I have used Around the Clock Movers 3 times now and each time they are better than the last. I have not once been disappointed! They are incredible from start to finish, very efficient and very reasonably priced! They are professional, personable, and careful. I cannot recommend them enough! I can't say enough great things about my 2 experiences with Around The Clock Movers. They moved me in 2015 and again in 2018. Both experiences were excellent. Prior to the move, I had meetings with Philip to determine what my expectations were and get a quote. I have a 3 bedroom home with high-end furniture and houseware, and they took extra care to ensure it was padded, packed, and delivered properly and unscathed. This is a great little moving company. Very professional. This is the second time we have used them. These guys work HARD! They're courteous and efficient. We used them for packing and moving this time. You should see how they pack a truck! They've all got to be geniuses at Tetris, because they're isn't a wasted square inch! We had the pleasure of working with James, Chris, Isaiah, Phillip, and David. Not completely unpacked yet, but so far nothing is broken and I don't anticipate that anything will be. While I liked the guys that came to help me move, after the move was completed I realized a bunch of ways that they didn't do a very good job. They broke a lamp, then taped up the leg so I wouldn't notice and didn't mention anything. They also got my headboard and part of my bed dirty and stained. Overall they did an alright job but it went way over the scheduled time by a couple of hours and the fact that they broke a lamp and tried to cover it up is shady. Around the Clock offered me 60 cents per lb for how much the lamp weighed. Keep in mind, this move was extremely simple and straightforward, it was under 2 miles and a 1 BR apartment. Luckily most of my stuff is relatively cheap but I definitely would never trust Around the Clock with anything expensive or of any significant value, especially knowing they won't actually attempt to make anything right. read more

I've used Around the Clock (ATC) multiple times, a few times to move boxes and furniture from storage to my home or from home into storage. Last time around was an office job moving mostly large office furniture and heavy boxes from one building to an adjacent building in an office park. Overall, a pretty solid experience. All three times we used ATC it was easy to schedule and they showed up on time and with the correct number of movers. Pricing is straight forward (hourly with a 2 hour minimum) and all additional fees clearly stated up front during scheduling. This would have been a 5-star review but this last time around there was one person in the three man crew who just didn't appear to be as well trained as all the other movers we have had using ATC. Ironically, this guy ended up moving the heaviest items and I had to ask that he not stack heavy boxes of books above chest height (no way I could have safely moved them by myself if they were above my shoulders), some heavy boxes were placed upside down, a conference table that was disassembled for the move was reassembled but left shaky, heavy boxes kind of thrown down roughly at times. These guys work really hard but if something is to heavy to carry by yourself, or if someone is just tired then I expect that he ask a fellow crew member for help instead of dropping things or placing heavy things upside down. I made the mistake of not remembering the crew names so I could specifically request to not have this person again on a job. read more

I've used Around the Clock twice now for my moves, the first time in 2015 and again this past weekend. I was incredibly happy with the results each time and can't say enough nice things about them! The process to set up was so easy and ATC responded with a quote very promptly. The moving crew was professional, friendly, and so swift! I couldn't believe how quickly they moved us out of one house and into another, even with traffic and a 40 minute commute! They also shrink wrapped our furniture and used blankets to protect large pieces to ensure everything was delivered without a scratch. We also opted to use their additional cleaning service for the house we moved out of, which was a major blessing after moving into a new place. For booking both, we received a 10% discount on the cleaning service, which was already inexpensive. The house was cleaned very well and certainly looked better than if we had done it on our own (definitely worth it!) The cherry on top of the whole process was the great price. After receiving quotes from various moving companies around the city, we chose ATC based on our previous experience and much better pricing. The total for both the move and the cleaning service was significantly cheaper than other popular moving companies in the city. I had a corner desk moved that they took apart at the original location. During the move one leg broke off. They offered to fix the broken leg or give me a discount. I elected to have them fix it. However, trying to get them to fix the desk was fruitless. The guy who said he would come over to fix the desk ghosted me, ignoring my texts and phone calls. I talked to the owner shortly after his worker failed to come and fix the desk as stated, and he said he was aware of the situation, but that he would have to call me back after checking his schedule that day to see when they could come pick up the desk. He never did call me back that day. I called the next day to see if I could just get the discount to be done with it all. No answer, and I couldn't leave a voicemail because the box was full. He did call me back though about fifteen minutes later and he said he'd have to write me a check and that he'd try to drop it by my house that day or mail the check. He did not drop by. I waited two weeks for the check to show in my mailbox, which of course, it did not. I didn't bother trying to follow up after that because it was pretty clear even the owner was going to blow me off and I was just going to waste my time only to still get nothing. You can't trust this guy at all, he lies through his teeth just to get you off his back. This was my third time using this company and elected to go with them because the previous two times were overall good moves, but clearly that was a mistake, and I won't be using this crew going forward. As long as the crew doesn't damage anything, things go pretty smooth, but things seem to change as soon as they screw up as they fail to take responsibility. All I can say to others seeing this is buyer beware. Pay attention to these bad reviews, because you're putting yourself at risk using this crew. I'll happily pay more for my move next time to ensure that I get a professional, reliable team performing the service. read more

They also respected our homes, laying runners to keep the floors clean (Snowed the day of our move). We had a small move from a self-storage unit to our new house. First, the scheduling with Philip was quick, efficient, and polite. There was a cancelation so I was able to schedule the move for the next day. Second, three movers showed up on time at our storage location and carefully loaded our boxes, furniture, and antique grandfather clock. They unloaded carefully (no nicks or scratches or drops) and cheerfully. They willingly moved boxes and furniture around our house from a previous move the week before. Regarding our much larger move the previous week: we should have used "Around the Clock Movers." The previous movers I had to rate "2-stars" because the nicks, scratches, drops, and pilling-up of our boxes. Had these guys move my stuff and I would hesitantly recommend. Reasonable prices, reasonably quick. Kind and polite. Got quoted a crazy price by other companies to move a 1 BR apartment a mile - but Around the Clock was able to do what I needed. I was mostly motivated by price and time (just getting my stuff from point A to point B, moving valuables beforehand) They were pretty rough in the moving process and used some weird methods to move furniture (using straps off the 3rd floor balcony) which caused light damage. I know this isn't high end stuff but I hope they wouldn't treat nicer furniture that way. I do love that they do move out cleaning too. Was VERY helpful. Cleaners did a great job read more

This is the first time in my life that I hired professional movers. I've heard the horror stories of guys taking their time to get the clock time up, showing up late, not showing up at all, etc. And the cost of movers.. could we afford it?? We were working on a tight time schedule so I was nervous. Would I be one of those with a moving horror story? Not with Around The Clock! As their shirt says "We Got This"! I'd say that my move with these guys could be summed up in one word - WOW. They were QUICK, efficient, and courteous. They showed up right on time at 1 PM and immediately got to work. They had my entire apartment loaded in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed but the WOW factor came in when they had our entire truck unloaded, to a THIRD STORY with no elevators, in under an hour and a half. The customer service was fantastic, they contacted me a few days before my move to go over details. One of the most important ones? They wanted me to describe my perfect move and what a good move looks like to me so that they could cater to the vision I had. The owner if the company provided his contact information and cell number for any issues which is an awesome touch. Julio and his team were just beyond impressive and I was close to a state of shock when they got my entire move knocked out in 2 hours. My fiance' was confused yet overjoyed when he got home from work (couldn't get the day off) and it was done! I was expecting this move to take 5-6 hours... to have it done and finished in 2 was something out of a dream! Around The Clock made moving EASY. I was dreading this day but these guys, dare I say, made it fun! I will never, EVER move again without AROUND THE CLOCK there. I will also be telling everyone I know about them. They were all very friendly and professional. I had a narrow staircase from the basement - they had troubles getting a large sectional up (I had problems getting it down there when I bought it so knew it could be an issue). I am frustrated beyond words with this company. Two coworkers used them and were pleased. I had them move my things to a storage unit and was thrilled. Then had them move me to my new home and have never been so frustrated. They did NOT put padding around my furniture despite several pads being available in the back of they truck. They broke my new bed in several places and scratched it up. A leg was broken off my dresser which also caused damage to the base. One shelf bottom was completely broken off and another shelf top was completely broken off. They only allow 5 days to submit a claim and since I submitted my claim, I have found other damaged items. I have emailed and called and have not received ANY communication regarding my claim other than their auto-reply that says "someone will respond within 2 days". THEY changed my move date twice and then charged me extra for MY delay. I would not recommend this company AT ALL! read more

Really disappointed. Moving is expensive and you want the amount to match the production of work and that is not what we experienced. I had great communication with my contact. However when the movers showed up they complained about how our storage was packed wrongly and broke a frame as well just dragged their feet and would sometime bring in one stuffed animal or kid chair at a time which then extended my 2 hour window to 4 hours and even then all the stuff was dumped in the garage for us to now sort through. Walter was great...but apart from him and the person I communicated with on the phone, I wouldn't recommended this for moving. I paid near $700 and still did more than half the work myself....very disappointed as I really wanted to support this business and looked forward to it. read more

If you want a mover in the Denver area, look no further. We needed to move a 4 bedroom house over a distance of 4 miles. The crew from Around the Clock were professional and efficient through the entire experience from quote to completion. I got a number of quotes from various movers, and ATC was very reasonably priced. The quote itself was very clear and descriptive of all services provided, with nothing hidden. James (the owner) went through all the options with me, and provided me with enough documentation and resources to make sure I was clear on what I needed and what to expect from them. He didn't need to come onsite for a walkthrough to provide me a quote (which a number of other movers did). They also sent me a pre-move questionnaire which helped them understand what a successful move looks like for me. On the day of the move itself (8/15/2020), a team of 3 solid movers (Phillip, Dom and Andre) in 2 trucks showed up on time at 8:30 am (and called ahead to let me know when they were en route). I had packed and moved a bunch of smaller boxes ahead of time, and needed the movers to help with all the heavy / bulky things. They were incredibly careful with all my stuff - all items were wrapped, they used runners as needed to protect floors and carpet, and took extra care with electronics and heavy gym equipment. Before we left the old house, they did a thorough walkthrough with me to make sure they'd got everything. Once we reached the new house, they made sure that everything was in the desired spot. No furniture was dinged, floors and walls were not scratched, and they cleaned up their packing material before leaving. They crushed the job in just over 7 hours. Having been through 2 moves before, this was by far the best team I've ever seen. I would highly recommend Around the Clock movers for any moves! Cool cats. Another tenant was not friendly about using the elevator, and they just let it slide. Fast, which is key when you're paying by the hour. No complaints. They moved all our stuff up 3 flights of steep stairs on a hot day and never heard a peep or complaint. On top of the regular move they picked up furniture from a store even though they had another job on tap. They followed through. First off, let me start by saying that no one at this company asked me to write a review about their service. This review was solely based upon my exceeded expectations with this company. It started with Phillip. Really nice guy and very polite. Phillip came over to our place and did a very thorough job of taking inventory of our stuff. No one else even came close to spending that much time taking notes of our stuff and most companies just gave quotes over the phone or online. We scheduled a full packing job and a move from a south Denver suburb to Colorado Springs. James and Duane came over Friday and packed the place in 3-4 hours and I've never witnessed people working harder in any service/job to the level that they were working. Incredible! Saturday, James and Duane were back on the job and ready to go! Quite a bit of stuff for just two guys, but they handled it with ease and never once complained or groaned about anything. An important note **My wife and I have one of the heaviest mattresses you can find anywhere. I'm not kidding you; this thing probably weighs 300 lbs and it's thick and flops over like a lifeless whale when you try to move it. We've moved several times and each time the movers moaned, groaned, and complained about moving it (and, quite frankly, I'd do the same thing! So I've never faulted anyone for moving it. It's a pain in the A$$! James and Duane never hesitated and put their minds together and figured out how to move it. Never once did they ever have any pessimistic attitude and ALWAYS had the mindset that they were going to get this done. Almost like a challenge they were excited to face. Unbelievable, really!** Lastly, I mentioned to James and Duane that I have a full garage-sized storage unit that I'll need to move some other day. James, without hesitation, says, "Let's get it today!" I didn't think 1) they'd have room in the moving truck and 2) have time to load that up as well and move it down to Colorado Springs all within the day. Needless to say, they loaded the entire storage unit up on the truck and got that down to Colorado Springs for us the same day. Saving us $210/month and probably an additional $600-800 separate move. Folks, here's the kicker... ALL of this was done in a day and came in LESS than the originally quoted amount! Talk about Under-Promise and Over-Deliver!! Now, this was our situation. I don't want to give everyone the idea that the total will be under the quoted amount. Most importantly, these guys are worth every penny they charge! We used these guys three times in a matter of 6 months. They are friendly, hard working, careful, and efficient. They charge by time (by the 1/4 hour if I remember right), but are always moving, working as efficiently as possible. The first move was from a house to some of our stuff going into a apartment, and then the rest into a storage unit. This would have taken me and two buddies all day, at least. Their 3 man crew got the stuff out of my house (1800 sq feet), a 20 minute drive to storage, packed the storage unit, a short drive to the apartment, and then took the rest up to a 4th floor 1 bedroom apartment. All done in about 4 hours! Our other two moves were a little simpler (apartment to house, and then storage to house). Different three guys each time, but all of them were respectful of our belongings, and again, worked very efficiently. Everything associated with moving is stressful enough. I can't tell you what a relief it was to have these guys on my team! read more

This is the third time I have used Around the Clock Movers, and it seems like they get better and better every time. We had a large move that required two trucks and four guys (Phil, Vonn, Thad, and Burt). They showed up precisely on time and the whole thing took five and a half hours start to finish - several hours less than I thought it was going to take. I was blown away by the hustle these guys were putting in - they routinely jogged instead of walking if their hands were empty. They started out with a brief walk-through of the house we were moving out of to get a feel for how much stuff we had and how it would need to be packed into the trucks. Then they dived right in and started hauling stuff out. One guy stayed in the back of the truck playing furniture Tetris and shifting things around for maximum efficiency of space while the other three hauled items out of the house. They wrapped quilted padding around the furniture and cling wrapped the padding into place. Not a single item or wall in either house was dented, scratched, dinged, or otherwise damaged. At the new house one person staged the items coming out of the truck while the other three brought them inside. All I had to do was stand there and give directions on which room to put things into. They were mindful at all times of the walls and floors, and paid attention to details like stacking boxes a couple of inches away from the wall so that it didn't get scuffed or dirty. All four of the guys were friendly, cheerful, respectful, and a real pleasure to work with. They all worked really well as a team, too, which makes a huge difference in how well the move goes. I have never seen people work so hard. I felt like I got my money's worth and then some! I also used Around The Clock's cleaning service for the move-out clean on the old house. I was able to specify a list of things I needed the most help with, and I was also able to limit the amount of time the cleaners spent there, which helped me to stay within my budget. The rates were the best of any of the places I got quotes from, and getting help with the move-out cleaning checklist meant that I only spent a couple of hours doing finishing touches instead of spending most of a weekend at the old place scrubbing and vacuuming. read more
