Very helpful staff and nice, clean facilities. I reserved a 10x10 unit online but when i looked at…read moreit in person I realized it was too small for my needs. I needed a 10x15. I expected the change over to a different unit to be a drawn-out process, but the onsite staff made it happen quickly and painlessly. And they still honored the online reservation price, a big win for me. As for the unit, I got a 10x15 driveup with a roll-up door, which is necessary in light of the size of some of the furniture I'll be putting in there. But there's an added bonus in that the unit has a 2nd door on the back that makes it accessible from the inside of the building. Another win as it allows me to put items that I might need to get to frequently near the inside door while the larger, long-term storage items can stay by the exterior door and out of the way. I am a repeat customer of this location. And as long as I remain in the area it will be my storage of choice.

So far, all I have gotten was "SORRY, IT WAS A MISTAKE" from the manager Mary. After logging into my account and noticing one of my units was no longer showing, I called them immediately and was informed that they "didn't know why it wasn't showing" and "think it may have been auctioned", like it was no big deal? HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??!! It was only after begging the employee to have the manager Mary call me ASAP that I was able to confirm with her that, YES, it had indeed been "accidentally auctioned" along with someone else's unit that was also "accidentally auctioned" because of her "mistake". How do 2 different customers' storage units get accidentally auctioned?!? I have made several panicked calls and left voicemails PLEADING for them to fix this ASAP. As if that was not bad enough, Mary (manager) also informed me that she was ALLOWING THE BUYER ACCESS AGAIN LATER THAT DAY to empty the remainder of my unit!!!!!! This was AFTER she had admitted to me that she was sorry and this was her "mistake". She was going to allow him to continue taking THE REST of my belongings out of MY UNIT that SHE accidentally auctioned??!! AFTER she had asked him to bring everything back and told me he understood and had agreed to bring everything back. And she didn't understand why that would be a problem? ALL of my irreplaceable belongings ARE GONE! And not one employee at Storquest seems to care about resolving this, which makes it seem like this is just something normal that happens all the time there?? No one there has seem alarmed/concerned at all by this. Aside from this experience being a complete nightmare, THIS IS FLAT OUT WRONG AND ILLEGAL!! This is everyone's worst nightmare when deciding to entrust a storage company to store your life at their facility. They have not done anything to get my belongings, memories, my children's keepsakes back!!!! I will be contacting a lawyer TOMORROW and aggressively pursuing legal action against them!! Yet these ignorant owners keep claiming to be in the right in their practice. Had I known the law at the time I would have fought for my rights. So know your rights so they can't completely rip you off like they tried to me. Other than disgusting beJavier, the units are pretty nice. I had a 10'x20' and only moved because the rent was increased from $190 to $240 After a year which is "standard" according to them.

Their hours are listed as open until 6pm. After hauling a trailer from California I was a bit annoyed at this, especially since they would not be open the next day (Sunday). I called and left a message inquiring about my reservation, to let them know I was unable to check in since they were not open, and asked them to return my call when they could. No response whatsoever 3 business days later. Super unprofessional, terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I recommend StorQuest in Lafayette instead. They were able to accommodate me same-day and even stayed open a few minutes late as I had arrived at StorQuest 20 minutes before they closed for the day.
