it so easy and stress-free. They made it no issue when they had to take my door off to fit my couch through and get it down narrow stairs! They were quick and placed everything where I needed it. They even made a stop at Arc thrift store to drop off things. The two workers were nice and efficient, even the person I talked to through the phone was quickly responsive and kind. I would totally use this company again! Other companies offered a way higher price in the quote and Pryme was cheaper and stayed true to the quote! Lemme say this first - Craig and Don are the absolute best. Moving is the absolute worst for everyone involved - and the folks at Pryme took care of us beyond measure. We found Pryme after countless searching for long-distance movers (Littleton to Chicago), and were almost skeptical at how low we were priced comparatively to other moving companies. Craig assuaged all our fears - answering countless questions, phone calls, and showing immense patience through multiple COI changes - and the team followed through on every account. We truly believed Pryme cared about our moving struggle, and did everything they could to help. We met Don and Dee at pickup on 2/28 and had our 1-br apartment (~45 boxes) loaded and gone in well under 2 hours for a swift arrival in Chicago on 03/02 - which Don personally drove and apparently cared for like it was his own child. Pryme organized local movers in Chicago for unloading and the team was right on time with a record unloading speed of 45m, and our boxes/furniture were in perfect shape. Craig kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, and the pricing was always completely transparent. I can't recommend these guys enough - they're the nicest group of people, they do an impeccable job, and they took so much burden off of us navigating this massive & stressful move. I thought I had found a great moving company. They cut me a great deal last month when we head to move out of our rental at the last minute. We were rushed and had to load everything into PODS. There were a couple of minor issues but nothing major. Promised them that when it came time to move into a new property we would reach out to them. As promised it was time to move and we reached out. This move included loading stuff from my dad's apartment into the truck and coming to the new house to unload the truck and 2 PODS then assemble the furniture. On day one even, after being given detailed instructions on placement of boxes and other items, numerous things were not where they belonged, only one PODS had been unloaded, we were left with nowhere to sit and we had to finish assembling the bed so we'd have a place to sleep. So, they said they would come back the next day between 11:30 and 1 and fix what needed to be fixed, unload the second PODS and assemble the furniture. In the interim we purchased a new sofa and asked if they'd pick it up on the way to the house to finish. They agreed. Finally at 3:30 we were told they were on the way to pick up the sofa and would be over. They finally arrived at 5p and required us to make payment before they would finish. Well, they had possession of our new couch...so we did. I had a prior commitment and had to leave at 6:15 for a couple hours. When I left it seemed that all was ok and on track. When I got home the movers were gone. Had told my wife they were going to get something to eat and would be back. They never returned and aren't taking my calls. They left us with some stuff still out of place and most of our furniture not assembled. To top it off most of the screws, etc...to reassemble the furniture is nowhere to be found when it was suggested that it be taped to the respective pieces of furniture. So we are left twisting in the wind. I have never had such an epic swing in how I feel about a company. There is no way in the world I could in good conscience recommend them to handle your move. read more

also known as Parker Movers. Hello, not even sure where to begin: owner Craig does not follow through. Does not return calls or follows through with promise. He employee Nick and crew of Dabod and Shawn ran out early and didn't complete move of my elderly mother. Also $175 in charges cash was embezzled by Nick for a tip. He informed all of us only one credit card can be used. It was a two day move. So, he stated there was an additional $175 charge and informed us it had to be cash. He scammed the cash and tipped himself and guys. We did file.a police report. Then a couple days later my Mom was called by her credit card company for strange charges. Nick is the only person to have this card num er. Again, back to police and credit card company and police are researching the fraud, spoke to Craig the owner about entire situation. He promised to call my Mom with in 45 minutes and pay her the $175 back. That was last Thursday. Once again he is not following through or returning calls. Tgen I called first thing this morning g and got McKayla on the phone. I asked for Craig and she said he was in a meeting, I told what was going again. She said she heard I was rude to a manager last week and doesn't want to talk to me or help my mom, not sure if McKayla is an employee of Craig's. or his daughter who answers phones as well, See pics below: furniture and items left outside her new retirement home. How is an 80 year old women suppose to move this stuff. Picture damaged. Furniture dumped I house I. Wrong rooms, dresser in hallway.. she fell yesterday trying to move it. Items are missing and house is full of furniture that were instructed to put in her dtarsge unit which I purchased for her and us 85% empty. My advice is to stay far away from this place. They were able to get a team to our house on very short notice, and when one moving truck didn't arrive on schedule they were flexible with our schedule to make sure we were helped. Do not use these guys! They caused hundreds of dollars of damage and are not willing to pay for damages. The movers dragged the furniture instead of picking things up properly. I did my part by verbally reporting the damage and emailing details within the 72 hour window. When I called to confirm they received everything they said they got the email, not to woody, and the owner would call me in a couple days. A week went by and nothing. So I called and Don said he'd look into it. Another week went by and nothing. So I called again. Not available and no call back. A week later I called again and Don said someone would call to fix the furniture. A week later, nothing. So, called again. Finally 5 weeks later I get the call from a 3rd party and when I showed him all the damage, he stated it was more than Pryme led him to believe. 1st: Pryme did not send this guy all the photos I sent them. So, the quote was not accurate. 2nd: I did not send Pryme EVERY single photo as it would be too much. I even stated in my email they are just examples and if they need more information to let me know. 3rd: they never said they need EVERY single photo of every tiny scratch. How do even send a hundred photos in an email? Ridiculous. Luckily, the 3rd party was very nice and did most of the work but still not all. Ok, so some of the wood furniture is fixed now. So talked to Don (remember, it's already been more than 5 weeks at this point) and he said the claim is now closed. But when I asked to talk to the insurance people he REFUSED. I don't think they ever submitted a claim to insurance. But later in the conversation he said they're still working on it. Every time I talk to this guy his story changes or needs some other piece of information. He said someone would be out to fix damage to my house and then that's not happening. The movers shattered a lamp that wasn't being moved and the mover said they'd cover it. But Don said they'll only give $9 (60 cents per pound). That was damage to my property, not the move so it should have been fully covered as explained. Now the latest is they're not covering the damage to my treadmill & massage table because the pictures were not sent until a month ago (when he asked for pictures of all damage). Don stated since it wasn't reported within 72 hours it's not being covered. I "reported" everything within 72 hours but now he's saying since they didn't have the pictures within 72 hours it's not being covered. Well, if that was the case, then why didn't he say something the first week instead of letting this drag on for over 2 months. This has been a nightmare!!!! That doesn't even include him constantly cutting me off (I had to yell to say let me finish my sentence), not responding to emails and phone calls, not explaining the claims process, saying one thing one day and then something else another. They were nice to get my business then went downhill when they had to cancel on a snow day & reschedule. If there's any damage, forget it....you're screwed. read more

So I am a review freak when it comes to buying it doing anything and these guys had pretty great reviews! I have to say I'm a single mother with no help and the business owner was willing to accommodate my needs in any way to get the job done. These guys deserve ten stars! They wore masks, were very respectful and definitely gave the customer a listening ear for my concern rather than most company's who just have a flat price and strict one way with how they run things. We moved and overall everyone was nice but the movers really did a poor job. They broke several of our mirrors moving, lost some of the pegs to the peloton and then took5 guys sitting around while one worked to breakdown an bed frame which really just felt like they were manipulating the situation because they charged by the owner. I used these guys to move today and they were amazing! I am a perfectionist who asked them to protect everything on the interior of the house and they were extremely careful with our furniture. We had 4 bedrooms (beds and dressers) and couches on the main floor and basement. They put all furniture back together properly and did a great job. Craig, the owner, was very helpful with all of my questions, especially around covid concerns. He also has the best pricing in town, I called and emailed with at least 10 other companies before hiring these guys! The guys wore their masks all day and did not complain once. I enjoyed the polite guys on both ends of my move. BUT. I have very few pieces of furniture that were not damaged. Everybody believes they have nice things, and I do too. I treasure my Woodley's bedroom set. They taped a moving blanket around the mirror and unfortunately the tape peeled the finish right off of my mirror. I have dents in my oak dining room table and the footboard of my bed. I have a chunk out of the side of our grandfather clock. I have a dent in the top of an Antique dining room table. As they were unloading boxes off of the truck, some of them they threw. And unfortunately one of our antique hurricane lamps that was packed incredibly well was crushed. It's irreplaceable. I am disappointed that the former "gentle hands" moving company were certainly not gentle hands. And if you use this company they may want to offload things that don't belong to you like they did for me. And because we use them as storage several things were left in their storage and they finally delivered them six weeks later. They are nice guys to work with. I have gotten over the shock of all the dents in my furniture. I would say be careful and make sure that the company you hire values your possessions as much as you do you do. I believed in the 4.5 stars. But I waited to write this review until I got all of my possessions from this company and I wonder if some of the pieces I'm still missing we're offloaded at somebody else's house? read more

JUST SAD AND UNACCEPTABLE. Our job was simple, move stuff from one side of the store to the other side... Two workers were sent to my office to move furniture and displays. Workers were Eddie and Doug. This is a complaint solely about Doug. Eddie was fantastic. Doug was in an awful mood since he arrived and became aggressive, he screamed at my coworker that he was a "f*cker" and a "f*cking dumb *ss". At 4pm he stormed into the accounts payable office and said he wants "his f*cking money". When accounts payable walked out to get the check signed, he went on to tell the receptionist "this is the most disorganized place i have ever been in" "who has furniture with nails and screws?" and began to stomp his foot like a toddler. Doug, I hope you realize you do work in a furniture moving company. Then Doug goes on to say he smashed his toe, and got a small cut, to which he says he was very injured.. Just sad, this man comes in here cusses one of our employees out, and acts like he doesn't work for a moving company? We had to ask Doug to please leave the building 5 times because he was aggressive with our accounts payable. He did not listen till the 5th time. We do have audio/video recording of everything said. Eddie returned and apologized for his partner, he doesn't know whats going on with Doug. Eddie thank you for your hard work and for knowing what your job requires you to do, and yes that means moving furniture with nails and screws around. read more
