I've worked with them probably a total of ten times and every time they are always able to accomodate my needs. I work with Leonard mainly, and he has always been great to deal with and is great at communication and follow-up. Their billing and paperwork can be completed online which makes ordering and pickup simple and efficient. When things don't go as planned they are easy to get a hold of and are more than willing to accomodate my needs and schedule. The largest roll-off they provide is 15 yards, but they are extremely affordable and more than once I have ordered two roll-offs back to back because it is still more affordable than ordering a large roll off from one of their competitors. Once or twice I was able to order from Leonard and he had a roll-off delivered to my property within an hour which is crazy. The business was not prepared to deal with the amount of customers that were present at the same time. When I showed up one hour before closing, all the parking spots were taken. So I pulled as close as I could to the east side of their small parking lot. I went in, I sat down and waited my turn. As Soon as the receptionist finished with her client, the male client left, and she started with her next client, female. Then he(the client whom just check out) returned, asking who drove the vehicle that I was in. I told him that as soon as I could that I would definitely move it for him, because there was no parking Spaces available. He started yelling at me, then someone else (female client) started yelling at me, then the people behind the counter stared yelling at me. Just to be clear I was the only person that was light skinned and blue eyed the entire building. I had to endure such a racial slurs says "white bitch"& "Privileged white bitch". I was told by the Male worker I was being Berate, for standing up for myself. I offered to move, which was denied. I offered to back completely out of the area, which was denied. Eventually the Male client who was screaming at me in the parking lot left. Before he left, he screamed at me. Calling me 'white' and other things. At this time I'm just stunned. I parked and went inside to ask the manager what the next step was. He told me that they refuse to do business with me. A female, being yelled at by a man and woman in the parking lot. I would like all the none Prejudice individuals of our community to understand that this is not a place That I would do business with. I'll pick up my U-Haul from anywhere else in the area except this place. We moved from Texas to Estes Park and they unpacked our truck into our house that time, then came out a second time to unload another truck from a storage unit we had in San Diego and then when we finally bought a house down in Loveland, they came up a third time to move us down there! We kept going back to Watson because of Jordan, and eminently professional mover with an excellent eye for negotiating large furniture through tight hallways. our amoire alone has daunted other moving guys, but not Jordan. One of their guys suffered a knee injury so the next day the owner of the company, Joel, came out to cover for him himself! It was a big move and there were lots of challenges, but the Watson guys never complained once and kept a positive attitude throughout. Now that I've moved into my house, it's unlikely I will need them again anytime soon, but I recommend them highly.
