I sent a box across country. The Clerk asked me if I had ever sent anything to this address previously. I said yes. He said the address was showing defective. I assured him it was a good address. He then "overode" the computer. What I didn't know was that he put an incorrect address into the computer, NOT the one I put on the box. When the box didn't arrive, I looked at the receipt for the first time and realized the error. The store manager rectified the bad address by phone and it worked out fine. (The fix for the future is for the Clerk to read back the bad address OUT LOUD for customer review.) read more

She is beyond helpful so friendly and truly cares about helping the customer. I look forward to seeing her every single time I come in to ship my packages!! Usually use this place when we have a package to return. It's okay for what it is but most times I've been here there is one person working and there's a line. You can tell that the employees would rather be somewhere else and that they couldn't care less about customer service. The equipment doesn't always work but there's no sign stating that, so you waste time trying to figure out why the copier won't work and then have to wait in line for the employee to assist you only to be told "oh, that's not working right now" and then they make the copy for you behind the counter. read more

Sometimes I wonder. Here I am at the UPS store waiting in a line to drop off a couple Amazon returns. The boxes are sealed, the labels are attached, and I notice there is a sign encouraging other to wear a mask and stop the spread. Here's an idea. Hire a third person during the holiday season. Have their purpose, when busy, be the drop off person. This way, you can increase customer satisfaction AND reduce crowding/reduce the exposure. read more

I took my Amazon return in a few days ago and their system was down. Since I live in Lakewood the lady behind the counter said she would get it returned when the system was working. Never received notification that the return was complete so I called them....they said it was processed that morning. Still not return notification and now I can't call the phone number. Do not use this store! I paid several hundred dollars for them to ship some packages. The packages never made it to the recipient, and they refused to take responsibility! When I called the UPS corporate office, they even told me to contact the origin store because they were clearly at fault in the situation. So, I had several phone calls with this store, and they refused to offer a refund for a service they didn't deliver. The last time I contacted them, they even promised to get back to me on the matter and never did. I don't like writing negative reviews, and I don't do it often, but this store has to be one of the most dishonest businesses I have ever worked with. Use another store. Use another company. Was in line to drop off a prepaid package. The lady in front of me had the same item. She accepted her package and said nothing to her, but when I got to the counter, she informed me that she would not longer take any packages for the post office since their truck was so small to hold it all. What a bunch of crap! This employee needs to be re-educated not only on customer service, but also the reputation of the Greeley UPS store. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Brittany has a nasty habit of speaking over the customer and not allowing them to get a word out. My first visit ended quickly because the internet was down and supposed to be back up at 12:30 (so they couldn't print labels). Came in around 3 and was told the internet would be down all day and from direction of the employee, was told to just print the label and they would take care of it. I come in a third time and was greeted with Brittany's horrible attitude and lack of customer service, despite only following instructions from previous employees. read more

What a joke. I had a pre paid label and they wanted to charge me a dollar to tape it shut. No thanks, on principle I'll take it home tape it myself and drop it off at another store. This has never happened to me at FedEx & I ship things on a regular basis. No more UPS for me. read more

We use UPS to ship documents overnight and 2-day. Almost every shipment we send from this store arrives late. We will be switching to USPS and FEDEX for all of our future express shipping. UPS Corporate, if you are listening, you need to look into the performance of this location. read more
