First moving review! I had the pleasure of having Phillip and his acquaintances move and packing expertise to move a large two bedroom apartment from RiNo to LoDo. I would highly recommend them and would go far as to say they are the best movers I've ever worked with. What sets them apart? (1) detailed orientated (2) efficient (3) reasonably priced. The move was faster and cheaper than I expected but at the same time not sacrificing one bit of quality! read more

I have used Around the Clock Movers four times over the past 5 years. Previous to the last move, I would have given them 5 stars. And I had recommended them to others without hesitation. Now, I cannot recommend them. We hired Around the Clock Movers to move us from CO to NM. During the time the helpers were disassembling and wrapping the furniture, our two off-white recliner chairs were badly soiled because one of the movers handled the chairs with dirty hands, and the other helper slid the chairs around on the dirty floor (he didn't put a blanket underneath the chairs) while he was wrapping them up for transport. I spoke to Phillip (one of the owners) about this that day so he was aware of what happened. Day, the other owner, oversaw our move, knew about the problem, saw the chairs once they were reassembled, and acknowledged the damage done to the chairs. He offered to pay to clean the chairs. I have left messages at the main number and called Day's mobile several times over the past few months, and I sent an email with all the details about what I have done to try to restore the chairs to their previous condition. The chairs are still soiled to the point of needing to be covered. I keep asking for someone to call me to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately, no one has ever responded. I'm posting this information so others can know what to expect should their furniture be damaged during a move. read more

Right on time and extremely efficient. The is my third move with them. They are not a big company where they are just hired to move your things. They are thoughtful, personable and careful with you items. They are my go to mover. read more

Around the Clock Movers were amazing from start to finish! They were extremely professional, very communicative (explained the steps and expectations along the way), so polite and courteous! I'm in property management & real estate so I use movers a lot. I have used this company for 8 years now. I refer them to EVERYONE. Recently in the span of 3 days they were able to coordinate 3 moves between different homes I'm dealing with. These were not easy moves either, pianos, huge video games & TONS of heavy furniture. These guys are ROCKSTARS & worked their tails off! I will continue to always use them & refer EVERYONE to them! Thx Day, Isiah, Tristen, Walter & Philip! read more

This was my second time using this company for a complicated in-City move, and this team had all of my bases covered! I can't say enough about a team that showed such care for my personal items, and is willing to go the extra mile. Special "Thank You" to Izaiah K, Isiah R, Tayvon and Richard! for taking such great care of me - and making me laugh because moving can be such a stressful time! This company really helped take some of that stress away, and I am grateful. I've already booked my next project with Around the Clock Movers! Thank you! read more

Around the Clock Movers - What an excellent team from Around the Clock Movers! - Movers Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

This review is for a long distance move from Aurora, CO to San Jose, California -- wish we could give Dave and his crew 10 stars. Some of the best highlights about this moving experience: Accurate and quoted price that was based on an in-person assessment. There was no second guessing or any surprise fees at the time of the move in. Everything was on time, the movers came Monday and it was in San Jose as promised on Wednesday morning (this was also with a snowstorm!) Everyone was extremely courteous and easy to get along with At the end of the move, they helped rearrange all the furniture We're sad to leave Colorado, but glad that we had Around the Clock Movers to help with our sendoff. Couldn't recommend them enough. This review is for a long distance move from Aurora, CO to San Jose, California. read more

I had hired another mover to help me move several large items from a storage unit to a house. They contacted me when they were supposed to show up at the storage unit, after I had already rented a U-haul, saying someone had called in sick and it would take them at least three hours to get there. They then texted me that they would be even longer and suggested I find someone else. After being told by a number of movers there was no way they could help on such short notice, I called Around the Clock Movers and they came to my rescue. They provided me with three movers for the price of two. The crew was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this company. read more

Around the Clock Movers is the best moving company I have worked with in my many moves in terms of service, quality, and value. You helped me move from Denver to Long Beach and then back again. The most dishonest group of people for moving in Dallas. I was given a quote for a one bedroom move from Dallas to Frisco. Buyer beware. They quote you one pride but the day of the move I was presented with a bill that was twice the quoted price!!! I would not use their service because they have no sense of honor. The person quoting named Billy Cole refused to provide me with an itemized bill. When I brought up the quote it is like it did not exist. I like most Americans are on a tight budget and expect a company to follow through with their bid. No no no...this is their tactic to lie to get you to book the move. They have all 5 star reviews on the website then when you start digging you find out this is their MO. Stay away from these unsavory company read more

A friend of mine recommended Around the Clock Movers, and I couldn't have been happier with their service! We had a new infant, so I hired them for the full service pack and move. They were incredibly professional and excellent communicators, I knew what was happening each step throughout the process. Each of their movers were incredibly friendly and personable, and very very good at their job. Everything was wrapped with care to avoid damage and was packed carefully and methodically into the truck. It was also in the 90's the day we moved and they worked tirelessly without a single complaint. We were worried about getting some of our furniture into our new home as we had some tight squeezes, but they were amazing and were able to get everything where it needed to go. We did have a few minor damages to a couple of small items, but nothing unexpected for a move this size. They were fantastic though and offered to compensate us for any of the damages, no matter how small. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Around the Clock Movers...seriously the best moving experience I've ever had. read more

Philip and his team did an incredible job on my cross country move from Colorado to NY. His team in Colorado packed up my 2bdrm apt efficiently in less than 3 hours including packing up all my plants and fragile kitchen items. They loaded up on a Thursday afternoon and unloaded on a Monday without any damage at all to my things! And all under his initial cost estimate. Throughout the entire process Philip was incredibly responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his company! read more

We used this business for a local move on Saturday February 25th. I cannot recommend them enough. They were on time, and texted us when they were on their way. Friendly, professional and efficient. They were careful too! Our move wasn't huge, but I feel like they didn't just consider us a "small job". I'd use them again and already recommended them to my sister who has a much bigger move this summer! read more

Hired Around the Clock Movers for a move from Denver down to the Springs. They did a great job. They showed up right on time and had all the packing material and equipment needed for the move. I had already packed everything so they just had to load all the furniture and boxes. They were very time efficient and wasted no time. Once everything was loaded they drove straight there and unloaded it all. Everything was in perfect condition at the other end and they made sure to put the boxes in the correct room. Overall had a great experience and would definitely hire them again for my next move. read more

Great service, responsive and polite. Showed up when they said, price was exactly what I expected.

These guys were amazing! I needed to have an antique dental cabinet moved. They quoted me a fair price and got it scheduled quickly. They were also the first company to respond to my request for a quote! I got it scheduled really quickly. They showed up exactly on time, wrapped the cabinet up securely and delivered it with no problems at all. I'm so glad we didn't try moving this thing on our own. It was my Dad's pride and joy, and I would have been devastated had something happened to it. These guys were amazing! Highly recommend! read more

Fantastic job from these guys. Our stuff was treated with care, and they were super-efficient. The price was much cheaper than some of the others were had quotes from as well, so all in all this was a great experience. We moved from our apartment in Westminster to our new home in East Denver. Took down and set up our beds. I would use them again! read more

"Your house was completely filthy and we take no responsibility for anything concerning your TV over a week after we completed the clean. You guys are ridiculous trying to blame us for stuff we had nothing to do with. The $10 book-shelf I came and tightened up for you wasn't even our fault. It was already damaged and in horrible condition like everything else in your home. We did not wipe the TV or damage it in anyway and at this point we take no responsibility for anything in your home. Our business is concluded. Please stop contacting me." This was the response I received from the manager after I had confronted him and their business on the following issues: - Destroying my child's $40 bookshelf and not telling us, putting it right back in his room propped up against the wall. - Throwing out several items that we never told them to throw out, such as my wife's makeup box and the plastic clip to our wooden blinds' veneer - Peeling the protective screen cover off our $1500 TV and using a normal rag to wipe the screen down, leaving hundreds of small scratches and swirl marks directly on the screen, without ever asking us if it was okay to do so in the first place. - Letting our cat run out the house 5 times by leaving the front door wide open, even though we told them multiple times to close the door. Not once did they apologize. How on earth could a business reply to a client with such a boorish response such as the one they gave me here? After I discovered what they had done to our TV and notified the manager on how dissatisfied I was with their service, responding in the same tone I am using to write this review, the quoted block of text above is what I got back. They advertised their business as one that not only performs moving services, but cleaning services as well. We are a family of 2 full time working adults and a 3 year old child. If our house wasn't dirty or unorganized, we wouldn't have called for a cleaning service. That's like asking for a doctor who only sees healthy patients. And to say our house was "filthy" and our belongings were "damaged and in horrible condition"? Excuse me?!!! I don't care how you felt about our home, to state such an insulting remark after I had paid you for your services is appalling! At first I thought the negative reviews were simply irrational, but now I see that I should have been wary of them. Unprofessional and terrible in every sense of the word. Avoid at all costs. * UPDATE * I originally had a response to the owners lies, accusations, and insults, but at this point, I think the review and response get my point across. read more

I did a short local move in Denver in September 2021. I had an estimate over the phone and Phillip came the day before my move to "prep" for Dre and his team to do the move the next day. They were friendly, competent and got the job done without incident. Not very efficient or fast but I expected that since I was paying by the hour. I was charged $800 more than my original estimate. Not a problem since it is called an "estimate". The problem was I was overcharged in hours by 1.5 hours and when I called and talked to the Owner Phillip he said he agreed and would refund me for an hour. I never received a refund. I have waited 2 months before I wrote this review and repeatedly asked via call and email for the promised 1 hour refund $. Never received. My warning: read the final paperwork, especially the time and record when they arrive, go to lunch and leave. I trusted and didn't look at the numbers at the end of a long move day. read more

I used this company for my move back in February and thought they did a great job. I was moving from downtown Denver, needed to make a stop at a storage unit to load up more of my stuff, and then moving into a new home in Aurora. The guys that helped me during my move did an amazing job! They were friendly, were a lot faster than I was expecting (even considering that they were wrapping up my furniture to help protect it and walls), and didn't leave a scratch on my furniture or walls. They also were more affordable than other moving companies that gave me a quote. I typically haven't bothered remembering who I've used as movers in the past because I haven't always been satisfied, but I'll remember Around the Clock Movers for my next move! read more

This is the third time in several years that we've used Around the Clock movers and the service has always been exceptional. They sent three guys who were ready to work and they really got our stuff moved into the storage facility in record time. Everyone showed up in shirts that said "We got this" and they really did. My ONLY complaint is that they tried to give us a fee for using a debit card when they requested a deposit via credit or debit to begin with. There was no warning and honestly, who carries a checkbook nowadays? A little warning before the movers arrived would have been appreciated. We were lucky we had a couple checks left but even still, I'd hire them again. read more

I cannot sing the praises of the Around the Clock Movers team loudly enough! They made my move SO quick and complication-free. Definitely recommend this team and would give them more than 5 stars if I could! read more

Along with the several unfortunate moving issues (Damaged/broken furniture not reported to me and feces left in a toilet for days when one of the workers broke the toilet lever and did not tell me about), I am extremely disappointed with Around the Clock Movers (ATCM) owners who have failed and stopped communicating with me in order to resolve the most recent issues I had with their company. Throughout the last several months, I have made several attempts to work with the owner's, but they now have put me on their ignore list. My major issues with the company are the following: 1) Charged me for an extra mover that was not needed 2) They charged me for their worker's lunch time. In regards to me not paying for their workers lunch time, the owner of the company has made numerous unwarranted insults against me regarding this issue, but I will not go into what he said at this time. Pertaining to my two moves performed by ATCM and to be forthright, overall they have a couple of mover's who work really hard, and I am thankful for their work. On the flip side, they did have/had a couple of mover's who were not motivated and stood around a lot in which I paid for that time. That being said, my main concern and problem is with the owners of the company. Originally when I brought up my concerns, I was completely ignored by one of the owners. Because my concerns were not addressed and ignored, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Denver to try to resolve this issue. Currently, ATCM is not accredited with the BBB which makes resolving any issues difficult, because ATCM does not have to follow the BBB guidelines regarding resolution options. When I filed my original complaint, one of the owners did respond finally. After numerous insults to my character in his response, he did offer partial compensation and did agree that I should not have been charged for the sixth worker, but he did not agree to compensate me for charges I incurred when I was charged for their lunch break. Because I did not get compensated for paying for his worker's lunch time, I rejected his original offer. After I rejected his original offer and countered his initial response, ATCM's owners no longer responded to the Better Business Bureau Complaint and no longer wanted to resolve this issue. In order to try to resolve this issue and to be fair, I asked ATCM if they would like to arbitrate the matter, and they ignored that request as well. As far as the BBB goes, the BBB closed my complaint as unresolved and dropped ATCM letter grade from A+ to A-, since they failed to respond and cooperate. If you would like to get the specific details of my complaint with ATCM, I highly recommend you go to the BBB website and search for ATCM, so you can see all the correspondence and how the owner originally responded as well as a glimpse at what his character is like. You can then make your own decision to see who was right and wrong in this matter but more importantly you can see if this is a company that you would want to hire based on some of my issues I had with them. At the minimum, you can at least address these issues and ask them how they are going to prevent these types of problems happening on your move. My personal recommendation to prevent matters like this from happening is to consider BBB accredited moving companies, because you at least have some recourse against the company if there is a problem. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way by not acquiring a BBB accredited company. Live and learn I guess. Moving on and after they ignored my BBB complaint and arbitration request, I sent them another email to their business email address in which they did not respond. Currently and since the BBB closed the case, my only other option is to go to Small Claims court to try to get reimbursed in which I will do unless they can resolve our differences. The sad reality of the situation is the owner did offer to reimburse me for the sixth unneeded person but unfortunately he did not honor his word and reimburse me for that amount at least. He is also unwilling to reimburse me for being charged for his workers lunch time even when he said his worker's should not get paid for lunch time. I am still hopeful the owners will do the right thing and reimburse for what is owed to me but if they do not, we might as well set up a date for Small Claims Court. To sum up my experience with ATCM, I would say overall the workers are fairly good, but if you run into any problems and have issues where the owner's need to get involved, that is where the difficulties may begin. Lastly and based on past insults one of the owner's made against me already and insults to other publishers of negative reviews against their company, I would not be surprised to be attacked on my review as well. If he does, that will be an indicator of his character for you to determine if this is someone you would want to work with in the future. read more

One rarely moves from one home to another for the simple joy of doing something. If I were ever inclined to do so, I would call Around the Clock Movers. We had a relatively small move of furniture from storage to a home that we had rented out while we were abroad for eight years on mission. We ran across this company while searching the web. Their ad was appealing so we decided to give them a call. From the moment that they answered on the third ring to the end of the move we were left convinced that they had decided to overwhelm us with their excellent service. They arrived on time, loaded their truck, drove to our home, unloaded our furniture in about ten minutes less than their estimate. We were super satisfied with their price, the move, their communication, and with the men who gingerly moved our belongings. I would not hesitate to use them again. I will end here lest you suspect that I have married into the family. Honestly, Around the Clock is excellent. read more

Professional. Fast. And friendly. I will continue to rely on Around The Clock Movers for my moving needs. I 100% recommend their services.

My husband and I moved from Colorado to Massachusetts. We booked them after reading all the good reviews online, even though they charge more than other big long distance companies. We were extremely happy with their service. Their timeline was great. They picked up our stuff on a Wednesday and delivered them on Sunday, so 4 days. The big companies we got price quotes from were about $1000 or more cheaper but they had a huge range of delivery dates.. somewhere between a week to two weeks. We figured if they really stretched out the move to 2 weeks our hotel fees would add up to make up the difference. There were a couple of times where we felt the communication could be better.. but once they (Phil and co) came to move us, they were professional and took excellent care of our stuff. They then delivered on time on the date that they quoted. We would recommend Around the Clock to everyone. read more
