I wish I could post a video of my place when I vacated because it was SPOTLESS - no broken lights, no dust, no broken disposal (though they charged us to replace it). Also, they will not allow you to o the final walk-through. Hmm, I wonder why...? Lastly, I got a parking ticket when I first moved into the apartment because they couldn't offer enough parking spaces for their tenants. I wrote corporate and email and they never responded back. I called them and left them two voicemails and they never responded. I've been in customer service for years and that is TERRIBLE on their part. This place is in the business to rip you off!
