Unfortunately, my husband and I have had to go from storage locker to storage locker for years. We left them all for different reasons, like one was in a flood plain, and another was nothing but filth, etc. Then, we pulled up to Public Storage in Longmont, and there is nothing about the place, including the manager, that isn't everything that you would want to feel good about leaving your valuables there. The place is so squeaky clean, you could almost eat an egg off of the floor! I like taking the time to say something about top-flight operations like this. Thanks, Vonda read more

Payments will gouge you as they go up. Started at $114/mo for a 10x10 in Jan 2023 $159/mo 5/1/23 $192/mo as of 2/2/24 ...i'm not sticking around for may or junes hike boost. Massive overcharging. read more

This place is the biggest shyt show clown operation i think I've ever dealt with. LITERALLY, their business model is to act like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!!! For one, no one is ever in the office. So customer service doesn't exist. Which is super convenient (for them) when cash customers try to make payments in person, but can't since they're never there. But then of course charge you late fees, because, fuck you pay me! Even though I paid two months in advance and specified not to be on auto pay, they charged my card again after the first month. They renewed/altered my payment due date w/o notice, so again, another late fee. I was told I'd b me reimbursed for the first late fee due to acknowledgment that they shuck and jive being understaffed and that no one is usually in the office. After a few months of asking about it, I still never received it. Their shitty app never work for remote gate access. Clearly they couldnt be bothered and were to cheap to pay any IT person to make a simple fix to the app. Also they raised my rent from $280 as of 9/24, to $375 starting 1/25!!! Go f$ck yourself scumlic storage! Furthermore, Mark the on site manager, is a tool, who only regurgitates the shady sop's they use to jerk people around to nickel and dime them, lying to your face, of course, to protect his pathetic job and free place to live. I left after 4 months of their f@ckery and would warn anyone to stay away from these grifters!!! read more

This place is good but the manager is HORRIBLE. As was his manager. They did not honor the online price stated on their website. I was overcharged when I rented so I double checked the internet for the price and realized that in fact they build me wrong. I took a picture of the screen and had a time and date stamp and they still refused to honor the price. Both of the managers were extremely rude and disrespectful to me and they basically called me a thief and a liar. I wouldn't use this place if I was you and I won't recommend it to anybody!! They're more expensive than any other place in town and they charge you all kinds of fees on top of it. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! read more

Excellent service and clean storage. They have large lockers at a very reasonable price. We moved from one coast to the other and brought a lot with us. Added plus is they are so close to our new home. read more

$1 first month is wildly inaccurate it came out to be almost 80 bucks. I knew it wouldn't be a dollar but thought it would be some sort of deal. Property manager is WONDERFUL!!!! I probably would have taken my business elsewhere after learning how false the first months rent was but he was so kind, accommodating and friendly I decided to stay. read more

Perfectly okay place to store your belongings. Set-up is a little cludgy, awkward gate approach and the road winds around a bit to get to your store locker. All of the units are on the ground level. Bit pricy - they don't offer any of the usual PS discounts. One issue with this location was the dust that entered our unit and settled on the boxes - you may want to cover your things with a tarp or sheet to keep the dust out. read more
