They renewed/altered my payment due date w/o notice, so again, another late fee. I was told I'd b me reimbursed for the first late fee due to acknowledgment that they shuck and jive being understaffed and that no one is usually in the office. After a few months of asking about it, I still never received it. Their shitty app never work for remote gate access. Clearly they couldnt be bothered and were to cheap to pay any IT person to make a simple fix to the app. Also they raised my rent from $280 as of 9/24, to $375 starting 1/25!!! Go f$ck yourself scumlic storage! Furthermore, Mark the on site manager, is a tool, who only regurgitates the shady sop's they use to jerk people around to nickel and dime them, lying to your face, of course, to protect his pathetic job and free place to live.
