The tracking said it would arrive by 2:15 nope. Then it changed to 9 p.m. still no package. Where is it? There's no way it's on the truck when I literally saw it in the driver's hands the day before so is it lost? This whole process has been ridiculous from start to finish. Outdated payment options, lack of communication, and unreliable delivery times. UPS seriously needs to modernize and get its act together.
